The guys were professional, helpful and explained everything. They corrected the balance issue with my tires from ANOTHER shop and also the fact that a DIFFERENT shop mounted 2 of our tires backwards. Highly recommend these guys and will be going back when time to replace our other tires.

This place is the BEST around! I had went to R and R express on 47th and Broadway and they gave me wrong information about my vehicle. Shamrock got my car serviced and up to par appropriately with no get ups or false information! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your tire needs! They provide satisfaction GUARANTEED!

We called before making the trip and after giving them our vehicle info they advised over the phone they had the tire valve extension piece we needed and even said if they happened to not have it, they could make it for us. When we went there today that wasn t the case at all. We were met with unprofessionalism and rudeness, and not only were we told they did not have what we needed, they claimed we couldn t have been told what we were told over the phone when we called. The guys there just didn t want to help us, perhaps because they didn t see white customers in front of them. The world is full of all kinds of people whether you like it or not and everyone should be treated fairly and with respect.

Just stopped and picked up a tire that Walmart could not fix. All I had in my pocket was a $100 bill. They didn't have change as it was when they first opened. They told me they would just let me take the tire and don't worry about it. This is a business that strives to make the customer happy. They are professional and efficient. They will have all my businessfrom now on.

Went for two new front tires and alignment. They said they could not do the alignment because the outer tie rod ends were seized. I took my car to another business and they completed the alignment without changing any parts and the tires they put on were not balanced correctly and the the air pressure was not the same in both tires it was 5 lb difference.

I had a slow leak in my tire. I took it here and told them about it. They took all my info and told me it would be 45min. I decided to wait in the lobby. It took them 25 minutes. They found a Brad nail, removed it, patched it and I was on my way after I paid. Wonderful service!

From having to fix 2 tires to an oil change over the last couple weeks, I've received nothing but excellent service. I never waited more than 40 min, the guys were all super knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely be back for new tires soon!

On my way to Colorado, I realized that my back tires need replaced. I called MULTIPLE tire shops. Some having one option or very few, with the total price being $710 or $550 out the door. I kept calling around until I got to these guys. They were SO respectful, gave me the best options fit for me, and my price range. Got me a ticket set up, and when I got there 35-40 minutes later. They got me checked in almost instantly, and my car was out and ready to go within 25-30 mins (if that.) Tires changed, and rear rotated to the front. The end price came out averaging $370 less than everywhere else I called. The guys were great. Highly recommend.

I bought new tires for my skid loader and had them foam filled. Shamrock had me fixed up and down the road in a timely manner. Great service from nice people.

One of the only places that can do an alignment on a 1 ton 4x4 dually truck. And they actually know how to use their machines. Took it to a different shop and they told me I need to get that truck into a frame alignment shop first because it was out of square over an inch and the wheel off set was off by 3 inches!! I knew right then that it needed to go back to Shamrock. My truck drives like a car again. The steering wheel is lined up correctly and I can let the wheel go and it just runs straight down the road. I won't wander again. If the truck needs looked at I will take it to Shamrock Tire and Auto. Thank you to the guys down there that have to work on my dirty old truck.

Helped me out big time. I somehow got a drillbit in my tire, and walmarts tire technician told me it wasn't fixable. Shamrock had it repaired in less time than it took me to get the spare tire off. Guy told me he was going to add the mangled drillbit to his jar of things he's removed from tires.

Was traveling from Tennessee and needed a tire badly. Easy calling services and were extremely nice over the phone. They had the best prices around and gave us a great deal! We were in and out in less than 30 min! Really nice group of people that worked there and would highly recommend their services to anybody and everybody passing through or living in Wichita, Kansas.

Bought a 4 Wheeler with a flat tire & needed a new set quick before leaving town. They were the only place I found in town with ATV tires in stock. I needed them quick & they got to me asap the same day! They went above & beyond & they even painted the old rims to make it look great. I'm impressed & appreciative!

If you need front end work done you couldn't take it to a safer place. Marvin will not halfway fix a vehicle he will only fix them right. He doesn't build to used parts that are going to go out as soon as you leave the shop. If he says it needs it it most definitely needs it. Known them and used their services for 40 years. Don't go to the big name stores until you've checked here first. It's going to cost you twice as much at bosley's or any other big tire store

Very competent staff. Quick Service fair prices which is why they've been around for so many years. My dad went there and he was very satisfied which is why I go there, and I'm very satisfied. If you've never been here, give them a shot. I really don't think you'll be dissatisfied it's like a old school mentality with a modern flavor.

These guys do a really great job making sure myself and my family are taken care of. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provide quick service. As a female customer, most shops have tried to take advantage of me, financially...not these guys! They take their time to explain all of my options and help me find the best deal! Great customer service, like this, should be recognized! So, when my friends and family ask where to take their vehicles, I always recommend Shamrock Tire!

Very helpful! Needed to repair a tire for my RV and they were able to accommodate me on the spot on a Saturday. Also filled my truck tires to specs.

I called 10 different companies before deciding on Shamrock. So glad I went with them. Went in early to get 4 new tires and an oil change. The work was done in a timely manner at the best prices in town. Affordability meets quality! Highly recommended.

They were very nice and don't charge an arm and a leg! I asked for one specific thing done to my car and they charged me just for that. Not for anything else and didn't try to talk me into buying anything or telling me how bad my car was so I should get things fixed "right away". After my car was fixed the man I was speaking to told me there was a concern about my tires but did not pressure me into buying new tires. Gave me a quote for them and sent me on my way.

If these shops ever wonder why ppl don t trust them this is why. I took my car to get a alignment and they took me back to show me I had movement in a control arm, up front I believe josh wrote up a repair for 1200$ all 4 control arms. Got a second opinion and only 2 bad. We re all 4 bad? I think not. They could have made 700$ if they weren t trying to do work that was unneeded. These ppl work hard for their honest paycheck. So should you. I gave 2 stars and not 1 for being attentive, attentive to take my money, anyway. Friendliness was below average, mechanic seemed nice.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Work completed, prices reasonable, staff friendly. I trust these folks and that is a huge thing for me to say.

If I could give these guys 20 stars, I would. They went above and beyond to fix issues from a tire install that Discount Tire/Derby, KS did on my RV and didn't charge me a dime to do it. I will recommend Shamrock Tire to everyone I know and highly discourage everyone to NOT use Discount Tire. I was so grateful and when they told me there would be no charge, I broke down and cried because I had spent many hours trying to find the right parts to fix my problem and they did it so willingly. I didn't even have to wait. They saw my problem; had me pull into a stall; and fixed the problem.
