Great customer service experience! I called Dennis about a crack in our Jeep windshield around 5:30pm on a Wednesday - he was at my house in less than an hour, and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. Excellent repair and phenomenal customer service! I highly recommend The Crack Cat!

I got a big rock chip driving down the road. I called the crack cat and he set me up for the same day repair. He fixed it and looks great. Now I don t have to worry about it spreading and getting worse. Very good price for what he did

Within 3 hours of my phone call, the Crack Cat was at my house and my windshield was repaired!! Very fast, friendly, and professional service!! Thank you Dennis! What a great guy! Thank you Dennis!Our windshield picked up a small chip that could have easily turned into a real split with just a road bump.We had a tight schedule this morning and Dennis had us back on the road fast!!! Insurance approved the repair right away too!Dennis is a great example of fast, friendly and skillful service.

Dennis did an excellent job. I called him 6 months later because I was worried if the windshield crack is starting to reappear. He came and reassured me it s still in excellent condition and not to worry about it. He even promised to refund me if the crack ever appears. Very nice guy. I will definitely use his service again if I ever needed it.

I called as I was heading back into town from a quick trip to McPherson. When Dennis and I talked, I was at Newton. We arranged to meet at my home in 30 minutes, and sure enough, he was there with nothing but professionalism, expertise, and all the right tools to get the job done (2 rock chips) in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend The Crack Cat. Dennis was able to come quickly AND he came too our home. (Safelite was unable to serve us for 3.5 weeks which gives time for the crack to spread.)He helped me file the claim with my insurance company. He repaired two cracks in the windshield. Gotta say, Dennis REALLY knows his stuff. I have done glass work in the past and this man is VERY GOOD at the repairs. He made it look easy, using very good tools, and know-how, to make the new crack in a fairly new windshield (rock chip and small crack form a truck's tossed rock on the Interstate) ... well, it fairly disappeared! I have to look "Just Right" at a certain angle to even see where it was.He was quite friendly, likes what he does (makes a difference) and came out the same day I called. Everything went great an frankly charged me an extremely good price compared to what others asked for the same thing. Not to mention, everyone else had me come to them. Dennis came to ME, and that chip and crack are GONE.I cannot recommend this man enough. Bravo Sir!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Dennis is a stand up guy! I just had my windshield replaced 2 weeks ago to only get a crack on vacation. He came to our house the same day we called. If you ever need to have a windshield fixed, I definitely recommend The Crack Cat!! We had an 8 to 10 inch crack on our Jeep's front windshield and no one else would even attempt to fix it. Everyone said we would have to replace the windshield. Dennis from The Crack Cat was able to fix it with no problem. That saved us a ton of money. He was super nice and was quick too. Get with Dennis before replacing any windshield!!

Called him on suggestion from Austin at Banter Auto at 1:30PM on a Monday. I m writing this at 3:30PM on the same Monday.Called me ahead of him getting here. When he did arrive, was able to address the rock chip quickly and with a great price. Consulted on another car I have while he was here (window needs to be replaced versus repaired) and gave me several local suggestions for other auto services I need. Took a moment to explain the science of how and why the chips turn into a crack and why you want to deal with them before they do. Done, start to finish, in fifteen minutes.Really great guy, really great service, fantastic pricing. I have always avoided dealing with rock chips in the past because I imagined they were a hassle. Dennis was great! He repaired the 2 chips in the windshield the same day I called him, super fast repair as well!!! He came out to my work, I showed him the chips and he got to it, gave me a call once the repair was done, looked it over, thanked him, paid a VERY reasonable price and he was on his way and I went back too work.Can not recommend enough!!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Dennis did a very good job, fast, best quality and charges good prices. He is a nice guy, You know what? He even cleaned my windshield after he done! What a hero! I love how he talks with me, he willing to come to your place and also can texting which is very convenience. I have no complain, you go above and beyond brother! Keep it up!

Could not be any better. I had a rock chip right in the middle of the drivers viewpoint. I called on a Friday before a holiday. He was on time, courteous, professional, just perfect! I did not want to spend hundreds on a replacement with a big company. I took a chance, based on reviews, and super happy I did. Not expensive at all either. He even made another small chip look extremely better from another 'repair'. He liked the challenge. We paid extra for his diligence. Finding someone who goes above and beyond nowadays is not too common. Would 100% use him again! A treasure to find such an amazing work ethic in today's world!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Absolutely amazing guy! He was not only extremely friendly, but he also walked through exactly what was going to and explain each step. He gave worst-case scenarios and overall just amazing job. I cannot recommend this guy enough he is so great!

The Crack Cat is AWESOME! My van had a chip in the windshield that needed to be fixed but I stay extremely busy and hadn't taken the time to get it repaired. Dennis and I talked, made an appointment and he came to my location which helped tremendously because of my schedule. He got to work and in no time at all my window was fixed. He did a great job! Dealing with him was not only painless but an absolute pleasure. He was very friendly which was nice, he's probably never met a stranger. I'll definitely use The Crack Cat again and you should too!

What a wonderful service and what a great guy. I was visiting my parents and got a rock chip on a Friday night. He met me to repair my windshield on a Saturday, despite my horrible directions about where to meet. He did a FANTASTIC job fixing the chip and the small crack. It's almost like it never happened. What a pleasure it was to have Dennis take care of our needs. I contacted Dennis and was very happy to quickly and easily answer all of my questions that I had. It was a "no brainier" to proceed with making an appointment with him to satisfy our requests. Dennis was able to come out yet the same day and completed the work needed on our windshield. With the wonderful customer service, value, and Lifetime warranty, there was no question that I would be pleased once the work was completed, and I was! THANK YOU TO "The Crack Cat"!

Dennis was able to come within a couple of hours of us calling him to repair our windshield chip. He was very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. We can't even tell where the chip was. I would highly recommend.

Awesome service. Was in town on Saturday and needed a double pit repaired from a rock hitting my windshield on the way down. I called, was quoted an affordable price, and, he was at my car within the hour. My windshield looks 100% better! I recommend this service. He will tell you straight up if he can fix it or not. Amazing honest service.

Highly recommended! Got a spider-webbed rock chip in the window of my new car and was sick over it. Other local shops have inconvenient hours which made it difficult to get in to them but Dennis came out to my house and fixed me up!I was curious about the process and he spent time explaining what he was doing and I really enjoyed chatting with him!
