I have been a part of a lot of car buying processes and by far this was the smoothest and most enjoyable. Justin was friendly as soon as he answered my phone call about making an appointment and he was just as friendly and helpful all the way through the experience. He had the car pulled up out front for me ready to test drive when I arrived & immediately made me feel like I was just chatting with a friend. He worked with me on pricing & made sure I had a good experience!!! Definitely recommend Justin at Glockner!! Thank you!

After researching and testing out numerous SUVs. A friend recommended that I see Austin Stone. He showed me several vehicles and I purchased the first one I saw. Austin was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the decision-making process. I never thought I would love the Subaru as much as I do. Thank you Glockner of Ashland!

I recently took my car to Glockner of Ashland for service and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by their staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and felt like my car was in good hands.The service was completed in a timely manner and I could immediately feel the difference in how my car was running. The technicians at Glockner of Ashland clearly know what they are doing and I felt confident that my car was in the best possible care.Overall, I would highly recommend Glockner of Ashland for anyone in need of vehicle service. Glockner of Ashland is a great dealer to do business with. We have purchased 2 cars from them in the last month and both times we were highly satisfied with service and the selection of vehicles to choose from. Kenny Moreland was my salesman and is a super nice man, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Glockner had a Honda Ridgeline in stock some time last year, unfortunately it just wasn't the one I was interested in. Christian Spaulding was helping me that day, and assured me if another one came into their possession, he'd let me know. Sure enough, the perfect one was sitting there waiting for me last week! Christian called me and even worked with my schedule by staying after hours to help make my small dream come true ..... I'll be honest, after purchasing an Acura from a dealership in Columbus just a few weeks ago with my wife .... The Glockner experience really was to darn easy! Thank you everyone!!!

I traveled all the way from Long Island NY to buy a Hellcat Kenny Moreland and his staff gave me the best price by far over many other dealers I checked with the day I arrived the car was prepped and ready to go .. paperwork was a breeze .. and super nice people !! I can t recommend them highly enough I d give them 10 stars if I could Go to Glockner Dodge you won t be disappointed !!!

Had my jeep in for a standard oil change and ended up needing my rear differential changed out. Of course that was hundreds of dollars but it needed done. Went yesterday 5/4/2024 to oil changers on Winchester in Ashland and the man in the pit asked where did you get your rear differential changed at I replied glockener he then said well I can unscrew the plug by hand thankfully they found that. They then told me they could had done that so out of curiosity I asked how much It would had been 89.00 hundred of dollars cheaper plus they would had done the job correctly. I'll never be back again nor will i ever buy a vehicle again from any glockner facility. Of course this means nothing to them but at least it may make someone second guess their choice.

This is our second vehicle we have purchased here. We came back bc of the fantastic customer service! Justin listened to what we wanted and he knew exactly what to show us and knew all about the vehicle! We purchased!! He was very friendly, explained everything so well, and delivered on what we were needing!! We will be back again to see Justin!! Everyone there is very friendly, as well! They are all about helping you get what you want!! Thanks again, Justin!!! We will be back :)

Buying a used car here was easy. We live 6 hours away from the dealership and Jordan Garcia worked with us through text and phone calls, he even sent a personal video giving us a detailed tour of the car pointing out important features. He was friendly and worked hard to make the best deal. The finance Manager Sean was straight forward and transparent about all fees and shopped around to get me the best rates. It was worth the 6 hour drive to work with this team.

Scheduled regular service, asked if they could check stop start function during service. Staff checked it and found defective battery, replaced it and completed service. Excellent service. Would highly recommend

We had a flat tire on my truck as we were a couple blocks from your Ashland location. My daughter and I pulled in there to service. Mark was so helpful and kind to help us, giving us several options, as our tire was ruined. It was about time to get new tires and one option was a set of new, better quality tires. I went with that option. Mark and his team worked hard and had some trouble getting the 22 tires on the rims, but they persevered! Many thanks to them!!

Our experience for the fourth time was amazing. Everyone from the dealership were great. We have always had an amazing experience at Glockner of Ashland. I would and will recommend Glockner of Ashland to family , friends or even a stranger. Our salesman Adam Blake is amazing and one of a kind. We have got to know him and consider him not just our salesman but our friend. We will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else but Glockner Of Ashland. We are on vehicle number four from there!!

We had a very good experience with Jordan. We knew what we were looking for and he found it in a very quick turnaround time. We went in on Saturday and on Monday he let me know he had found a 2024 Dodge Hornet with the specifications we had given him. On Wednesday, we went and picked it up.

Bought myself a Tundra for Christmas this year! After searching for months, the right one came along, and it was at Glockners Ashland !The sales experience was great, Jordan Garcia took care of us and I d say we took a test drive, financed and left the place all within 2hrs..Overall great experience!

They have a bad policy. Glockner requires your proof of insurance even though they are required to have their cars insured. So if you get hit while test driving your insurance will be used instead of theirs. They have lost a sale! Some other dumb sucker will do it. But not this smart one! If I could leave no stars I would!I have test drive many cars. Three days ago I test drove 2 here in WV. The only thing they needed was a copy of my Drivers license.
