Big Joe was a great, fun and friendly person to meet along with a sales person Will, they both were amazing and they created a great buying experience and environment for me. Big Joe's was awesome. We contacted him about finding a used car for my son, and in very short order we were visiting in person to view the car. He had the car serviced before we took ownership, and helped us pick the right warranty. The pricing was more than fair, and one week later we were driving it off the lot (A Chrysler 200) for my son who is now 21. Big Joe is fair, up-front about his inventory and will work with you to find the RIGHT car for your need and budget. I highly recommend this dealership!

I have bought three cars from Big Joe s auto sales over the years. One for my wife, my son, and myself. They have been fantastic and working with Joe is amazing. I generally hate dealing with sales people, but Joe is the real deal. Very very friendly, and honest. He explains everything in great detail, and there is never high-pressure sales!If you were like me and hate dealing with the average salesman, please go see Joe, you won t be disappointed!

We had been looking for a reliable used car for my son for a few months. We found the needle in the haystack at Big Joe's. I had lost all hope of finding a reliable used car that was worth the asking price. Will and Joe were incredible to work with. We now have a very happy young man and a happy mom who no longer has to be chauffer! Thanks Joe and Will

I walked into Joe's about 2 months ago with zero car-buying experience. Joe was fair and honest, and helped me through the process with no issues. I bought an older car with high mileage, but despite that, I haven't had any issues after 2 months of hard driving. When I eventually find myself in need of another car, I'm going to check Joe's first.

I bought a used truck from Big Joes mostly based on the many good reviews they had and was not disappointed. Will and JOE were easy to work with and gave me a fair deal on a nice truck and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service overall good experience would definitely recommend them.

Big Joe auto sales is the place to go if you need a car. I got a great deal and great customer service when purchasing my vehicle from them. Joe was very honest and upfront. The paperwork was a breeze and there was no hassle. I will be visiting Joe again when I purchase my daughters car.

They sold the car I was trying to buy, while I was trying to get an auto loan from the bank. They sold it to someone else because "they paid in cash". Guess the purchase and sales agreement we made meant nothing to them. Wasted a good amount of time and money I had because they wanted cash now. AVOID.

I couldn't say enough good things about Joe. I came in here a year and a half ago in need of a car desperately. Joe got me in a nice little car for a decent price. Any issues I've had with the car, Joe has been sure to make them right. A year and a half later and he still has no issue making sure I'm on the road safely. Such a genuine guy. Would recommend 10/10. best place I've ever been to get a car!

Went to test drive the Chevrolet Sonic on the lot. Carfax shows only one accident but the car has been hit on all sides. Back driver side door has huge gap and evidence of collision repairs all over. Price quoted on 2012 Scion XB with over 100k is 2k more than I paid for the same model year 8 years ago with half the mileage.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Joe was BERY upfront with information about the vehicle. His prices are VERY reasonable. He works with you to get a car that s within your budget. I will definitely come back!

I worked with Brandon to buy my car and he was super friendly and helpful. He was not pushy either, which was nice for a change. He helped me get good financing and I am happy with the car so far. Definitely would recommend anyone at least go check the dealership out and their inventory.

Joe was very honest with me. He had some things fixed before I could test drive it. Some thing couldn't be fixed practically, so he adjusted the price and I got a great deal. My H3 Hummer is the car of my dreams and I highly recommend Big Joe to anyone. One of the best experiences I've ever had!

I just bought a 2014 Subaru Forester and I am absolutely in love with not only the car but my experience buying it. Joe was an absolute dream to work with and made this so easy even though it was my first time buying off a lot. Anyone who is buying a car or truck NEEDS to stop here first. Big Joe was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was super upfront and honest. He stayed past closing time so I could come look at the car I had been searching endlessly for. He worked with my financial needs and made it easy and affordable for me to get the exact car I had been searching for. After going to multiple other dealerships/car lots, I was starting to think I d have to settle for something less than my dream car . Joe made my dreams a reality and was a pleasure to deal with along the way. He stayed late again to get my deal finalized so I didn t have to wait another day before I could drive off in my new car. Joe is honest and trustworthy and I will buy from him again and recommend him as well. Go check out his inventory and make a deal with him! You will not regret it! My car is amazing, so was the experience. I am extremely happy I ended up at Big Joe's Auto.

I have bought 2 cars from Joe so far, a 2007 Toyota RAV 4 and recently a 2016 Chevy Colorado. I drove the RAV 4 for 3 years and 200600 miles. Still worked when I traded it back into him. He s honest, he ll do you right and he always goes the extra mile! This is someone who cares about what he does, the people he helps and the community. I will continue to buy from Joe before any big conglomerate! Thank you for everything Joe! You re the best!

Bought a car from big joes auto sales and I have never been more disappointed. I was told the radio on the car didn t work, but there was a backup radio in the trunk of the car and I can have his mechanic install it if I pay for it to get installed, the radio was not in the trunk and was then told it was with the mechanic. I had to call repeatedly to get this radio from Joe. it took about 2-3 weeks of calling to get this radio Because there was excuse after excuse. After that, about 3 months into having this car, the transmission blows. 3 MONTHS. I am a full time college student and used all of my money for my own first car thinking it would be reliable coming from big Joes. And seeing from other reviews this isn t the first time a car from him has needed huge repairs very soon after buying it from him. Since this car was sold as-is I m assuming he knew that this was an issue with this car but didn t bother to tell me. And didn t bother to tell me about the OPEN RECALL on this cars transmission. Long story short I don t have a car anymore because he sells junk cars for a big profit. This place is a joke honestly.

Highly recommend this dealership! We spent a entire weekend looking at over 6 dealerships and many wasted hours on social media and car websites when we stumbled upon Big Joe's while driving home. I wish we would have found him first. Very personable and gave us a great deal. Absolutely no run around with condition and price of the vehicle. He stayed way past closing to assist us and even let us do an overnight test drive since it was so late and raining. This was very helpful since we don't live in Northern Kentucky. He wanted us to make sure this was the vehicle we wanted. I have nothing bad to say about this purchase. We love our Corolla! Thanks Joe! We will be back!

Went to Big Joe Auto Sales looking to get approved on a good reliable car that was good on gas. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Big Joe and let me start off by saying that I was nothing less than impressed. The way that they broke down the financing options and the complete transparency was really refreshing. I usually buy from larger car dealerships because of selection, but the process at Big Joe's was so much quicker and easier than anything I anticipated. Thanks Brandon and Joe! I will be back and will be sending everyone I know down from Cincinnati to see you guys!
