Dennis was extremely helpful, giving me upfront honest costs, with paper and electronic copies of what needs to be completed. Keeping me updated about the status of my vehicle, and when it is ready and working with me for later pick up time. I will be back for all my automotive repair needs.

Dennis has been a good friend of mine for many years and not one time has he ever steered me wrong on anything. Door handle broke on my truck and just did not have the time to fix it. I brought it in and it was fixed within two hours. Great service prices are right and they absolutely care 100% about the customer experience. If your down by 31st and Seneca south go see dennis at the front counter and he will fix you up.

South Seneca was great! Was able to take my car in 2 days before thanksgiving without issue. Their process is well explained by Dennis and he s very personable. Seems like a nice family owned place. They were responsive and fixed my car quickly and had it back to me that day. Will definitely go back when my car decides it s that time again.

Amazing service! They got me in the next day after I called and had my car out by that afternoon. The people were super nice and friendly and the prices are very fair. As someone who hates going to the mechanic because of the scams and rude people this is the only place I ll be taking my car from now on!

South Seneca Car Care is one of the most honest car mechanics I have ever dealt with. Their work is always 110%. I was kept informed with every step of the repair process. I won't take my car anywhere else for repairs.

They gave me a free quote on my brake repair. I wasn't able to afford their service unfortunately, but as soon as I have enough saved I will definitely be back.Edit: was finally able to make it back for the break prepared I dropped my car off at 9:00 in the morning was able to pick it up by 3:00 at the very latest I think it was actually earlier than that and haven't had a single problem with it since. Thank you to Josh and everyone else.

Best I have ever experienced. Dennis always takes the time to explain all my options. Last time I needed a tail light. Told me its very expensive for my newer vehicle. He even checked the junk yards for used. Definitely recommend!

Very nice people! The lady running Car Care is a very good person and understanding!!They are nice people working here but I can't get it through their heads to send me my email to me not my dad's email address. I would of already been back to them but I sent them text message telling them this, and guess what they sent the answer to my Dad. I even said if you send this to my email address I won't be bringing it back to them. Ok, with that out of the way.If you want it done right you should bring it to South Seneca Car Care. They are excellent at what they do!I do hope they get this all fixed for me!

I found a shop that I trust and have been recommending to friends already! I took my car in last Fri for a diagnostic and proceeded to have work done. As you can see from the photo the car is not a new model and they worked with me to keep me on the road! This place is a godsend!!

Everytime I call they get me in quickly!! Service is fast and friendly also efficient they always take the time to answer all my questions and check on me even after the service is done I really trust them with so many people just trying to get money out of you I truly value the time they spend answering my questions

My parents had some work done here, and the work was fine but their van was not locked and was broken into! A bag of personal belongings and expensive hat were stolen out of the van, which was only there for one afternoon.

I had some work done on my car but it still caused me problems. We called South Seneca Car Care and was immediately helped. In less than two hours I was called stating my car was ready. Come to find out it was a simple fix but to me it was a major fix. Thank goodness I have found someone I can trust to fix my car!

My friend had referred me to here for AC work to be done on my vehicle. I am happy with the service that I received here. It was professional, trustworthy, and much cheaper than other places I got a quote from. Thank you, Dennis, and all the staff that worked on my car. I now have great AC air blowing in my car in this summer heat. Dennis, even took an extra step to follow-up and asked how things were going after a couple of days. He even gave us a few tips free of charge.m

I have had 2 major car repairs/expenses in the past month. SSCC has taken care of my car both times. They have done a very good job with my car. No problem or issues. Very nice owner and staff. I highly recommend. Worked on replacing motor mounts,.air conditioning/ compressor 1st then timing belt!!!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Best experience I have ever had with car service. As a woman many places try to take advantage, but not South Seneca Car Care. They listened to my issue, did a precheck, let me know how much the job would be and how long it would take. Great experience. I definitely recommend them.

Flat out lie! Warning DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!! Don't understand why the reviews reflect that , especially since I personally know numerous others that have been treated the same way!

The repair work was done efficiently correctly the first time. It was also done in a very efficient time. The repair work that was needed to be done on the car was price very fair. The customer service without standing in the technicians is very informing. Wouldn't recommending the other place but this one

Coleen is awesome. Works with you. Listens to you. Is honest with you. I was quoted $5000 repair at another shop on my Acura. $800 later car was fixed correctly at Seneca Car Care. I even trust them with my antique car as well.

Everyone here was professional and friendly. I love that this business is female owned! I personally don't know much about cars, so I HAVE to just trust my mechanic shop to be honest and not be sketchy about pricing.
