Very friendly customer service. It took over an hour to do an oil change though. I will go back next time

I was not very impressed with this Walmart tire facility. I needed a simple tire repair which I ended up waiting over 2 and 1 half hours for them to even get my tire fixed. Probably will not go back to this Walmart tire shop. Very disappointed.

This is the 2nd time my daughter has got something in her tire. These guys and girls in the auto center is great. Polite, knowledgeable, and will explain things to you. Here's what the got out of the tire this time. I couldn't believe it!! Thanks Walmart auto center in Winfield!!! My daughter went ahead now and got 2 mor new tires now they are all new and these guys at Walmart are excellent friendly and know what the hell they're doing!!! Thank y'all

Went in to get a flat tire patched. Told me it would be about an hour-hour and a half. No problem. Told them I d wait at the store. After two hours with no update I check in, they tell me only 20 more minutes and you re up , okay I ll do some grocery shopping and when I m done it should be good to go or close. Another hour later - still my car isn t even in the garage yet. So what went from an hour wait to almost 4 hours later - just told them give me the keys and I ll go somewhere else. No remorse , no apology.Just be honest about the wait time so I can make a conscious decision about whether to wait , go home and wait , or come back another day. Total waste of time and the employees act like they could care less to be there or help any of the customers. They act like the customers are a nuisance to them. It s your job - you chose to work there.

My fianc� has seen a plethora of issues at this Winfield auto care center at Walmart. It started off as minor annoyances such as not having the oil sticker after an oil change or by leaving the plastic used by the mechanic in the car which was trash. Then my fianc� needed two tires changed they put on the incorrect size. My fianc� made his final mistake of doing business with the Winfield auto care center at Walmart by getting his tires rotated and balanced and fixing a flat. This fix resulted in three more Walmart visits due to a shaking steering wheel after the tire balance and rotation. First he took his car back to get it re-balanced and rotated and the steering wheel still shook. He came back a second time to notice that there were two warps on his passenger front and rear tires of his vehicle. They replaced both tires and the shaking still persisted. This issue has never been a problem with this vehicle and it has started as soon as Walmart had balanced and rotated the tires. The third visit resulted with them referring him to another mechanic in town and denying that there were any issues with the vehicle stating that if the referred mechanic found something wrong with the vehicle that could be proven to be Walmarts fault they would reimburse him. There must ve been something wrong with their process. We will never be going back and recommend any other mechanic over this one.Update: the tire hub assembly had been broken. $500 repair. Walmart was deemed responsible for the problems & it took Walmart almost 2 months to reimburse us.

It's slow waiting every time I've gone here. Their is no sense of urgency from the assistants there. Waited near 30 minutes with only one person in front of me to get service. I waited in line for 10 minutes with nobody at the counter before opening the door behind the counter to the garage to ask for someone. Then another 20 for him to check in the 1 customer in front of me. I am not exaggerating! I tried to leave at one point but was trapped because once you're in, they have to press a button to allow the door to open back up. Hard to do when nobody is at the counter.Then when i finally got my turn they said they couldn't service my tire because their air compressor was down. So the tire warranty i paid for is useless and now i have to go somewhere else to pay and get it fixed. Thanks for wasting my time and moneyServices: Tires, Oil change

Went in for an oil change. They put oil in the antifreeze!!! Had to take to a mechanic in Winfield that had to drain my entire system almost damaging my engine at my expense $$!No Manager there today in auto center. Store Manager would not speak to me about it, they sent this unprofessional/rude guy named Stephen coach refusing to show me video/pics of incident and telling me they would not compensate me. The owner of the auto shop that fixed their problem called them too and was treated the same way. This is not good customer service or business practice. Customers Beware!!! They lost all my business for good!

We were told it would take 45 minutes to change out two tires but ended up waiting for almost two hours for a simple job. We have had similar frustrations with the automotive section before. If you are on a time limit I would not recomend walmart.

Purchased a new tire at Walmart about a month ago, continued to leak. Back 3 times to fix, they finally blamed it on the rim.Had Dukes on North Main look at it and they used scratch pad on rim. No leaks since.

Got two new tires put on. Never had I experienced my tires going flat until they put them on and rotated all my tires. One went flat within the next day, and they replaced the NEW valve stem they put in. But two other tires now go flat within days.

I didn't have an appointment but this Walmart was able to get me right in and rotate the tires on my Tucson, Thanks Walmart

Was told I had a 60-90 min wait to switch two tires. They had two oil changes in front of me. I waited over three and a half hours after turning my keys to the rep to get my car back.unnacceptable.

Winfield, Once again I tried to shop locally, and was disappointed. Waited two hours to get 2 new tires. There was only 2 cars in front of me when I got there. when I asked how much longer it would be they said there were three cars in front of me. How would that be possible? I left without purchase.

TERRIBLE customer service. Waited for almost 2 hours with zero people ahead of me and no vehicles in the garage. Ended up leaving and going to a mom and pop place down the road...where I should've gone to begin with.

Came in for them to change all four of my tires. They said first come first served but they took three cars that came after me. Took over three hours.
