So I dealt with this company and they installed audio in a few car of mine. Roughly about a 1 1/2 ago I had them built me a custom speaker box for my DC 15 that I was putting into my 21 dodge charger which they charge me a little over $500 to build. About a month ago my speaker box started to lose it seal and coming apart and now sounding terrible . So today I went to their shop to see what can be done. First thing the manager tried to tell me was this work was done over 3yrs ago and I said no I haven t even had this car 3yrs ago , it s a 21 and I didn t even buy this car until march off 22. I said maybe you re getting this car confused with my other charger I had him build a box for. Then he tried to tell me that this wasn t even the car they built this box for that it was another car and again I said no it was this car that he built this box for and installed. At this point I m getting kinda irritated cause I can see where this is going. So he proceed to tell me it s been over a year that they don t give warranties beyond that for boxes and that I need a new box built. I m like fine give me an estimate on a new one built.$1,116.03 is the cost he gave me. That s over double then what I paid for the box they built for me before. He say it s different material they use now to build the boxes now and that why the cost is different. So I look and the paperwork he gives me and really feel like this guy was trying to hustle me. Jake is a great guy and installer but their manager thumbs down . $200 in parts and $990 in labor.

Excellent guys to work with. I'm very green when it comes to audio and they were more than accommodating to walk me through some of the processes I would be doing and were more than willing to give me free information. I bought all my components through them and I must say the quality of products was very good.

Clean and professional installation with excellent service! I tried to install a subwoofer in my vehicle but could not find a way through the firewall. Scheduled an appointment to have them run just the power wire. They went above and beyond by connecting everything from the factory stereo to the subwoofer. All wires were covered with split loom or cable sheild. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Couldn't get the problem fixed, but it wasn't anything to do with their work. Turns out it was my phone. Nevertheless they came outside in 106 degree temps to try to fix it anyway. Good guys!!

Went to another store for Remote start and Alarm system they said there was a waiting (still havent called me back) called here and they installed it next day $200 cheaper!!!!!! Great customer service amazing work, its been 3 months now and no problems. They even programmed my phone incase of an emergency. I'm extremely satisfied and even reccomended a few people that got theirs installed here. Great shop keep up the good work guys .

Got my brand new subs and amp installed yesterday and in less than 24 hours my amp stopped working. Brought my car back in and they fixed my fuse and didn't charge me for the labor..

I received excellent service for a stereo instillation and steering wheel interface so the controls on my steering wheel still work. I carried in the parts and they immediately installed them. No waiting. Thank you for awesome service , I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Got my remote start installed today. Fast, knowledgeable, and very professional. Even offered to stay late so I can pick up my car after work. Would recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Where do I start? Wow... Very impressed. I have A Viper alarm /remote start on my Tahoe. Both remotes quit working. Took it to a place in West Wichita, I was told that the remote are junk and I would be better with their brand. Needed to install a new system, just remote start, not an alarm, for 325.00. I decided to wait and look around. Talked to Jared, and he explained alot. Dropped it off, and within an hour, I was called and everything is fixed and working great!! All for 55.00.....They have my business and will refer everyone who is looking for stereos and alarms, to come here.Can't say enough GOOD about the service and quality of work.Thank you!!!!

Great new shop, same great quality. Truly a class act company that does top notch work at a very reasonable price. They went well above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys, it was so refreshing to not have someone trying to take advantage of you like some of the other shops I have been to over the years.

I've Been to these guys twice. Once for an alarm fix and once for an amp replacement for bad amp, neither one of them was their original install. I will go back for a 3rd time if need be. They are the honest straight shooters that are hard to find. If you question them, they have answers and will even show you what you need and why. Honest and reasonable people. If they werent, there is too much competition in wichita for them to be in business as long as they have. Highly recommend

NEW OWNERS are great! Whole new atmosphere, great employees. It was a breeze dealing with Jordan and the crew. The did an amazing job on my stereo and window tint! Keep up the good work! Can wait to see what is to come in the future!!!
