I was in the market for the new 2024 Lexus TX and have been on multiple waiting lists since its release. After a disappointing encounter with another sales representative, a family member referred me to Lam Nguyen. I was able to purchase the TX remotely and have it shipped to my front door in Texas. Lam was able to procure the exact model with all my specifications. He was patient with all my questions and responsive to all my texts and calls during any time of day. Lam always asked me what I wanted and was never pushy in trying to sell me additional service/add-ons. He consistently updated me during the whole process with projected arrival to dealership, required documents to be signed, secure payment options, and expected delivery to my home. Lam made the whole process seamless and truly the best experience I have had with any dealership. I would 150%, highly recommend Lam Nguyen to any friend, family member or acquaintance without hesitation; guaranteed you will receive the same genuine service!

My family has been working with Lam and buying/leasing cars from him for years. When it came time to get my own, I knew exactly where to go. Lam made everything very easy and stress free, he was easily available and answered all my questions. Other staff were great as well, but if you need a new car find Lam Nguyen at Walser

Not so happy with how my fresh oil change shows 3/4 of oil in the oil level check. And when opened hood I noticed the air intake plastics well not properly aligned and pressed and had to fix it myself with non clips in place. Would like to thank Morgan who was sweet and helpful to get me in today. But the service tech needs more training !!!

Well I a bought a mdx from them. When I test drove it seemed great but I also was distracted asking sales man questions and was distracted. It drove really good. I really like the car. I'm part at fault not testing everything as buyer like the tail gate etc.. well immediately (with in 30 minutes )after I bought the car, I noticed there was clanking sounds when i was driving in a parking lot to get food. Sounds like the joints are not good. I then noticed when I got home that night the tail gate sounds like it may be going out. I also noticed the alignment is off a little as well. I scheduled an appointment and I hope they will do the right thing. It has yet to be 30 days since I bought it but seems like the inspection report they completed may have been pencil whipped. If they do the right thing I will change my review and update it. I love the car but hate having some many problems as soon as I drive off the lot. I trusted the dealership and which lead to me no conducting a thorough check on my part. Fingers crossed on my appointment this week.Update 3/27/24. Well I am very pleased. They took ownership of their mistakes and did the right thing. Also was very professional even with me being upset. I really appreciate a company and dealership doing the right thing. It goes long ways and I very much appreciate it. Thank you

So professional! No pressure, no haggling price because every auto has a great discount! Sales staff were great! You can buy a Lexus, Mercedes, Jaguar and more! Multiple dealership by Waller all in one location! Beautiful trip there and worth the drive! They work hard to get you bc a Super trade in!!!!

We purchased a used 2023 Honda Odyssey (only 80 miles on it) from Walser. We are not only happy with the vehicle, but Ellen Franklin (dealer) was wonderful to work with. She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. We even had to have the paperwork re-done for a change we wanted and took care of that for us. We will definitely go back to Walser and request Ellen for our next vehicle purchase.

I had a wonderful experience at Walser! They had a car I was interested in purchasing and Brian was extremely helpful the whole way through! He remained focused and attentive the whole process, even when the weather caused a bit of a delay when delivering my car to KC from Wichita.Overall, I had a great experience with Walser. I would definitely feel very positive about dealing with them on any potential future purchases!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lam at Walser Auto Dealer. I found him to be very knowledgeable about cars, professional in his work, and very cooperative through all channels (face-to-face, text messaging). He was very proactive in providing help. I appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. The dealership itself was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Walser Auto Dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I posted the review below a little over. 2 months ago and thought I had the problem resolved. Just got another email. Asking me if I want to sell or trade in a vehicle I DO NOT OWN ANYMORE,,,,, it is scrap now!!!! I guess my only option is to unsubscribe which is unfortunate that I have to do that in order to not be harassed about them buying a car from me that I do not own anymoreHere was my old review. If I could give them another 1 rating I would I was very happy with the cars I have bought from them. Unfortunately one of them was totaled. After telling them I no longer have the car they finally quit calling me asking to buy it back/trade in but they keep sending me emails asking to see what it is worth. Every email I get from them reminds me I do not have that great car anymore. I have called them many times and told them I am fine receiving emails but to remove the specific car and the emails just keep coming. So at this point I would say they have poor marketing tactics and therefore the negative review Maybe this will get someone s attention

After having my previous car for almost ten years, I was hesitant about going through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle again but Walser and Lam in particular made the whole experience wonderful! I never felt pressured at any time and Lam was so patient with myself and my husband asking lots of questions. When we decided on the vehicle to purchase, Lam made everything so simple and easy for us. We enjoyed working with him and the dealership so much that we sent my parents there to buy a car from him several months later! I would HIGHLY recommend buying from Walser and asking for Lam!

I recently bought an antique Mercedes. A few months after having the vehicle, it developed a battery draw. My local mechanic told me I would have to go to the dealership to repair the car. I took my car to Wasler and they did find a battery draw. They quickly repaired the problem and returned my car. However, as sometimes happens with antique vehicles, there was more than one problem and a second battery draw. I sent the car back to Wassler with concerns about paying for diagnostics twice. I discussed those concerns with Hunter who went above and beyond to make sure that my car was thoroughly inspected and completely repaired. I was not double charged. Hunter also made sure that I did not have to spend extra time messing with car repairs. They picked up my car and returned it. They also offered me a loaner car when my car was in the shop the second time. I think this kind of customer service is rare in today's world. I was both surprised and impressed by the treatment I received at Wasler. I highly recommend it. I would take my other vehicles there, but it is my understanding that they only work on Mercedes.

Bought a used 2022 AMG Mercedes GLE 53 Coupe with less than 30k miles in January. Drove from KC to Wichita to purchase. On my way home the car overheated twice, within a few days the check engine light came on so had to take it to a Mercedes dealer. While in the shop I was told the right rear tire needed to be replaced due to an internal puncture that was not repairable (cost me over $800). Car has been back in the shop twice now. In addition to this the dealership made some error on paperwork and has been hounding me after the fact to fix their issue. Overall not happy with the quality of the car and feel like they did little to no inspection. If you are going to buy a used car from this place be very careful.

I purchased a Range Rover from Rhett Walker. He was extremely helpful and personable. Rhett (also known as "Sunshine") knew everything that I wanted and needed to know about the vehicle!!! I would definitely purchase another car from him!!! Rhett has also followed up quickly about any additional inquiries that I have had since my purchase. He's the guy to see!

Great experience with Walser! Lam Nguyen is great at what he does and made my life easy. Having no prior experience shopping for a car, Lam talked me through the process and worked to find a solution that made the most sense for me. The experience you receive when purchasing a vehicle from here will be more than you can think. Aaron our salesman at Audi was more than 5 star. His knowledge on the vehicles was impeccable. He was not pushy to upgrade us. He listened and gave us all the knowledge he could. The kind and friendly atmosphere was something I only imagined given past experiences at other dealers. The process start to finish was amazing. We were shown and explained the service side of thing before we even left which made sure we weren t feeling left in the dark come our first service on the vehicle. Highly recommend the team at Walser especially Aaron at Audi. Couldn t have made it possible without him. Our initial phone call was a week prior to our visit and even on the phone we knew we would be taken care of. Thank you so much for the amazing service we look forward to our future dealings with this truly amazing company.

My latest Mercedes purchase represents my 7th in 30 years. When I found the perfect SL43 AMG I was seeking on Autotrader, I was concerned that it was nearly half a continent away from my home in North Georgia. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend using Acura of Wichita and the Walser Auto Group! Ask for Greg Jones and tell him I sent you! They are so friendly, not pushy, they have an amazing reconditioning process for their used vehicles and inspections that are the best in the Midwest. Every vehicle is CLEAN and in GREAT CONDITION! I can not say enough good things about my salesman, Rhett Walker. This is my first time buying a car completely online. I must admit it was kinda scary buying a car 6 and a half hours away without a test drive, but Rhett Walker was there for me every step of the way he answered any and all questions I had and a few I didn't even know to ask. He responded quickly, professionally, and thoughtfully through the whole process. The whole experience was easy and hassle free. I never even had to leave my house. We did everything over the phone. The whole process took about a week from start to finish. My car was delivered to my front door without issue. When it arrived it didn't have the floor mats I thought it was coming with so I gave him a ring and he ordered me a brand new set without hesitant and is also having them delivered it's nice to know your salesman still cares even after the car is sold. Rhett Walker is my new go-to car guy. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I love my new Jaguar e-pace

We saw a car online at Walser Auto Campus and drove over to check it out. The car was nice and a reasonable price. The day after Christmas we went back when they were open. We were cheerfully greeted by Dan McMahon. Dan was very pleasant and after we told him which car we were interested in, it was immediately brought around for a test drive. We decided to buy the car. Dan was very thorough with information about the vehicle and loan information. We absolutely had the best car buying experience. Everything was completed in a timely manner and we were on our way. We appreciated the help of Dan and would highly recommend his expertise guiding buyers through the process!

Fantastic experience. Jesus and the staff made the entire process easy for my father and I and we couldn not be more satisfied. My family intends to return to purchase and here's why.I spent almost a year researching cars and then more specifically the EXACT series and trim for my dream BMW. I know from general conversation that plenty of people fall into this camp of over-researching their next car only to have a subpar buying experience. Maybe the deal was wrong? Or not the preferred color/options? Or they got a lower than expected trade etc.Jesus erased all doubt that I chose the right car and dealership. In my case I did not have to settle! The car and the deal just felt right. Most of it was done remotely and I felt extremely confident well before setting foot into the dealership. We arrived late that day from Overland Park and Jesus and the staff there met us warmly and stayed very late for all the paperwork. The process was seamless once we arrived and we left highly satisfied. Everyone there took some time to talk cars with us and Jesus even reminded me that I should test drive mine first lol. However, seeing that machine in person was all I needed (+ bow was awesome). If you're wanting that dream car please step out of the reviews/YouTube/car magazines and call Walser for Jesus. Only wish would be that they were in my hometown but it's worth the short drive for that personalized experience. Thank you Jesus and the staff there for everything!

Walser auto group is a great place to buy a car! My husband and I were very pleased with the whole experience and quite surprised by the fact they had used cars in our price range! Austin was our sales associate, he was kind and professional. This dealership compared to others we have delt with definitely had a higher level of class and treated us both with the utmost respect despite the fact we weren't buying a 100,000 dollar Mercedes.I am so happy with my Equinox, the detailing makes it look brand new! Thank you Walser for a great experience.
