Great customer service, but you can expect your nice wheels to get trashed. Had these wheels for 4 years and they still looked new until I had them do a new tire mount and balance. Every wheel is now scratched and dinged up. They touched some of them up and used flat black paint that looks worse than if they were left alone. And the amount of paint used shows how much damage they caused to the wheel. I am very very upset about the quality of the work done by the shop and the damage they caused to my nice wheels and I just have to live with this mess now. It makes me sick to wash my wheels now and see this every time.

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service and quality of this place. They got me in same day for a tire install and balance for a very reasonable price in this inflated economy. The biggest first impression was hearing them sit down with other customers and offer suggestions, explain situations in great detail, etc. They really do care about the customer and that s pretty rare nowadays. HIGHLY recommend. Will be back in the future for an alignment.

Yeah, these guys are awesome. I ve had to deal with a lot of other shops here in town that wouldn t even look at my car because it s lowered. These guys had no problems told me to bring it in didn t overcharge me because it was lowered! These guys customer service is above and beyond with a super clean shop I d recommend the shop for sure!Thanks guys!

Great people to work with who are knowledgeable in their areas! It took some time to get a few suspension parts in, but everyone at the shop was extremely helpful and patient. Would go back, and recommend to anyone needing basic or complicated suspension set ups. Prices are more than fair as well.

Expertise, value, service, Sy and Jovann are both great guys- they truly know their stuff and will get you set up with the ideal tires and wheels for your car - have learned a few new things here and would highly recommend at least consulting with them before you commit to anything - you'll be glad you did im on my 2nd set of tires (two vehicles) happy with both all the way!

I first visit this shop just because I wanted a second opinion on the tires I had on. I walked into the door and at the front counter was Sy. It took no time at all to get someone to come and look at my tires which was Sy and he looked over and explained the condition of my tires. I'm a single mother and my income is not shareable to say the least and instead of trying to talk me into unnecessary spending, Sy completely listen to me, gave me a few options and set me up for my appointment. Sy isn't the only one that works there, they are all great and took the time to show and explain to me, not just tires but also the under parts of my car. These guys are very helpful, they are very down to earth, they don't judge and they do an excellent job and have great customer service attitude. Out of all the other mechanic places that I've ever been to I've never felt like family to a complete strangers. They care and are very honest with you. Needless to say, I love the new tires on my car and it's helped a lot and I feel the difference when I drive. They saw that I was needing other things done to my car as well and they did not hesitate to offer suggestions to mechanics that they feel would be best to work on my car, to keep me safe and to be honest and affordable with payments. Even if you don't need new tires just yet, you won't be wasting your time and their time even if you were to come in and just talk to them. There's not enough that I can say and if you go and experience you'll understand what I'm saying, go check them out!!!! 10 's in my book, thank you!!

Was in there for just a valve stem replacement, but they went above and beyond for me, I was needing new tires and wheels also before finding this gem so thats one less thing to worry about...can't wait to have Cy and the crew fix me up with some Mickey Thompsons & 38's on the Bigfoot Blue F250 Super Duty, thanks Cy for your knowledge I really enjoyed the chat...see you very soon!!

These guys here are grade A top notch. I've been doing business with them for almost two years. Never had a bad experience. They are quick and knowledgeable about what they do. I send everyone to them. There payment options are the best in town.

Sy and the team at Superior Custom Wheel and Tire are great. Sy worked around my schedule as I had to get a lift kit installed (done by TruckStuff) before these tires went on. He got my wheels mounted and balanced quickly and did a great job. Thank you guys for the great work. Tires are 35x12.5 on 20x12 -44 wheels.

Very professional service. Friendly staff. Had my alignment adjusted. Didn t get it quite right the first time. Took it back the same day. Took it right back in without hesitation and readjusted. It s perfect now.

I went in for an alignment today. There is good customer service and, of course, superior. They went above and beyond to take care of me. And not just myself, everyone that came in was greeted like seeing an old friend come in. Got my alignment and they did small but meaningful things. Added nice caps to my wheels since mine was missing and they explained everything in full detail. I will be back for sure. Please , go in to see them.

VERY impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service experienced here. Busted a hole in my tire omw to a funeral and was strapped for time! They got me taken care of immediately and I was fixed and on my way in 15 minutes. Thank you guys for your quick help!

Had two back tires one needed completely replaced, they didn't charge for the repaired tire since I had to get the other tire replaced. Plus they was having technical issues getting the replaced tire from where they ordered it so hooked me up with a different tire that was $80 more than the one quoted and still charged me for the tire u was quoted. Definitely a place worth taking your car to for tire work.

Great service with affordable prices. Way cheaper than Costco or Sam s club. So efficient with time that we got done in under 2 hours. The owner was honest and helped us get exactly what we needed. I wish I could give this place 6 stars!

Absolutely phenomenal!!!One of the best lease to own orders of business I've ever came by.Communication is key. Customer service experience TO DIE FOR dye, his wife and the tire guy make the experience very personal and it felt like home. Was referred to them by my friend Jeffrey and I'm ever so greatful.The warranty that's tied into the weekly fee was a life saver especially after my car accident. As I wasn't at fault and the tires were damaged beyond repair. I was out of work and unable to continue paying for them and the warranty covered the remaining 2-300 something I had left to pay.Will always be my go to for future wheel and tire business.Also, no credit check, can report to credit bureaus upon request, have 6 months same as cash option available.FLEXIBLELove you guys

Attention, to quality, attentive service, with a really good attitude, is definitely present, here. Alot of stores have lousy attitude, and that is clear, during first visit. Why return, there. Once a store proves no good, would take several miracles, and a case of abnesia, to get another visit. I feel comfortable, as well as respected, while here. Do not feel like I am at a place, where mommy and daddy own it, and children that act spoiled work there, and get away with the dumbest stuff you will ever see. What a relief.

I love this place. Cy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this tire place to anybody out of everybody out there because he s amazing he cares and he ll give you a great deal. I am so thankful for everything that he s done for me. Thanks Cy!!! You rock !!!
