Trinity Auto is good about checking your car and telling you if there are any issues aside from just the one(s) that you asked them to look at. Several times they have found serious issues with my car when I went in for a standard lube and oil job. They are also transparent about what needs to be done, about how long it will take them to do it, and about how much it will cost for them to do it.

We are always very happy with the service we get from Service Automotive. Reliable, thorough, honest, and prompt. We can trust you and our vehicles after you have taken care of us. This time it was just an oil change, and we were in and out in less than an hour. But other times you have caught potential problems before we had a problem. Yes, you are who we want for whatever we need mechanically.

My first time at Trinity. They exceeded my expectations tremendously. Friendly, professional, diagnosed the solutions to my numerous issues very quickly. Gave me a detailed plan, got me in and out the same day, even called me regarding another small issue that occurred during the final test drive and did not charge me for it. I highly recommend Trinity to everyone.

After draining my pocket book and getting my but wooped for 3 months I finally excepted defeat and licked my wounds and took my van to Trinity for diagnostics. The diagnostics was spot on the guys was great to work with and my van runs great now. It did cost me a bit but I feel the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend to anyone needing honest quality repairs

Great guys. Fair and honest. I can t even thank them enough! They were so honest with my dad and I about what we were facing and fixed everything! She s better than when she went in!! I took my neglected 2000 GMC in for an oil change and estimates for the multiple other repairs I know it needs. They did a full inspection, gave me estimates for everything else, did not pressure me, and helped me prioritize what I need to focus on first. Mike is fantastic and everyone else I talked to was friendly and helpful as well. They even helped when my truck developed a whole new issue when I started it up to leave after we were done. (By this time, they were closed and trying to go home, but nobody showed any annoyance about having to stay a few minutes late to ensure I was safe to drive home.) As a woman, having a place I can trust to not take advantage of me is priceless!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Took my car here for an oil change and was treated very fairly and with respect. Professional inspection done noted the problems that they saw with the vehicle and provided fair recommendations Would highly recommend them for automotive work.

Dependable, fair pricing, quick, and great to work with!My boyfriend recommended this auto shop to me as he s been serviced multiple times by them and had a great experience, and I have nothing bad to say! Went in for an oil change and they did a full inspection of my car and also let me know recommendations on regular maintenance that I will definitely be taking my car back for in the future. Love this auto shop!!

On the road from st louis mo to Albuquerque nm. Suspicious noises coming from front suspension. They checked it out immediately after we pulled into their shop even though we had not called ahead. Gave our car a clean bill of health charging just a low diagnostic fee. Very friendly, very professional, gave us great peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Mike was wonderful to work with. He made me feel like part of the family and was up front about pricing and kept me updated throughout the repair process. What normally would be an easy repair turned out to be very complex due to the design of the car not the mechanic. Everything they told me I was able to verify on my own so I know that they were not jerking me around and really looked into the problem and how to fix it. They never tried to sell me on something i didnt need and actually worked to get me the best bang for my buck. Mike worked with me to get the problem solved and worked with my warranty department so i didnt have to fight that battle.I will definitely be using Trinity again for all repairs.Service: Auto maintenance

Mike and Jerry are great to work with. I am having trouble getting my fuel pump to keep working. Luckily (for me) it s still under warranty. They keep replacing it and hopefully it will work this time. I m sure they are getting tired of fixing/replacing it at no cost but they are biting the cost. Can t ask for more. A business that actually stands behind their work. Will continue to take my vehicles there as long as they stand behind their work.

This place used to have great service. Lately they've started bringing in new faces. They charge him for a synthetic oil change but convinced him to come in every 3,000 miles when Toyota recommends 9k. They replace items without permission and charge you for them.Once a GREAT place to do business with. Now, not so much. Watch that rating continue fall.

A bit expensive sometimes, but their 24,000 mile parts and service guarantee, and friendly helpful staff more than makes up for it.Even major repairs are completed quickly, and help you get back in your vehicle fast.10/10 will be back.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I was in recently to have them check why my check engine light was on. They originally said it was $80 to run diagnostics which I was fine with. Then said sorry we still can't find the issue and going to be another $160. I felt I had no choice. It cost $240 for them to basically do nothing but tell me a sensor out. I found an honest mechanic and showed him the paperwork and he couldn't believe how much they charged me. He said they way overcharged you for what they did. I thought his was an honest, Christian business. Apparently, not. Never coming back.Service: Electrical

Excellent mechanics, to the point that I'm driving two-and-a-half hours up from OKC to continue using their service. Mike was genuinely concerned, honest, and professional. I knew once we spoke on the phone that even though I'm 2 states away, My Daughter and her Suburban were in good hands. Trinity was fast to go tow her vehicle off the street, did the diagnostic, and complete the repairs. From first contact to pick up ... It took less than a week! I literally do not want my daughter taking her vehicle anywhere else! These people are awesome!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

On Thursday 9/8 I made an appointment to have my Toyota Camary in for a diagnostic service to see why my car was having some issues. On the way there, my car died and wouldn't start again. I called Trinity and talked with, Mike. He was very friendly and professional. Mike sent a tow truck to get my car and Thomas, the tow truck guy was friendly funny and curtious. The tow was there within minutes. Thank you Mike as it was very hot that day. Mike explained EVERYTHING in detail what they would do and how much it would cost. Mike called me Friday, and went over the issues. He also explained what all my options were including prices. Mike was in constant contact with me giving me updates. To my surprise I was able to pick up my car that afternoon! I have been taking all my vechicles there for oil changes over the years. I LOVE the servive, I receive. Mike, Jerry and the mechanics are the BEST! I Way to go Team Trinity! I will continue to bring all my cars for service to Trinity!

I took my car to get a transmission fluid drained and refilled the service is excellent! Friendly staff & a cute dog!! I called other places to get a price estimate but I can tell they were overcharging me, then I came to trinity auto service, they gave me a great rate. I am happy to say that I will be doing business with them again. Thank you for the great service!

These guys are top notch! Their work was flawless and they were a joy to deal with. They're extremely honest and trustworthy, in other words they don't piss on your head and tell you it's raining. I dropped my newer car off for services and they told me there wasn't near rhe amount of work that needed to be done that I thought there was. Very pleasant and professional bunch, they are. I will continue to use them for all of my mechanical needs, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend their services to my friends and loved ones! Will be back for sure!

Great company to do business with. Jerry, Mike and crew are very honest and reliable. They definitely treat you like a member of the family and won t take advantage. Used Trinity for the second time, and they were even better than the first, which is saying something.Professional, courtesy, and worked hard at making us happy with our car repairs. When they say lead by "grace and faith," they live it! You won't be any better hands than with Mike and his team!

Trinity Auto Service is my go-to for car repairs. They've done work on several of my cars over the years and each time I was completely satisfied with the results.The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Trinity Auto is a great place to take your vehicle! They treat you like family there. I ve known most of them for years. They treat me like a human being and not just a female like other shops have done to me in the past. They are honest and hard working! They let you know what is going on with your vehicle before proceeding and then getting hit with a bill you weren t expecting! Honest, hard working folks here that stand by their work, plus their dog Cookie is adorable So if you want honest, quality work do yourself a favor and call them!!

Had my rear brakes replaced. Lots of $$. They have locked up. I can't get out of my driveway. I guess the owner didn't like the spiritual conversation we had.I'm sorry. I'm frustrated and angry. That was a lot of money for four days surface street driving. Owner was actually fun to talk to. But yeah. My back brake is immobile. That can't be right.Service: Auto brake repair
