Stopped because our motorhome had a flat tire earlier and needed to replace it. Still have 2 hours before they closed and said they could sell us a tire but not mount it on the rim . Wasn t even asking to put it on the vehicle for us. When you re aware people aren t local it would be nice to help them out . Hope you don t experience something like this and need help !

Jordan was awesome she helped me out and was super nice. I will definitely come back soon solely because of her and her professionalism and work ethic! Give her a raise and then some. Definitely earned my repeated business.

I purchased Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires for the front of my BMW. This is the second set I installed and really like the tire for my Application. Had my 1st set installed at a Firestone store near me and wound up spending a significant amount to repair the damage to the wheel finish caused by their tire machine.This time I called Tires Plus and they not only had my size in stock but took the time and care to install this pair without ANY damage to my refinished wheels. I am a convert and will use my local Tires Plus for future purchases. The store is well run and the work performed by adults who clearly take pride in what they do.

They are great people. They always get our vehicles in and diagnosed quickly. We've even had some breakdowns and emergencies.And they've gotten us in and gotten the cars done quickly.

I came in about a year ago because I needed 4 new tires, but the person at the front desk was extremely rude. I stayed anyways because I needed the tires. One would assume that as a mechanic, they know to give an alignment when putting on new tires but I was just told by a much better tire shop that I was never given one. My tire blew out on the side of the highway, and I had chords or no tread on the rest of my tires. I feel like I shouldn't need brand new tires in less than a year. For your safety and for your wallet, go anywhere else.

Good service. Wish they would discuss the additional care the car may need instead of just putting it in an invoice and emailing it out. Otherwise I still respect their service.

I have been to the west wichita location many times over the years and had good service but the last visit was excellent due to the efforts of Jordan. From the moment I walked through the door I felt like Jordan could help me. We found out what had happened to my truck and Jordan explained very carefully and in detail what my options were. Upon leaving I told her that she was very good at her job!

Forget Walmart!!!!! Tires Plus is awesome. I took my car in to Tires Plus to get a second opinion on a tire after Walmart told me some incorrect information. Tires Plus was able to give me the right information and solve the problem! They were super nice and helpful! Never going anywhere else for tire issues again!

Went in for an oil leak.1st trip: replace oil pressure switch $5472nd trip: Still leaking oil, Tires Plus says not still leaking just left over oil from previous leak3rd trip: Still leaking oil. Tires Plus say can t find leak add dye to engine oil4th trip: Still leaking oil Tires Plus says faulty oil pressure part was installed replace for free5th trip: Still leaking oil Tires Plus replaces intake manifold set, int gasket set-upper flapper, and valley cover gasket. $900We get vehicle back Tuesday 2/28/23 and there was a weird sound coming from driver side rear tire. On our way back to Tires Plus for the weird sound, the wheel falls off of our moving vehicle Saturday 3/4/2023. I call Tires Plus. They deny they had anything to do with it. Not concerned in the least about my family or Is well being. We were all in the moving vehicle. when the tire fell off. I have to make and insurance claim and take my vehicle somewhere else to get repaired. Will never go back to Tires Plus.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Call and get appointment and it goes through call center. Got the email says reservation is processing. Showing up to the store and it was not made. I could ve called the store back why go through call center and not received?Note: People there are friendly and good. It is the reservation system that I have issue with. If you can t get reservation right then let store do it, do not send to call center.Service: Tires

Would not use this place! Read on for a recommendation!! Road conditions were worsening on December 21, 2022 we were 4 hours from home, all we needed was a spare put on. The rude man, filling the space behind the desk, allowed we had to leave the car overnight, my husband explained we have 2 kids in the car, a tire quickly losing air, the weather was getting worse and said if he could just borrow an empty bay, he could do it himself, the man said we could not be put in front of all the empty cars in the lot...which were apparently staying overnight anyway. We were stranded, in a bind, but hey, GOOD NEWS! AA Certified Auto Service, 15 minutes away, GLADLY welcomed us in. They are hometown boys who know how to run a business. They knew what is considered an emergency, we can spend 10 minutes on this and help this family get on their way. Don't let a fancy building fool you. Some events shouldn't require an appointment, some things happen unexpectedly. Do better.

The guys are always knowledgeable and friendly, however, I am not sure about the quality of their work with alignments. I had one done when I bought a new set of tires, and while I admittedly did miss one rotation, by the time I realized one of my tires was nearly completely bald on the inside, the one year warrantee was already expired.

Bought some new tires at tirerack and has them shipped to tiresplus. Good painless and quick process overall.Now my truck has some new shoes.

They're short staffed and took some time to get tires changed.Staff were friendly and helpful despite how busy they were.Did find out Tires Plus is owned by Firestone or at least under the same umbrella.Had brake pads checked, got an estimate for brake pads, two new rotors, one caliper, and hoses, over 1k.Found out from home town mechanic the estimate was bloated to about double and calling to replace parts not needed.4 star rating because it was a good experience, tires were replaced at correct pricing, and other than the estimate I received, would recommend to others.

Had a tire literally explode one morning. I only have a donut spare, and really don't trust them given the amount of driving I do. Called up Tires Plus, they were able to get a new tire on the rim, get it back on my SUV and get me out the door relatively quickly. The guys are professional, friendly, and fast! I've been a repeat customer for years and they're always my first choice.

Took my car in for a friend in alignment got in quick and got out even faster so far and press the place the young lady that worked at the register was very nice and helpful

The team here has always done right by us. Prices are reasonable, and the work has always been good. The one time something went wrong, they immediately made it right. Great shop, in my opinion.
