Worth the drive!! Great deal, and great service. Bought from new Ford lot, however Bebo waited on us from Nissan lot. He was great as was all the guys, did not get all their names which I do regret because they were very deserving of being mentioned. We drove everything and was all over the place with our needs but finally it all came together and there whole team made it happen.

I want to give a huge shout out to all the people of Bill Cole. We bought a car from them with little to no hassle at all, and due to a small problem we had to return the car less then 48 hours after we drove off the lot. Thinking I was going to take a taxi home and have no car and no job was the worst feeling of my life. However I have no clue how they did it but they were able to approve my wife for a brand new Honda Civic 2024 with only 5 miles on it. What should have been the worst day of my life turned into the best day. Please let these guys take care of you they will not let you down.

Great buying experience! I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Civic and I can only say great things about Bill Cole Honda. Brian Winkler was helpful and informative during my experience and I will definitely buy from him again. Not pushy and was actually quite patient as I went back and forth between two vehicles. He has called several times after the sale to make sure I had all my questions answered. recommend! Ask for Brian when you go!

Jason Elkins, over at the Ashland Bill Cole Honda has been amazing. Went in to get my girlfriends car and as we got talking. Asked me if I wanted to get an estimate on my car, I said sure. After talking told me about the Boost Blue type r coming in. I was thrilled and we spent a good amount of time working on a deal. In the end we were both extremely happy. I have now bought 3 cars from them. And 2 personally from Jason, thanks and look forward to do buisness again in the future.

Charged me 3% to use my credit card when servicing my vehicle. Who does that anymore? Overall, great service and the people are very good. No complaints there. I was not informed of the upcharge until I saw it on my receipt when I returned home. I could have easily used my Debit card...

The salesman, Mark, was a really nice guy. We told him a credit score, payment range, and down payment and he found my wife a Nissan Rogue that she absolutely loves! The 100k bumper to bumper was huge bonus! I wish we would have had time to take more pics but my wife was late for work. We take it back Monday for the full detail treatment. As they say, happy wife happy life!

We were about 1000 miles from home when something went screwy with my 2019 Nissan Titan head lights. We happen to see the Nissan sign and stopped to see if maybe they could help. Everybody was so friendly and helpful! They took the truck right in and fixed the problem good enough to get us home. We were in and out in less than an hour. You just don't find that kind of service these days. Thank you guys very much!

Horrible dealership and salespeople! They do not even deserve 1 star!So my husband called Bill Cole Auto Mall in Ashland and spoke with a sales representative named Bill (surely not the owner) about a truck that he was interested in buying. Bill assured him that the truck was still on the lot so they made arrangements for us to stop by and look at the truck at 3:00 pm last Sunday. Well, when we got there the truck was nowhere to be found. We ended up having to speak with another sales representative because Bill would not even get up out of his chair to come and face us. Coward! And, conveniently, we could not talk to a manager. This representative proceeded to tell my husband that the truck had actually been sold last week. And she didn't understand why Bill would have told us to come in to look at it. Then, naturally, she tried to show him other trucks. Of course, he rejected their cute little attempt of the bait and switch. So we wasted our gas and time going there. Needless to say, we will never go back. For the life of me, I do not understand what is wrong with people. Do better, Bill Cole! Your tactics are ridiculous! And you lack professionalism and customer service! Also, some of your salespeople are jerks! So beware when dealing with them.

Our purchase of a 2021 Frontier was made easy as possible by Bryan Adams. Past experiences with other dealers have been long and drawn out. Bryan was very helpful in our application and purchase process. He made the experience as stress free as possible for us. He continues to follow up to make sure we are still satisfied with our Frontier. If he sees us in waiting area of Service Department he will stop and make sure all is well with the Frontier. We are very much satisfied.

Nathan Bearce gave me a Great experience with helping me get approved for my car. When it came down to it he fought to make sure I got approved for the car I wanted with a reasonable price on an amazing vehicle. He was very respectful and understanding of my financial situation. We were in the market for a hybrid vehicle and connected with Bryan Adams at Bill Cole. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us space to try out several options. There was no pressure or tension during the entire process. We still love our Honda Insight. Reece Hall is a great salesperson! He took his time with showing me my options and didn t make me feel rushed. He done a great walk around of each vehicle and let me test drive all 3 options before I came to a conclusion! Thank you Reece for the great information and putting me into the vehicle best for me!
