Went there to rent a car,very nice and professional, they explained the charges and fees and basically covered the contract and answered all my questions and concerns,on the flip side their cars doesn't come with xm radio like my last rental from the city last week but they still have good inventory.

I have used pools 3 different times now so I am very disappointed about what I heard they did to my insurance company. They charged fees that were uncalled for double the normal storage fees, a gate fee when there is not one gate on the property administrative fees that were at least double what they should have been. So I guarantee this will be the last time I will use them. My insurance agent said he has worked with them before and never had a problem till now. My husband and I both feel if they are going to rip off the insurance company then who else will the rip off so I will never use them or recommend them to anyone again. It's sad that things have changed in this way.

Not much to tell. Did a damage report for we go look on a Sunday. So Noone was there. But looks like nice place and I've heard a lot of good about them. So would refer ppl to here just off word of mouth.

I am writing to provide a review for Pool's Body Shop. They happen to be an Eagle Carports dealer. I purchased a carport from them. I am very happy with the service I received from Pool's concerning this purchase. Therefore, the 5-star rating. I have given Eagle Carports a 4-star rating. I am going to copy my review of them here -I ordered a 12 x 20 vertical roof carport. I was told by the dealer it could be 6 weeks before installation. On Eagle Carports website, my location is right on the fringe of their 5-10 day delivery zone. I received installation 7 days after my order date. I was very pleased. I had requested that the installation crew notify me 1 hour prior to arrival. That way I could leave work and be there when they arrived. The crew met that request. The crew was very efficient and polite. The reason I have not given them a 5-star rating is because they had the wrong color for my gable ends. As they were installing the building, I noticed the error and stopped them. The crew foreman retrieved my order form and confirmed that I was correct. He called someone. He asked me if I would take the color they had brought with them. I told him that I would but that I expected a discount. My discount offer ended up being 8.7%. I accepted the discount.Another item of concern was they wanted me to pay before they completed the installation. I refused. I called the main office in NC the following morning and paid my remaining balance. Initially, I am happy with my purchase and the installation of my carport.

Took very good care of me and my vehicle. Would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. Very easy to talk too, professional, kept in touch with me during the process, returned my vehicle cleaner than it was left inside and out. Great place to do business with. Brought my car in after having a deer ruin my front end. Service was very good, everyone was nice and the process was seamless. Had my car ready to go in just under a week and it definitely looked better after! Would definitely recommend, especially since they were flexible with payment.

I got rear ended at a stop light and chose this company to do the repairs. Their work was flawless and they had it back to me faster than any other repair shop I've been to.The whole car was professionally cleaned and they even cleaned out the metal chips stuck in the seat fabric (I'm a Machinist).The company is ran be a nice couple and will take care of any issue you have.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Pool's Body Shop completed great work on our vehicle after taking rear end damage. They dealt with many parts availability and mechanic's delays but we would rather know that the job was done right than to have another shop take the quick way out. Totally unprofessional. The work that was supposed to take 5 business days took 9. The wrong fender was ordered or delivered but no one checked that until 2 business days after my pickup was supposed to be ready. I refused to accept it when it was already 3 days after it should've been ready because the workmanship was substandard. Excuses after excuses. And then when I told the owner I was upset he blew me off.

Took my car in the staff made sure to get my car back to me in a week. I got daily updates which was super easy to sign up for. This body shop staff was much nicer than any corporatw one I've been too. Thanks guys!

The owner was very rude and basically refused to answer my questions about my car i sent my car somewhere else and thats the best decision I've ever made.
