We were on the road this morning from Pawhuska OK. To Kearny NE. Pulling a 41 RV behind our F250. Our truck is a 2021 and we have had no problems with it at all. We were going up a hill and we heard something make a loud POP. Immediately the truck wasn t pulling. We got to the side of the road, went out and looked around the RV and truck and couldn t see anything wrong. So we tried the truck again and it wasn t going anywhere. So we got on the phone for a tow truck. We were sitting on the side of the road for about 4 hours.We got a call from Brett at Express Recovery. What a blessing this man is. He loaded the truck and RV on his truck and down the road we went. We had to drop the truck off at the Ford dealership and look for us a place to put the RV so we could stay and wait on the truck. Brett said he knew of this RV site down the road from the dealership and he would take us there and pull it into a spot for us. This man is a jewel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were set up.I would recommend this man s tow service Express Recovery to anyone needing a tow. He doesn t hesitate to please.

Their name says it all. Fast, efficient and dependable service. Brett has given me a tow when I needed it after blowing out a tire. And when I managed to lock myself out of my car while it was running they were there within ten minutes. A thousand thanks!

Twice I've had to have Brett come tow my vehicles. He's very fast, courteous and professional. His prices are affordable and he's always nice. He's also saved me once when I locked my keys in my truck! Thanks Brett! You're the best! I'll always call Express Recovery. Best in town!

I would like to say thank you for helping us and going above and beyond last night Feb 4th, during the snow storm when we slide off of the road. Thank you for knowing that it was better for us to leave our vehicle rather than pull us through the snow banks. Your kinds and extra work goes a long way. If I or anyone that I know ever needs a tow truck I will be glad to recommend you.

We broke down on out way home from out of town, but they were quick to come help and and super friendly! We had never had to call a tow truck before, but the guy who came to help us made it the easiest and best experience we could've asked for.

Tonight, while traveling in a company vehicle 525 miles from home around 7:30pm a wheel flies off my truck going 45mph! I got the truck to the side of the road and called two other towing services (I won't name them, it doesn't matter) who let my call go to voice mail. Third time is a charm-I called EXPRESS RECOVERY. They answered quickly and were there within an hour. They got me to a hotel and my truck to the nearest dealership in Ponca City. All with smiles under their facemasks. And they recovered my wheel about 1/8 of a mile away in a ditch on the opposite side of the road. You won't find better to take care of you, quick, knowledgeable, friendly, fair priced and professional. Called and they came very quickly it was cold and sprinkling. Took no time at all to do and the young man was very polite. Will for sure recommend and use again if needed. And price was affordable!!

We made an appointment with our insurance company for them to meet us the following morning and when we contacted them they told us they werent going to be out at our car until several hours after our original time we told them. I ended up changing the tire myself and getting it to the auto shop without them
