Very kind people, they were busy but took to carefully look over an issue with our car. On a road ride to Dallas from the east coast, our engine splash guard fell, and they did a fantastic job reattaching it.

I have used them a few times now and they never call with the estimate before fixing it and today after my car sitting on the lot for a week they call and say its done. 116 dollars to change 1 spark plug. Again no one called before and it clearly says call with estimate. I had alignment done on my 2012 Cadillac cts .he showed me what someone had done an totally messed it up . Now I'm going to say it's perfect.everyobe elase I had cally wanted $130.00 to this car a4 wheel alignment ricks charged me $59.95 job took about a hour .I have known Rick for a long time an he's straight up good man .yes he does have a computerized screen that shows where it's out of alignment if you wanted to see. His alignment man is top notch.good people there give them a try .thanks rick

Luckily, despite being outsiders, we managed to find Ricks Auto when our car's solenoid failed. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that they were one of the most genuine and dependable repair services we have ever encountered. The mechanics were courteous and understanding, and they fixed our car without charging us for any unnecessary parts.

Noticed how busy this shop was and always thought I'd give them a try if I had vehicle issues. Tuesday on my way to work, my car started having some problems. We called and they said to bring it in when we could. I took it after work. The lady came out, ran the codes and immediately told me what they said. Then Ricky came over and did a further assessment, removed the coil in question and showed me the crack in it right there. I've never had any shop do that. While he was getting me a quote, my husband and I were discussing our options. He returned with the quote for 1 coil and plugs vs all 4 coils and plugs. We opted to change all. My car was done the next day and is running like new. They were so kind and polite from start to finish. We will be back for sure if we have a need for vehicle work!

Ricks Auto Care is the place I trust to fix my car. It may take a while but they do the job right. Always friendly, understanding, and keeps you informed. He's kept my card running for over 5 years. Here is to many more.

I needed an alignment on my Hummer H2 (with 22" rims not all shops have the correct equipment to do this ).. David was very thorough throughout the process and didn't try to upsell me on parts that I didn't need like I have had happen in the past at other area garages.They have a newer alignment rack that is top notch.The place has a down to earth family feel and everyone was super nice.What they quoted for an alignment is what they charged me .. great experience over all. I will be doing business with them in the future.A big thanks to David Painter(the technician),Rick Hurley and his staff for a job well done.

This is the ONLY garage i will go to in this area....family owned and operated and Rick is a blessing and is genuinely happy to help anyone and best of all they dont try to scam u for more money either they are honest and decently priced

I was told to go to Rick's from another tire place when 2 of my lug bolts had broke off of my Maxima on the back passenger wheel and I took it there to get an estimate if how much it would cost me to get them replaced and due to how dangerous it was to drive it like that and me being low on money he had his worker Mike fix it for me for just the cheap price of the bolts (under $20), he said because of the crises America was going through right now he wouldn't charge me for the labor but deep down I have a feeling that even if we weren't going through this crisis he still would've made sure me and my daughter left there with those bolts replaced...i went back the next day with the same wheel making a strange noise and once again his employee Mike fixed the problem for me and sent me on my way...these 2 men were extremely nice and seemed to actually care about their customers safety ...I would recommend this business to everyone.
