The employee named Dru who works there is fantastic and goes above and beyond anything that you would normally expect. He took the time to look and get to the underlying cause of the problem instead of just just trying to make a quick sale or sell me something that I don't really need. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patience and compassionate . I would highly recommend Dru to anyone who needs help! My husband and I are truly greatful to him! definitely saved the day for us

So I go to O'Reilly's in Alexandria to get a battery checked. And the guy said hecan't do it because he is the only person there. But the thing is they had no customers so I ask why can't he do this since there is no customers and he said he is the only one here. I mean if you can't help a customer then why be open.

Dru was there yesterday and he was so helpful to my Husband and I. He made the process so easy and helped us to the very best of his abilities. We wouldn't go anywhere else after our experience!

I had been having issues with my Chevy Cobalt for awhile now, I didn't know where to begin getting it fixed. I came here, and Dru and Isaac were more knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and amazing than I could ever ask for. They helped me diagnose the issue, guided me to the right parts, and I couldn't have done it all without them. I will be going here for now on for ALL of my automobile needs. Thanks guys, I appreciate you all more than I could ever exclaim.

Isaac was very helpful. I will recommend this location along with Isaac & Joe. I had a problem in Ft.Wright I do NOT recommend Auto Zone.

The host was very nice, but looked at me very odd when I asked for a table for one. I was looking forward to the rolls and potato soup that I've heard so much about. All they had to offer was a Snickers bar. On top of all of this they only had Pepsi products. On a more positive note they're motor oil was splendid. I was hoping for a wider food selection. I'll try the other O'Charley's in cold spring. I'll be going there anyways because Alexandria gas prices are too high.

Can't fix the building and can't pay the kids their a reasonable wage. 9.25(rss or higher) is laughable. Bk next door starts at $13 tractor supply behind then is $14?? If you work her RUN. Because K.O.I l will pay $14 entry level. Paul Hayden is useless and has never sold 1 part without legal slavery. Seriously ask them how much their paid. Paul is gonna get fired/charged in 3 or so years. STAY AWAY ITS NOT LIKE YOUR WARRANTY MATTERS TO THEM.HAVE THEM FIND IT!!!

I stopped to have my battery checked, Jake quickly tested and found it needed to be replaced . He installed new battery and I was on my way. It only took about 10 minutes . I highly recommend doing business with O'Reilly's , I have been a customer for about 5 years . They have all the parts you need .

Employees were very helpful. Zachary helped carry a heavy battery to my car and the next day Zachary was meeting me at the door to take the old battery. I should of had him hook my car up to see why my check engine light won't go off. Lol maybe next time. (He deserves a raise)

Stop going to Autozone keep giving me the wrong parts. In 3 years I've got the right part everytime. Just give them your license plate number you get the right part.

Jake at the front desk was especially nice and helpful. I was in and out in no time. They also took my old oil so that I could recycle it responsibly. I've been to a lot of different parts stores and I will always come back to this location whenever possible. Great service and great prices.

Went to purchase a new battery. They checked my battery a alternator, both checked out good.I cleaned and tighten the terminal .. works like a charm. Thanks to O Reilly s and no charge

I will never go into this parts store again.This is the second time walking in and customer service was. There was no customer service.3 Guys behind the counters doing absolutely nothing the fourth guy having a discussion with his budy saying the -F-Bomb every other word. one of the worst atmosphere IV been around.not one of them offered me help.one old man sitting there doing nothing said he couldn't help me.i ask one employee if he could look up a part for my car and told me no that it wouldn't matter what kit I bought for my vehicle it would work.my ex wife was buying this for me for a fathers day gift. From my boy so I had to call her to pay for it. She looked the partup and told me it wouldn't work.iv never felt so uncomfortable and degraded in my life.

Awesome service came in with a miss was diagnosed quickly and they even let me use a tool to fix it. Great place great people check them out if you're having car issues.

They had the best price for my battery I needed but besides that I'm glad I went there,they were super friendly, Jacob helped me with an issue I was having, he had my new battery in super fast! Thank you Jacob for quick but really super customer service,I will come here from now on

They had my heater blower motor in stock which I did not want to wait for while the cold air sets in. Thank you for the convenience. Two other local big name parts dealers didnt have it available. Price was compareable too.

Could've been happier with the service from Zach. Explained everything and even went as far to install the new battery in my wife's 1990 Toyota Camery. Thumbs-up to the O'Reilly in Alexandra, KY.

Its ok. Most of the time i go in there its someone young with little to no car experince. And its frustrating to explain a part i need. But they also have my part 100% of the time. And there prices are better than autozone and very friendly staff!

Your price a little bit higher than everybody else and I don't like it I like O'Reilly but my name's Riley but I'm not going to sit there and pay more money and I get somewhere else cause me a hundred something dollars for valve stem or for my truck and I want somewhere else I got it for $49.99 thank you anyway

Poor help, poor selection, terrible prices, items and prices on the shelves don't match lower mislabeled price on shelves higher actual price. No assistance, didn't listen and acted like I was wasting their time

Been there a couple times since it opened, and everyone there has been helpful and friendly. Once, they were busy, and one of their delivery drivers came over to help me find what i was looking for.
