I have been relying on this shop for decades, and they never let me down. Eric is great. They've worked on my old Jeep Cherokee, my old Lexus and now my not-so-old Hyundai Santa Fe. I trust their work and their prices.

I'm very happy with their work. Immediately after getting new tires installed I took over my lowered G37X and my car was done within 1.5hrs. They ended up not needing the additional parts that I had so the final cost came out a bit cheaper. My car rides straight and the ride is so much smoother. All of my lowered car friends will be coming here to get work done in the future.The mechanics were friendly when other shops either made my alignment even worse and more dangerous or they wouldn't even take the job.

I called in got an estimate for a honda pilot. They said it was around 69.00. They never asked me if it was a 2 wheel drive or a 4 wheel drive. When i brought it in they said that the rear tires needed to be replaced. So we went and had them replaced. When we brought it back for the alignment they said it was around 99.00 because it was a four wheel drive. We took it to christian brothers for around 80.00. Don't do business with this company they are rude and have poor customer service.

I called Unruh about getting an alignment done on my truck and they quoted me a good price so I scheduled and appointment with them, however when I showed up they raised the price by $30! said it was because my truck was leveled, I tried to explain that I had given them that information when I called in and scheduled the appointment but they basically did not care and just kept saying it was going to be 30 above original quote! doesn't appear to a very honest business to me and I will not recommend them to anyone in the future!

Don't recommend any longer. I used to take all my vehicles here. I had my wife drop off a car today to give them another shot and she was treated with complete disrespect. Gone are the good ole days of Unruh.

I came in hoping they would patch my tire up. It went flat. Instead they suggested I purchased used tires. After removing my old tires, the tire sensors were torn off during the process. It took over an hour to install the used tires. I was late for work. I came in the next day or so and said I would have to come back later for them to repair the sensors. I would have been late to work again if I stayed and waited. Didn't come back ever since.

After the "techs" at Jiffy Lude cross threaded the oil plug on a routine oil change then denied it. We had an oversized plug put in and Unruh was great. We needed to leave town and they squeezed us in and the car was ready an hour before they said it would be. Great service!

Totally satisfied.Dropped my truck off in the morning,they called and ,let me know it was done .Price was well within range. They do a great job and I'm on the road again.

After fighting a vibration problem for 4 months with multiple shops, even one the day before who didn't correct the problem, I decided to give it another try with Unruh. They not only found and corrected the problem, the did it within an hour and the charge was reasonable, all with a friendly attitude of helpfulness. I rate them 10 starsRobert Butcher

The mechanic came to my home fixed my problem to get me to the shop so I did not have to tow my car followed me there, and fixed my problem head on played with my son while I made a couple of emergency phone calls. Before I knew it my car was done explained what happened to my car what they did and why. Very friendly open and honest.

I go in there for all of my service, and I bought tires from them. They are friendly and call me by name. I trust their advice and when I don't need something to tell me. The final price is always the same as the estimate, unless there are surprises in which case they call me before doing the work. One time when I was stuck with a bad battery connection, they came out and help me get going for no charge.

Huge props to Unruh at Harry and Woodlawn. My car was so stubborn that they had to keep working on it for two whole days, call in a specialist with special equipment, and they STILL only charged me the original price quote. They have always been more than fair and kind in all their work for me for years.

Had a bad experience there, took my car in cause the car was making a scratching noise, i assume its was the brakes but I'll let the mechanic there make that decision. He took the car out for a drive came back and told me its was the front brakes that need replacing, the rear brakes were find and didnt need fixing. So they replace the brakes and rotors on the front. Cost me almost 400$. I drove it home and the sound was still there so i took it back to them the next day because it was almost closing time for them. They took it out for a drive, now there saying it was the back brakes. I paid for them to fix a problem and they basically charge me for something that wasnt what i brought the car in for. I wasnt going to have them perform work on my car anymore and pay for twice for something that should've been done right the first time.

i recently called unruh on 13th and maize because my car died and my step dad likes them. I was trying to explain to the person who answered the phone what was going on. He was not very helpful at all he was close to being rude. I'm a 31 year old female with add it's hard for me to get my thoughts straight when i'm trying to explain things that i don't know much about. I had my step dad take my car keys up to them so they could tow my car. The guy then decided to tell my step dad that i'm a young kid who doesn't know any thing and that he doesn't really like. If i would of known this sooner i would of went somewhere else. I don't care how old a person is you have no right to talk about them behind their back that's not customer service at all. Once my car is fixed i will not be going back. They are rude and they don't seem to want repeat customers.

Very rude to people that are Meticulous about their vehicles. Would find a buddy that works at a shop and have them do it these people really do not and they'll tell ya to your face I mean do not care.

love these people each time ive been to their shop they helped me more than i can say thank you thank you so much, they know their craft and all of them are so nice and honest best of all my suv runs like i just bought it brand new and it's a 99...yea thats how good they are love you all God bless you...im this pleased with them and pray your business overflows with customers

Came highly recommend on the internet and is close to where I live. Just had to get a small repair done. Staff was friendly and was done quickly. Will be my shop of choice going forward.

I put a level kit on my truck and had Unruh do my alignment. They did it correctly the first time, and we're professionals. Highly recommend this shop

I own a lowered vehicle and cant drive up on a standard alignment rack , unruh has a pit so no problem for lowered cars.

They overcharged me plus couldn't give me an estimate before they even did the work one brake line replace $550 they said they had to drop the gas tank and replace the brake line I found out later they spliced the brake line and never did drop the gas tank they lie no wonder they wouldn't let me even look and see what they done never will go back they are no good crooks
