The young woman taking customers was polite, kind and energetic! Was pleased with the price of the Oil Change and how quick they were since they were fully booked in the garage, and there were 3 vehivles paeked ahead of me on top of that.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is b/c they say they will vacuum. In doing so, it would have been nice if they had done Both front seat areas and not just the drivers side. I was also told they top off fluids, and that didn't happen either.

Only come to this service center if you plan on spending your entire day here. Don't bother scheduling an appointment because it means absolutely nothing. I had scheduled service for 9am and arrived at 8:50. There were several cars in line already so I took my place. The worker checking in vehicles had no sense of urgency and was taking on average 10 minutes to check one car in. After 50 minutes I finally reached the front. He asked if I had an appointment and I said yes, 9am. Being that it was now almost 10am he joked that I was late. I told him that I've been here for almost an hour, just to check in. He told me that it was cold, and his feet were like icicles, and rudely asked if I wanted to trade him spots.Taking this as a example of the service I was about to get, I decided to leave and go down the street where I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I won't be back and would recommend customer service training to your customer facing employees before you lose even more business.

Avoid this place.I had a scheduled appointment at 9am for four tires, purchased via WalMart online. Arrived at 850am to check-in, walked inside thinking I have an appointment and the line outside was for drive-up quick oil changes. Get told to go through that line, four cars deep. I didn't leave until 940am!! It took me 50 minutes to get checked-in and to leave my car! During check-in I got to hear from the disgruntled guy about how much their tablet sucked, he kept hitting the thing and complaining the entire time. Set the stage for confidence in my service...Later I got a call they had to cancel my service due to not having a large enough lug nut socket. Got to the counter and the gal argued with me that it wasn't done, I had to say multiple times it's sitting in the parking lot and you guys called me that it was cancelled.Get home after being flustered as it was, to realize my spare tire carrier is now missing off my tailgate tire. I called back, waited for the guy to get back on the phone and he never did.This place is a mess. Do yourself a favor, look at the most recent reviews and realize those of us voicing displeasure probably 1) aren't everyone who's had an experience, not everyone takes time to leave a review and 2) there's a common theme. Go get your tires done at Discount or any of the mom/pop shops around. Whoever manages this place either needs to spend more time in the auto department or needs to be replaced. I'm sure the guys doing the work are as equally as frustrated as the rest of us.Service: Tires

Showed up a little before they opened and was the second car in line. They don't open up for about 15 minutes after 7a because they're getting things set up. No big deal. The car in front of me gets taken to the tire side and by 7:25a, mine gets taken into an oil change bay. I refused all the extras, including the free stuff so I can get out of here more quickly. I come back 30 minutes later after doing my grocery shopping to find that they haven't even started on my car. About 15 minutes later they finally get it up in the air and start working on it. By 8:25a it is done and pulled out. No one brought the paperwork out so the guy inside won't check me out and I have now been waiting 25 minutes since my car was done a total of almost two hours when I was the second car in the cue. I will not be coming back to this automotive center.

Came in to have the service center warranty one of my daughter's tires off of her Honda. Started with a very rude greeting at the counter. Clerk was agitated that we had come inside instead of being greeted outside. The entrance we came in had no markings to pull to the other side. Check in took more than 20 minutes. The waiting area smells of b.o. and is not very clean.Service: Tires

Showed up 30 minutes before my appointment. Was told I had to go through the line to check in. No one at the counter was able to check me in and take my key. I waited 40 minutes in line to be checked in.After looking at reviews, I see this is a persistent issue they don t seem to care about.They are the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for in service.

Wish zero stars was an option. Abysmal service. All I can take from my experience is that they hate customers and wish there were no customers. Expect to wait in line for hours. Expect them to lie to your face about when you can schedule an appointment. They will do everything in their power to get you to go anywhere else.

Do NOT bring your car to Walmart. We brought our car in for an oil change and they stripped bolt the oil pan drain plug. Instead of letting us know immediately that they messed it up they tried to Jimmy rig it by creating their own gasket with caulking. Only after this failed did they let us know. Which is beyond shady because if it had worked we would have not known about the damage, and then we would have had to pay for a new oil pan the next time we got an oil change which is 900 at a repair shop. Since they were not able to make their own they had to file a claim to get it fixed at full service mechanic. We brought it on Wednesday and are still waiting. This is our only car and we can't drive it. I am so done with Walmart. We will never shop there for anything ever again. Their low prices are not worth the headache that you will inevitably get going to walmart for anything.

I got my oil changed here once and it took them two hours. The next time I went in two hours before close and they said they were not taking any more cars. Today I went in 4 hours before close and they still said they were not taking any more cars (despite them taking in cars that were right in front of me). How does it take a garage 4 hours to perform oil changes and simple things like that? Do not recommend.Service: Oil change

My tread was detaching and they checked all tires and fixed me right up. The service manager was awesome. Informative and helpful.

Very slow... no one person is working on your car or any car. They are constantly rotating which makes for the longest oil change of my life

I'm always apprehensive about taking my car anywhere for work, but since I don't have a tire machine, I'm forced to. I went in somewhat expecting something to go wrong with my tire mounting based on the people waiting and my swollen lug nuts, but they had me in and out within 50 minutes since I set up my appointment online. Only thing I noticed was that the new tires were 5psi over the cars spec, but I'm relatively sure that's due to the difference in gauges.21st and Maize has done a good job mounting tires for me thus far. They also regularly have the highest rated budget tires for a very good price. I've had Dextero DAT1's put on my 00 F-150 and General Exclaim HPX put on my 15 Fusion; both being priced and preforming very well.

Charged me $50 and some change for an oils change. My car broke down later that day got it towed to another shop where I was told my oil was indeed not changed and the rounded the plug, I have been on hold for 20 min to see why I was charged for something that wasn't even done! The guys who helped us were beyond amazing in their customer service! We were very hesitant to go to Walmart auto but needed to get our car in ASAP and Firestone had no availability for the time frame we needed. We were even more nervous after reading reviews; however, this experience was great from start to finish! The time it took for what we needed was quick, the price we paid was extremely reasonable & the communication with them was great! They made sure to update us when they could without us asking for updates.Services: Tires, Oil change

Came for 4 tires and a oil change, They said about a hour, came back in 1 hour they haven't even done the oil change. Walk around the store for 40 minutes come back car is still not having the oil changed. Never come here. They just said another hour.

Terrible experience. It took 3.5 hours just to get my tires changed. Not because there was a long line, but poor communication between staff. The service lady left a voicemail instead of coming to the customer lounge I was in to ask a question. I was then never told that my vehicle was done. Only until I was so fed up that I got up to speak to someone, I noticed my car wasn't even in the bay anymore and was finished! Do not get auto work done here.

Every time I have dropped my vehicles off for tires or oil work, the people have been friendly and helpful. During busy times, they run a several hour wait but they are up-front about this and give you a good estimate so you can make plans. Vehicle maintenance is not something most people like to do, plus it is expensive. I am happy Walmart does it at a very reasonable cost compared to most shops.

Stay clear of this place. Should of know when I started in the greeter line and the meth mouth greeter got an attitude when I showed her my paper work for tires I ordered in she told me that she needed tire size and my name when it was on the sheet. Then I asked her to keep the old tires for me and I would load them up. I went inside to see how long it would be and and the final price and they had no note to keep the old tires. Then after 3 hours when I picked the car up they tried to double charge me for the tires I already bought online and threatened to keep the keys to the car if I didn't pay. Finally got that resolved and go out to the car and all the tires are inside the car on my seats. Completely destroyed my interior! When I went back in all they said was sorry you wanted the old tires. Got home to check everything over and they had 60psi in 32psi max tires. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More damage done than good

My Mother purchased a used car last year (Aug. 2018) and we took her car to this Walmart on 21st and Maize. When we left we felt like it was a new car! I was so impressed by the fine job the mechanics did that I took my car there this year (Dec. 2019) and they did such a great job again that I had to write a grateful review!!! It is so refreshing to know that people still take pride in their work!!! And it only took 30 minutes! THANK YOU WALMART!!!

I buy my tires for both my cars and buy the lifetime rotate and balance however the previous two visits they could not do the rotates , tire guy too busy. Today they refused to rotate my tires because the tread depth was too low on the front, but not to the wear indicator's .And he told me the back have plenty of depth but they need rotated. So I asked if you would have rotated one of the last two time I would be fine and he said yes but we have a liability issue because the tread is too low. Never again will I buy tires and anything from Walmart.

The reason I gave two stars because the guy greeted in the line was super nice. I've been using Walmart Auto Care for long time but this time was disappointed. Got there about 9, after waiting about 1 hour, I went ask the lady upfront to check on my car to see how it was going, she told me to wait another 1 or 2 hours. Sitting there 3 hours, seeing other cars went in after me being fixed and got out while nobody was bothering to take care mine. So disappointed!

Got an oil change here at Walmart today.Excellent professional young man that took my information. Took a little longer than I expected but the same technician loaded large Ozarka Water bottles for me which was greatly appreciated. This young man needs to be given a raise in pay for his attitude in helping outside his normal duties. 10 Stars!

They put the wrong oil in. I asked for high- mileage- which it also said it on the previous window reminder sticker. Then the manager says we'll fix it right away- meanwhile, another customer pulls up and wants to get their oil changed- and drop what they're doing( working on my car) to go help another customer- and without saying anything to me. I guess you get what you pay for- maybe the extra$10 you pay elsewhere may be worth it

This morning I had a very unfortunate situation happen next door at Charlie s car wash when their automated conveyor belt broke off my valve stems on my tires. Naturally all the air went out of the tires and I was SOL. Not only were they willing to help me, but they came right over, jacked my car up, pulled the tires/wheels off, fixed everything, and put it all back on. The tires on my car are Michelin performance summer tires and run upwards of $400 each. My car itself is a limited edition vehicle that has very specific lift points in order to jack up the vehicle without damaging anything. Instead of acting like they knew everything, they brought a book that told them where to jack it up and did the job right. They also saved my expensive summer tires (which are brand new I might add) by coming right away, so the rims weren t resting on them for an hour or more. They just did an amazing job and went out of their way for someone in need, and that s slowly becoming harder and harder to find. Thanks to Pat and the other gentlemen that was there (I didn t catch your name!), my morning went much more smoothly than it would have otherwise. Thank you guys!!!

Called for pricing on 4 new tires, didn't have any and no idea about the other Walmarts. Basically rude. Another tire place rec'd my 600.00 in business the next day!

Checked website for opening time for Sunday,02-09-2020,for oil change. Website said 7am, signs out front also posted 7am. Arrived at 6:45,first in "long" line,only to be still sitting in stall at 7:16! Noticed people stirring inside at 7:05,lights on,etc. Employee finally came out at 7:20am,as if nothing was out of the ordinary,I asked why we had to wait so long,and was informed manager had left keys at home,had to go back home for them. Would have been more receptive had they came out to inform all of us what was going on! Very disappointed.

Took 1 and a half hrs to patch my tire and my car was one of two cars in the shop. I asked them to check the pressure in the other tires and they didn't do it. Glad it was covered under road Hazzard so at least it was freeService: TiresService: Tires

Don't usually use due to part bad experiences but got a tire on the fly and both the tire and the install were a success
