I had to get some fuses. After stopping by 2 other places that didn't have them, I decided to drive here. Yes they have them but was out of the kind and size I wanted. So I ended up getting a bigger size that I will have to change again. But the guy who rung me up was very nice

Great service. They know what they're doing can advise you, get the parts, check out your vehicles and give you codes. Manager is very knowable and helpful.

Good service, generally knowledgeable about issues I had, and would ask other associates in store if they didn't know about my issue. They do need a covered area outside to change batteries, etc. when is raining or having general bad weather. Just a simple portable garage cover would do nicely.

As with other AutoZone locations that I have visited in the past, this store was clean, well-organized, and manned by a helpful and friendly staff.I needed to verify that I had a bad starter and price a replacement. They tested my old unit and found it was borderline, as I suspected. They found me a good deal on a replacement. It was in stock, so they boxed up the old one for a core and I was on my way in no time.

Good place to get the needed updates and maintenance items for your vehicle. The guys behind the counter are very friendly and helpful. Make sure you set up your rewards card if you go there to start earning points.

It was fantastic the clerk know what he was doing had no problem looking up the parts I needed and even marked to one for the front. I am very satisfied with the service I received at this Auto Zone and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Very Friendly Employees! If you cannot locate, they will. Dedicated they are, i have seen them outside helping folks with a problem with a car or truck and it could be pouring rain or snowing with extremely cold temps, to so hot you can barely stand it. Will always give them my buisness.

They are awsome and the best I went their with my dad we needed help with windshield wipers we couldn't get them on our truck and they got them on easy and I bought some window sticker decal like things to put on the truck and a led magnetic extendable flashlight from their I had a good time it was awsome think you auto zome they have the nicest workers to they all are good workers and nice very very nice I will keep going back their when I need stuff from a auto part store they are the best than you all again thanks they are hard workers the best workers they all should get a raise/get paid more mony than they do they all deserve that

Phillip was very courteous and helpful. I haven't had anyone else in an auto parts store go above and beyond to make me feel as welcome as he did. Ashland Auto Zone Store 2410 is the place to go if you need any auto part.

AutoZone is very quick to answer the phone and very quick to give you information I do appreciate them being there. And if you need a battery change or anything they're there to help you or to put a device on your vehicle to see what may be wrong and it's also very convenient as it is not too far away.

Great place always helpful. Come in not really knowing what you need and leave hoping you figured it out 50/50 chance but they are very helpful

The employee took an interest in my car issue, asked a few related questions, explained a possible alternative solution, and then took a look at my engine pulley area and sold me a part that was more likely the solution and less expensive.

Nice people but can't get the right part the first time. Seems like it takes 3 attempts to get the part you need, don't matter if it's a spark plugs or a whole engine.

Customer service great they help u as much as they can and even sometimes helps replace the item in ur vehicle too
