Super friendly, warm environment. They got me in 45 minutes earlier than my set appointment (not sure if that was me being lucky or what). I waited no longer than 40 minutes for an oil change and replacing the air filter. Definitely will be going back! Great experience.

Tracy s was recommended to me when I had issues with my car. The team at Tracy s did a great job! Most recently, I went for a tune-up the guys saved me from a lug nut that was on its way out and a costly repair later on. Not to mention, they are efficient with time and great about communication.

Just moved to Wichita, called them and asked how soon I could be seen for an oil change, they told me to come in as soon as I could! I went 30 minutes later and they were very friendly and had it changed within an hour! Great people and service!

Disappointed in this place. Needed my truck aligned. They tried but could not get it done. Said my frame needed aligned because it was so far off. Took it back to Shamrock Tire and they replaced the trackbar and Pittman arm adjusted just a little bit of camber. It drives like a Cadillac again. Thank you Shamrock Tire and Auto.

Had been taking my vehicle to the dealer while it was on warranty and now am using Tracy's for all my auto service. They are much more reasonably priced and my experience with their staff has been excellent to work with.

Took my daughters car for a Freon evacuation and recharge. I had already had my ac diagnosed one week prior at another shop. They did not do the service I requested, instead said I needed $2000 more work done. I have pictures of my compressor from last weeks ac diagnosis. There was no melting and it functioned just fine. Upon leaving Tracy s my compressor is melted. Funny to me that happened within a week. ( or maybe during the service I did not authorize) To top it off they charged me $105 for a service I did not request or authorize. Seems to me something shady is going on at Tracy s. I did not listen to the bad reviews on google I wish I had, I am out $105 and no work preformed. . DO NOT recommend this shop. I m out money for zero service rendered.

Great service and great prices. They are always willing to work with you and have helped me out a lot with my car.Edit(02/12/2022): Been going to Tracy's coming up on 6 years now, still the only ones I take my car to despite no longer living in Wichita. Thank you, Shane and Joe, for continuing to put up with me and helping.

The employees at Tracy's Automotive on west 21st Street are awesome! They have gone above and beyond making sure my tire needs are met. I so appreciate the honesty and kindness that they extended to me. I highly recommend their services. Thank you guys! You're the best!

Shane is always great with his responses and willingness to help. We have never had any issues with this automotive shop, and will continue to bring our vehicles here for service regularly. My husband loves to come here as well, because the workers are always welcoming and friendly. He enjoys talking sports constantly with Shane.

1st time at this Tracy's Automotive. Will be going to this one in the future. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Very professional and friendly Employee behind the counter. Went for a oil change and a couple minor things I asked to be checked out. And both was done. Fast service and did the vacuum on my car. Very satisfied. Thanks

Courteous staff greeted us as we came in. Lobby was clean with comfortable seating. Great location with places to shop, eat, or have a beer while they work on your vehicle. All of the bay doors were open and full with technicians working. Would definitely come here again.

Tracys is very good at what they do, from the customer service up front to the technician are all very helpful and professional. I had them so am alignment done and would recommend to others.

Customer service is great! They don't haggle you to make repairs on your vehicle that aren't needed! I had a horrible experience at Scholfield Honda, and will never go there again. Tracey's Automotive took great care of my vehicle and were extremely efficient!

Came in for an oil change it was pretty quick overall took about an hour what I was really surprised with is the fact they cleaned my car while doing the oil change I work a lot outside so I had lot of dirt in my car and they went the extra mile to vacuum it up. I 100% recommend these guys if you ever need any work done on your car.

Took a borrowed car in to check on a strange noise and it turned out to be a minor fix. Even though they replaced the part and did all the labor, they didn't even charge me! Super nice, friendly, and a very easy experience. Walked in, got fixed and was out in 15 minutes. Definitely give these guys a visit!

Went to Tracys West for an oil change. They completed that service and the inspection indicated a tire showed some separation which was brought to my attention.It was presented to me as something to watch. No attempt was made to sell me. I inquired about 2 new tires and was given a competitive price.We agreed and the tires were replaced. Thanks Shane and crew.Jim B

Pleased with any auto work we have required - tires, alignments, oil changes on multiple vehicles plus other fixes. Shane, the manager, is friendly, timely, and conscientious, along with rest of crew. Conveniently located near our neighborhood. Feel we get prompt service. Highly recommend.

Went for a patch job. They noticed it was a bad tire and.. gave a better deal on a used tire. Thank you. If I could do a new review,I would. Gotta add to this one. What more can I say.... about these guys. They hooked me up again and just AWESOME.. people. Thank you.. guys. Really.. are the best. This new review date is 7-14-19.

First time using Tracy's today to swap a pair of set tires. I called and they took my truck right in. Shop is nice and clean, employees are courteous and professional, service is fast, workmanship is excellent for the job they did. Even took the time to shine up the tires. I plan to continue having the rest of my trucks serviced there. Thank you Tracy's.

I tried to go in on a Saturday to get the oil changed in my Expedition at 1:30pm (I didn t realize the closed at 2pm). I walk in and there are five guys sitting behind the desk doing nothing, and one guy working on a vehicle in one of the bays. At 1:30pm, they told me they wouldn t change the oil because they closed at 2, and were hesitant to tell me another good place to go to get it done. One gentleman had to pause his phone conversation to help me out. I guess since they changed management and got a new crew in there, they don t like money from repeat business due to laziness and poor customer service. I figured that they take business that comes in UP TO 2pm. I suspect I had a similar situation the day prior with a more serious issue on my wife s car. They must ve found out that the job would ve been under warranty and didn t want to do it, so they made up a story about not having a tool exclusively for the part needed. I found out later that the needed tool comes with the new part. I will never go back to Tracys and have taken multiple vehicles there over the years for all maintenance.

I have nothing but great things to say about the folks who work at this shop. They are the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics i've met anywhere. They don't sell you anything you don't need and they actually tell me i can do without XYZ service.They were happy to check stuff (like my transmission fluid) for no charge and give me their opinion if it needed to be changed or not.I had a problem with my car alarm once that was intermittent and they troubleshooted it for 3 days and discovered it ended up being a replacement key i got and then they didn't charge me anything for any of that.These guys really know their stuff and they offer very reasonable prices. I would trust sending my grandmother here and know that she wouldn't get ripped off.Check them out...great shop, honest trustworthy folks.

Excellent customer service by friendly and knowledgeable staff!! When a shop stops and explains to a female customer: the problem per diagnostics, how the part is supposed to function properly, why it isnt, how it affects the overall vehicle, what repair(s) are necessary, and still happily answers all questions until you understand? You, the female customer, review Tracy's with a 5/5 stars rating, tell everyone you know, and return as a customer!

This is a fabulous shop. I had a low tire when I came out of the YMCA and called to ask if they could get me in. He was able to fix my tire and rotated my tires even though the shop was very busy. Then to top it all off he didn't even charge me and told me to call him when I needed some tires. I promise you I absolutely will call when I replace my tires, especially after the guys I usually used for tires/repairs (Firestone) treated me like I was a total pain to them. Call these guys before going to Firestone. You won't be sorry. Great Service!
