I needed my side mirror put on for a job out of town.Had to cancel my job because it took nearly three weeks (after the promised date) to get the mirror put on.They kept ordering and receiving the WRONG color and finally just put the wrong one on and made me wait an hour to get paint. Great time waste, and then wouldn't clear coat their paint job because it wasn't their problem and "would look better than the rest of my car already without clear coat."Even better they tried to pass it off like a favor. "We didn't even charge you for the paint..." and then even eluded to a discount as it wasn't what was promised and took weeks and then hours longer than promised.Yeah well you made me wait three extra weeks and then made my mirrors look uneven because you refused to shell out to fix your OWN mistakes in ordering the wrong color multiple times.Shouldn't have needed paint.Shouldn't have needed clear coat. Shouldn't have received promises that were failed.Would not recommend - there are local places that offer payment plans and will actually do what they say. I told them my job relied on my car and that didn't matter to them.

If give it zero stars if I could. Worst place to take a car to, won't fix nothing on time, keeps having excuses why it ain't done. Had had my mom's SUV for almost a year paid upfront ( cause he said her needed the money to get the part) to have a strip replace on the side door drove it waiting for him to get the part, then the cooling fan needed replaced after replacing it, it then said it won't run right , then said oh it won't start won't recognize the key fob so it needs a new key fob charged her over $400 for it then he says oh it still won't start, then tells mom oh it's low on oil then turns around and says the motor blew up ,now saying he needs over $4,000 dollars to fix it, says he needs money up front to get it, she's not paying it, she gave it back to the bank he then tells bank he needs over $4,00 to fix it for them, they pay for it, it's still setting in the lot same place it's been fire months. We thank they did something to it and won't admit it. Keeps telling Mom he will give her the money back for the door, keeps have a excuse why he can't pay her the money back. Going to talk to a attorney DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE HE'S A THIEF AND A LIAR!! �read less

Worse experience ever!!! Worked on things that didn't need fixed and messed up the things he did work on. Waited longer then expected. If you decide to still go to him don't pay up front he will take ur money and mess up ur car worse.

Kept my car for 3 months and paid him 6134.46. Never even used the money for my transmission. Would not give me my money back. Said his landlord took the money. So here after 3 months and 6134.46 dollars I still have a car that needs a transmission. Kept telling us excuse after excuse that he d have it done the following week. Who knows how long he would have told me that. I finally had to just take the car.Service: Transmission

Horrible Business, all they do is scam people out of their money and don't do any work.Dont recommend anyone using this sorry excuse for a mechanic shop. They have multiple court cases against them for scamming people out of their money. They are a joke and need shut down

I will never take anything there he took full advantage of me lost almost 3,000 and he never did what he said kept my work van that not only feeds my family but my employees for weeks and kept putting me off

The best place to have your car worked on! Phil is amazing and his staff are very prompt. So friendly, kind, and even generous. This man helped me out when I really needed it and I will never forget that! God bless you all!

Was told our car would be done in a day. Had to pay up front, because he ordered tires and has to send the car to get them mounted and aligned. He wouldn't return our calls and at times wouldn't answer them. When speaking to me he was rude, but polite to my husband. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had trying to get my car fixed. Never pay in advance to this garage. Or believe anything Phil has to say. He still owes us money and will not return our phone calls. We will be going to court over this. Absolutely unacceptable.

Even though, Phil kept putting us off on the part ordered and do to the fact the parts place in Ironton kept delaying him, we finally got our diesel door repaired. Putting that aside, we had good service and very friendly and fair pricing from them. I would recommend them for their service.

I brought my car in on October 2 and still haven't got it back! It's no longer even on the lot and hasn't been for months! I'm now involved in a court case to get my car and the $2,265 that I paid him to get the transmission fixed. Eight months of excuses and lies and avoiding me. I've recently heard that at least two other cars have disappeared off his lot and that it is supposedly his son that is stealing them to sell for parts. Do not bring him your car!!!

They are good and hard workers if anyone takes their vehicle there it will be fixed right they sure know what they are doing.. and the cost is the cheapest in town that's the truth bill and Ed and Phil they'd respect people and they also work on the postal service vehicles all of them so now you should know its safe and they are very honest men

This business told me that my catalytic converters were bad then cut them off sold them then told me it needs more repairs after I paid him 280 dollars for piping he said it needed so now I'm out 280 dollars no catillatic converters and none of my problems fixed he called the police and pushed my car in the street
