I went in for a battery and they offered to change it out for me right then, which was awesome. The young man who did it was great. He was very nice, thorough, and did it quickly. I've shopped here for several years. They are always nice and helpful.

Genna at Auto zone in Alexandria Ky was super helpful by changing my windshield wipers while my husband was traveling. Also helped me tracked an order I placed previously!

Started going back to AutoZone after ridiculous lack of customer service by a manager. Glad I went today: the associate on duty reminded me of how AutoZone used to be run!

Dusty was great!! He was wonderful and he put my headlight in and then he put my wipers on also. And he was so cheerful and helpful. I will use this auto zone from now on!

If ones in such place well usually something is broke now thats a mind set itself alone but wen ther is at before noon sum out of control dude trying to redo or clean the floors with that piece of equipment that runs on propane and I tell you this that was horrible the guys behind the counter was at ther nerves end! But other then that they gave wat u need?! Tool's

Great experience. I needed a new battery which was going to be $580 at the dealership. I went to the Alexandria location and the associate checked the battery and replaced it for me. It saved me over $300. The battery was not easy to replace, but the associate took the time to help. Thank you so much! I'm sorry I can't remember the associate's name but he was wonderful!

4 counter reps and 10 customers deep, phones ringing constantly and no one to answer them. Stood in line for 15 minutes, line not moving. Watched 3 people leave, I finally left and went to Napa Auto parts in Alexandria, Crystal immediately waited on me, got want I needed in 2 minutes flat and offered to install. Skip Autozone!!!

Easy peasy. Told them what I needed, battery, and they took care of the rest. Even tested my old one to make sure I actually needed one. Plus, they have early hours so I was only a little late for work instead of way late waiting on some place to open up.

Truck was struggling to start in colder weather. So I stopped in to have it checked. It came up bad. Not only was the battery reasonably priced with a warranty but they installed it as well! Peace of mind in under a half hour. Courteous helpful staff too.

This was my 2 time here , had a return. He helped me bring in the part because I couldn't carry it. He barely said 2 words to me. It went smoothly but for someone in customer service you'd expect better...

Couldn't find what I needed and even though there were 3 people behind the counter, no one ever ask if I could use assistance. I started to walk to the counter to ask for help and heard 2 of them mumble under their breath.I couldn't make out what they said. Just gave a very bad impression. So I just left.

I highly recommend this location. I received the best customer service I have had in awhile. They treated me with such respect and greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. Duffey took great care of me and my car.

Service was excellent....I needed new windsheild wipers. After paying for them he actually came out and put them on my car and made sure they worked properly. Ill DEFINITELY be back.

I am a woman that does all of my auto and small engine repairs and when I get stumpt, they do not discriminate and Jump Right In to help me troubleshoot and ask me what I have already done. Several different levels of Maintenance knowledge so just keep moving up the chain if the first person can't help you or doesn't know. Usually they will call over a more knowledgeable person if it is beyond their help.

This AutoZone is always the best one I've ever been to. The associates are always more than helpful and very friendly. I've literally never had a bad experience at this AutoZone, and this is coming from a guy who loves to work on his car.

Employees stare at you hard like they want to ask you what you need right as you walk in but they let you browse around a bit first just makes me uncomfortable walking in. They're polite and helpful when you check out though.

Not enforcing mask mandate and associates not wearing mask. Avoid this Alexandria location to stay safe. Very sad for a business to put profit before people's safety.

I've been coming here for years. People stay friendly, always reliable. It wouldn't be AutoZone if you always got the right part, but they take no short cuts in resolving any issue.
