I bought a car from Advantage and as soon as I got a mile down the road the engine light came on. I brought it back the next day and the guys immediately gave me my money back and were very apologetic. Things just happen sometimes and its nobody's fault. They are extremely friendly and the customer service is fantastic. Todd even offered me a better car for the same price. 10/10 recommend. I will absolutely be back. There is a reason they have 5 stars!

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a no-pressure vibe. The team was super knowledgeable and transparent, answering all my questions without hesitation. I found the perfect car that checked all my boxes it was like it was waiting just for me! The condition of the car was top-notch, and the price? Unbeatable. They even helped me sort out the financing with ease. I drove off feeling like I'd won the jackpot. Update- 8/25/22 I had previously taken the review down because my mother had spoken on the phone with the dealership and they seemed like they were interested in helping in some way. We have not heard anything about it since. But not only that, I finally pay $5000 to get the car out of the shop and the mechanic discovered a cracked engine block!!!!! This car has been the worst purchase ever and the dealership is the entire cause of this. Thank you Advantage Used Cars!Update: 7/26/22 The engine overheated to the point that the head gasket blew as well and now both have to be replaced!6/24/22- 2016 Ford Escape EcoBoost 4WD with 154k miles. It was listed for $10,998 and I put $6,000 down. This car is already listed over KBB value with top end price around $10,000 even. Somehow left with $7,800 left to pay off. Less than 50 miles driven, the check engine light came on. Take it to AutoZone and they tell me the turbocharge unit is completely busted. I call the dealership since it had been LESS THAN 24 HOURS. I get on the phone with Justin and he essentially tells me I m completely out of luck. He said he can check my wheel bearing for me but he said he would lose money if he even did an oil change on it . That s a lie. He posted it high, he didn t have the car detailed (which he said costs him $130) and I had to do it myself, dude didn t even inflate my tires! They were flat. Don t give me that bs. He can say we just got it and didn t do any of the work all he wants. But he had enough time to post it online and sell it. You d think he would help me with getting the situation fixed considering he didn t do my detailing or even cut me a discount for doing it myself. Plus (I know he s gonna deny this) he said if anything funky happens in 7 days, call him. And I did and he says I m SOL. Oh and the extra money added to my loan was for a $1,400 Wynns Warranty. Warranty apparently covers 1 year, 12,000 miles.A.) he didn t ask me if I even wanted the warranty. He just put it on there and said it came with it.B.) the warranty doesn t go into effect until 200 miles after buying the car. (I found that information myself)C.) the warranty only covers $2,000 worth of work! Lol I already paid $1,400 for the warranty!

Advantage used cars is an amazing place to work with. We recently bought a Tucson and love it. We had a great experience working with Todd, Justin, and Jason. They are all very friendly and helpful. We took our time waiting for the right car and they were always responsive and honest with us. They were never pushy about any car. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone and we will be back with any future car needs! Loved our whole experience.

The atmosphere and people are amazing here! We worked so well with everyone and they were all accommodating with all our obstacles. I wish more than anything our loan worked out - if it had, we'd be in one of their cars. Buying a new house can really slow other things down. We will be back when we can get things figured out financially

Just got my new car from these guys they are great!! So easy to work with great reliable cars and you can t beat there prices! This is my second car from them once in 2012 and I have upgraded again I will definitely continue coming back they have never failed me. Bought my car from this dealership on Thursday January 13th and i absolutely love it and definitely would recommend this dealer! The gentleman that i talked to was so nice and talked me through everything and helped me get everything squared away. I bought a 2011 Toyota corolla here last week and I have been loving it since! Justin was a pleasure to deal with and gave me a great price. They are family owned and I felt like I was part of it when I was buying. There are not a lot of places like this left! The owner went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, Great hospitality. Oh thank you for the soda's!! Definitely consider them when purchasing a used vehicle!

Great buying experience. Bought a Honda Civic a year ago for my daughter and it s been a great reliable car. Last week we purchased are second car form this car lot a 2010 Chevy Cruz for my wife and she loves it. The owner at advantage was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to both times. We will be back again for sure.

We bought a used Jeep here a couple weeks ago. They treated us fairly and did not try and push anything on us we did not want. The vehicle runs great and is a great car for our needs and right in our budget for what we were looking to spend. Fair and honest guys to deal with.

Justin was very friendly and gave me a good deal right off the bat. The whole buying experience was sooooo much more comfortable than anything I have encountered before. None of the back and forth BS you get other places. Their inventory seemed very carefully chosen without the usual junk you see at other used car lots. The next time I need to buy a car I will definitely go there first.

My wife and I had a very good experience there to purchase our first diesel truck. We needed something to pull our 5th wheel we also purchased after selling our home and most everything else. We felt good going there because of the mostly positive reviews, even though we both dread any sort of dealership experience. But man, I almost felt right at home there. I was met by professional, honest and down to earth people. When we looked at what we wanted we weren't sure because we had more to look at elsewhere and they knew that. So when we go to leave, their team is telling us everything to look out for mechanically speaking. For me that spoke volumes. We ended up turning back around and buying from them. We couldn't be happier.

I bought a 2002 Toyota Corolla here back in March of 2016. The owner and his son were very friendly and down to earth, they were willing to haggle, and so far I haven't had any major issues with the vehicle. The only problem I really have with it is that it always seems to need oil about 1,000 miles before it is due for a change, but there never appears to be any oil spots in my parking space, so I don't feel like there is a leak. Overall though, I paid about $3,300 for the vehicle, and the experience I had with these people was far better than that of any other dealership I have ever been to. I would most likely buy another car from them in the future.

We bought a 2004 Nissan Murono here back in 2012. My wife drove the wheels off this vehicle and I could barely get her out of it to do routine maintenance on it. Todd, Jason, & Justin are great to work with. They do not pressure you like any of the other Dealerships we have ever been to. I stop in and see them and look through there inventory at least once a month if not more. They treat me like I'm part of the Family. My girls are looking at buying from them in the future when they upgrade vehicles. Good Luck Todd, Justin, and Jason. I'm sure we have found our Dealership for generation's to come.

We bought a 2007 Saturn vue from Todd. This is the second car we have bought here in the past 4 years. Great people to work with and Todd is the owner and is very nice. There is not many places that the owner is there and you get to meet him, family owned and honest that s why we shop here first. I have had my Saturn about 3 months and love it. First car is still running great also! Thank you Todd and the gentlemen at advantage!

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the deal you gave us on the 2010 Ford Tarus. The process was very transparent from the beginning, and Todd was very pleasant and easy to work with, no high pressure tactics like we encountered at other dealerships. We had called inquiring about a dodge caravan and a ford explorer. We went jn, fell in love with the van (I did, my husband not so much, since he really wanted the ford). However, he worked with Justin, & haggled the price and we ended up getting a great deal. Only problem thus far is we got home only to find out it needs a new radiator, but that is a quick cheap fix. Great experience, good deal, & very friendly service!

Very pleased with the service Id received. Owner is very nice and easy to talk to. I only had so much money and he worked with me to find the perfect car for my situation along with price range. Will be back to buy another car this summer for my son.

This is a great place to buy a truck, they have great selections and pricing is more than reasonable. Jason helped me and went over a few trucks with me, I ended up buying a Ford F-250 in great shape. Jason was honest about anything they have done to the truck and have me a great buy! I recommend this place to anyone!
