100% recommend this company. Was there for us the entire time walked us through the nightmare of having to deal with progressive insurance progressive insurance kept telling us how bad this place was and they wanted us to move our car to a shop that they sponsored I refused, Blake and his team were there for us the entire time. Our car looks amazing. Thank you so much.

They are an excellent and professional shop. In my opinion, The Best in town. They help from start to finish and work with your insurance company. Very experienced in making sure all damages are included in your estimate to the insurance company. Their my recommended shop for everyone. They even help the customer with a free loaner vehicle, while the vehicle is in the shop. Can't give them enough praise! Thanks for all the help!

Wichita Collision and Dent is among the best in town, if not The Best! They helped me with my vehicle when I had a collision. They're a great help from start to finish. They work with the Insurance company and are very experienced in making sure everything is included in your estimate, so that any and all damages are accounted for. After all was said and done, my vehicle ended up being considered totalled. I'll recommend them to everyone and will be using them in the future, if I every have another accident. Also, they provide a FREE loaner vehicle while your vehicle is in the shop, which was a life saver! Appreciate all their support!

Sara and Blake were extremely helpful during this process. They both offered very professional attitudes and provided a lot of detailed information that was very helpful. Insurance companies were battling and refusing to pay, but they were very helpful with lending out a loaner and communicating with me! Highly recommend! Not to mention my car has never looked better, seriously!

Blake was awesome! He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my vehicle being totaled and working with insurance. This was my first car accident resulting in a totaled car so I was very unsure of what to do. Blake and Wichita Collision made me feel like I was in very good hands and being looked out for. I can t thank you all enough!

I genuinely hate giving a small business a bad review but I feel like it might save someone some heartache and grief. I was rear ended hard in a brand new car. Blake told me it was totaled but refused to do the work progressive requested so they could accurately assess the damage. For 3 weeks Blake went round and round with progressive and swore up and down the car was totaled. Finally one day he decides he can fix it up to 99%. I wasn t ok with this on my brand new car so I asked to have it towed to another shop for a second opinion. The other shop had a great relationship with progressive and got my car totaled out immediately. The guy said it took him 5 minutes to disassemble the sides to show rail damage. I don t know why Blake refused to do this. The other body shop also found quite a few things Blake had missed. And to add insult to injury, he packed up my bumper and all the spare parts inside the car which caused A LOT of interior damage to the seat fabric and doors. I guess he was mad that I wanted a second opinion. He wasn t professional and came off really lazy. I would stay away from this shop.

Would absolutely tell anyone to use Wichita Collision and Dent Center! Blake really went above and beyond for us being on our side when it came to the insurance company and wanted the best for us! They really want to look out for the best interest of their customers! Will definitely be using them again if we need too!

Would recommend Wichita Collision & Dent Center to everyone I know! Blake was able to help us out twice so far with our unfortunate accidents. He is focused on giving the customer the best experience and being our advocate when it comes to the insurance company s! He really went above and beyond for us will definitely be coming back for any other accidents we have.

Horrible company! Lied about damages on the loaner car they let me borrow while they worked on my car 0/10 recommended! A door ding is not over 5,000 in damages to a 2016 car with 200K on it !

New to the Wichita area, I had no idea where to have my car towed after being involved in an accident. Thankfully, "Wichita Collision & Dent Ctr" was an option on a Google search. I was more than relieved when I was greeted by Sara who assured me everything would be ok. It was late eve but in no way did she make me feel rushed. Sara answered my questions and issued me a loaner car. The following week, Blake helped me when there was confusion regarding my claim and the amount of damage to my car. Though I hope I don't soon need the services of an auto body shop, I would go nowhere but here. Highly recommend!

I recently hired the services of Wichita Collision and Dent Center in Wichita, Kansas, and was assisted by Blake Baysinger, the project manager. From the start of our traumatic accident, Blake worked with my wife and me, displaying outstanding communication skills and empathy that our family needed during this difficult time. He listened to my wife s needs and had our damaged car picked up from our home the day after the accident. I contacted Blake shortly after my wife told me he was taking excellent care of her. He offered many forms of communication that I needed as I worked all business hours. Blake listened to me and identified what I needed to resolve our issue. He worked with our insurance company, American Family, and introduced me to some of his external peers to answer questions that he could not answer. From day one, he was the leader of our project and went above the call of duty in every way we expected.I am impressed with Blake s professionalism and dedication to his work. He is a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with his services. I will definitely use Blake again in the future and will be recommending him to friends and family in the Wichita Kansas Area. We have no complaints and know that we have a reliable professional if we ever need his services again.Thank you, Blake, for your outstanding work! The fact I called to get and estimate and the receptionist took my info sent me a text to send pictures, vin, and paint to and she d get me an estimate asap Tuesday after Memorial Day. Nothing was received and I even followed up twice. Here we are three weeks later and nothing still I called no response. Terrible customer service experience and if you have to follow up as a customer or potential customer is poor sign. Hopefully they ll read this and be more mindful.

Blake has been extremely helpful and resourceful for me in a situation I m in for a very poor body shop repair at Norris Collision. My insurance paid the body shop almost 5k and has charged me for a claim and has told me there s nothing they can do and then I would have to take my car to another body shop and be out all the money again.

I had a problem with my car that nobody could figure out, been to 3 different businesses. Then I came to wichita Collision and Dent, not only did they get it right the first time, but the atmosphere was awesome too! It just felt nice to be there! Very friendly and honest, from the secretary to the guy diagnosing my problem! Love this place! 5 stars for sure!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So I went in to get an idea of what it would cost me to get the hail damage repaired on my vehical. These kind of things typically get all caught up in a mess of insurance paperwork and smoke and mirrors it seems but I was rather surprised at how one of their very knowledgeable staff members, Sara, was able to simplify and break down the process for me. She really knew what she was talking about and how to relate it to me so that I could fully understand it. In the end, after all the searching and frustrations, this will be my choice. Thanks Sara and Wichita Collision & Dent as a whole for your professionalism, your dedication to meeting the customers needs, and your knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I highly recommend Blake here at Wichita collision and dent center! He was very informative and quick with a solution which put me at easy instantly. The team at Wichita Collision & Dent were EXCELLENT! Blake and Sara were extremely accommodating to my schedule. They were in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, including keeping me updated while they worked with the insurance company and the during the actual work on my car. My car looks great! There is absolutely no evidence of an accident to my car. If I could give them 10 stars I would. You will get the best service and work form the team at Wichita Collision & Dent. I have used this body shop twice this year. The first was the result of a hail storm in Montana, the second and most recent was from hitting a deer here in Kansas near my home. They do an excellent job at Wichita Collision and Dent. They are thorough and expedient, a rare combination.
