If your looking for a dealership that's fair, honest and very professional, then this is the dealership to do business with. I have purchased over 40 new vehicles in my lifetime and have NEVER had such a positive experience. Our sales representative, Kenny, is the most honest and hard working salesman you can ever ask for!! You can't find that anywhere in this day and age. We traveled over 200 miles to purchase our new truck and it was WELL WORTH IT!! Thank you Kenny. We Ohioans will be back!!

Chad is the best!! Absolutely go see him if you have not so great credit but need a car. I have now bought 3 cars from him and every deal I leave satisfied with my purchase. And they will even do their best to help you with things after the purchase too, such as tires, etc. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

After going to four car lots before them, they were literally the only place that would work with us! Reasonable down payment, affordable monthly payments... I'm in love with my purchase so far.I have laughable credit, and an open loan from a lemon I bought and returned, yet the deal was never closed. I'd lost hope before we found them. They are a life saver!!!

Buying a car can be a difficult decision, very scary one at that! Not knowing who or what dealership to trust, especially when you see the, buy here pay here sign. I was skeptical at first, but when the experience was over I felt relieved and satisfied. The dealership made the process quick & painless. I had serve vehicles to chose from. The manager Joe and the sales consultant Chad were wonderful! I didn t feel rushed, they listened to me, and got me into the prefect car. As some of you may already know, most, buy here pay here sales are final & no warranties-the car is your problem after you pull off that lot. If you buy with Glockner Auto Credit of Ashland, that is not the case. They are going to sell you a good car. If something major goes wrong with the vehicle they will make it right. Joe, Chad, & Carol the receptionist have all been very attentive to my needs. I feel the dealership has went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Glockner of Ashland, to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership when buying a car.

Chad and Carol are both super helpful and friendly. Chad explains everything in detail. Payments and down payment are both fairly high but this is expected for a place that is working with you on your credit. I bought a vehicle that had literally just been delivered to the lot while I was there looking at another vehicle.

We got our new Dodge Avenger from here. Super easy we were not there forever. We really liked the people they were so sweet, friendly, all easy going. The glockner dealership across the street referred us to this place. The Glockner Auto Credit agency did everything they could to get us back on the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great costumer service.
