They do a great job. I'm from Florence but choose to use them. Couldn't be any happier. Car is like new! That place rocks!Update 2-9-24: Thanks a lot to Jim and the team and Chuck's. You guys did such a great job on my 1970 Dodge Charger. I couldn't be happier. You guys rock!

As always Chris was fantastic and quickly hooked up some accessories on my truck for easier access for me. I'm a service Connected Disabled US Navy Veteran. The side steps make it so much easier to get in and out. Good price and great work.

I came here today to fix my bumper which was misaligned and my carriage had been bumped. Jim slapped the bumper back into place and fixed my tabs for free! Excellent service and will definitely come back if I need any repairs.

Amazing experience! Besides being very kind, they did a wonderful job. Very generous with their time estimates and were willing to work around a schedule of when I needed my car. They have fixed two of our cars and they looked good as new when we got them back, and one was almost replacing the whole side and back bumper. Would recommend over and over again!Service: Body & Trim

Couldn't be happier.I dropped a garage door onto the roof of my VW hatchbacm denting the roof and ripping off the antenna.Chucks made it look perfect, charged me the lowest price out of any shop I got a quote from, and even did an incredible job cleaning the car for free and without being asked.

Hate having to come here because it means something bad has happened to my vehicle, but, this is definitely the body shop to come to when bad things do occur. I've been to Chuck's two times in the last 2 years. Once for repairs from hitting a deer and most recently for repairs from a large object being thrown into my vehicle on the interstate. Both times I was greeted very courteously and professionally. They explained all the repairs needed to me and took care of all necessary interaction with my insurance adjuster. Repairs were made in a timely manner. My car looked brand new both times after repairs. Their workmanship is top notch quality. Highly recommend Chuck's for any auto body work. Thank you guys for doing great work and giving excellent customer service.

Took my Chevy Traverse here recently for rear end repair after I was rear ended back in the late fall. Went for an estimate and took a few weeks to get me in but now I understand why. Excellent customer service and excellent work!! Anyone in the NKY area should definitely check this place out these guys are the best. Wouldn t go anywhere else!

Went to Chuck's for a estimate on my truck. I believed the estimate was very fair. Had work done there over 20 plus years ago. They took the truck right away and it was done in 3 days! They did a wonderful job!! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Picked my car up from Chuck yesterday, not only was the work completed as promised and on time, but my car looked AMAZING. I m talking showroom new. The staff is awesome and you can tell they care and have passion for what they do. This was my first time there, but they just made me a customer for life.

I've had two cars repaired at Chuck's and have been beyond satisfied both times. First I hit a deer causing significant damage to a vintage sports car, the exact color paint wasn't available due to the age and they did a splendid job of blending the new color from the front to back that was amazing. Second car was more routine but their communication and advice was very helpful.

Chucks Auto Body did an excellent job of fixing my MINI Paceman S! The entire staff was efficient,kind, and easy to work with through the entire process even calling to give me updates. The car was delivered back to me clean and looking like brand new. Highly recommend.

I was searching for a Body Shop to do some paint and body work on my 2005 GTO preparing it for the GTO National Show when a friend recommended Chuck's. He was not wrong. Chuck and his team did a great job on my car. I would recommend them for any paint and body repair. I know I have found a shop for any future work to be done on any of my vehicles.

Went in to get a estimate to fix my moms 2018 Toyota Camry that was rear ended. Was told by the lady at the front desk that they don't give estimates and that they as well as other shops wont give an estimate without them getting involved with the insurance company.As in I have cash in my hand and they can't quote it.Wasted time and drove 45 min because they told us over the phone to come in. Once we got there she told us the reason that we were told to come in was that they can't give details over the phone?

My brother sent his cargo van to chucks to have it painted, dents removed, and replace the grill and bumper. They only painted the back of the van, and passenger side is wavy from dents, driver side has several pot dents still there. Terrible job, wish they had negative stars for rating.

I have and always will only go to Chuck's Auto Body for anything body related on several of our vehicles. Chuck and everyone run a top notch shop that is efficient and provides show quality work with every aspect.

Chuck's helped me before but wouldn't take a small job repairing rust. He said "live with it" since it wasn't a high paying insurance covered task.
