After contacting two other Honda dealers, looking for a new car for my daughter, I found Scholfield Honda.I was contacted by Sam Miller after I sent a query regarding an Accord Hybrid.Sam was very polite, never pushy, and respected my time by delivering on what he said. When I asked for something (pictures, numbers, etc.), Sam responded promptly and was thorough in the details. I even contacted Sam on his day off, not knowing his schedule, and he was happy to respond to me and told me he was available at anytime should I have any more questions.Sam and all the folks at the dealership made the process quick and there were no hidden surprises or any hint of anything unscrupulous. Tyler in finance did a great job in getting us on the road quickly.I am very happy to have found Scholfield Honda and a big thanks to Sam Miller for being a man of his word and for taking the time to deal with me!

Just bought my 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback today and Hailie was so amazing, Daniel Carlos was very nice and helped us out a lot on our loan They both made our process very easy and fast.Also while we were waiting my mom got a free car wash. Everyone is the best at Schofield Honda!

We recently purchased a new car from Scholfield Honda. Hamilton, our sales representative was awesome! He was knowledgeable and thorough, without being high pressure. The entire team was professional and the facility was spotless. While my husband missed being able to 'haggle' as in years past, the experience was great. We will definitely buy from them again and will request Hamilton. Great job all around.

I just moved to Wichita Kansas six months ago and I needed new windshield wiper blade inserts. I came into the parts department to buy new windshield wiper inserts for my Honda CRV. I mentioned to the parts guy, Spencer, that I don t know how to put them on and he put them on for me! That is the best Customer Service I think I ve ever had! Spencer was very courteous and has great Customer service skills! Will definitely come back to this dealer again. He went above, and beyond what his job title probably is, and considering they close at six, he wasn t in a rush to go home that I could tell, he was willing to make a customer. Happy! Thank you, Spencer.

I recently purchased my very First Honda CR-V. It had been 13 years since I had purchased a car and I have been so pleasantly impressed at how Honda treats their customers. I have dealt with some salesmen that was so pushy but I worked with Kenny and it was such a delight to have a salesman that listens to the customer and answers all the questions I had. He is a great asset to your company. If I ever need a new car in the future I will look at Honda first.

Hailie Harmon was the best sales person we have worked with. She was very patient with us in finding a car that was right for us. She spent a few weeks working with us and showing us many cars that could fit out family. We found one we love and can t thank her enough! I love how she made car shopping less stressful considering our situation of having our car totaled. She was very honest and we would definitely use her again if we are ever in the market again while living here. 10/10

I bought a car back in 2022. I received documents in the mail about needing to pay KS sales tax, even though we told the dealership multiple times we were a military family wanting to register our car where we were stationed. Went to the dealership for help and understanding. I received inaccurate information from Daniel Carlos (Business Manager). Now the state is saying we have to pay KS sales tax even though we paid it to the state we were stationed at. Don t recommend doing business with them if your military.Since I cannot respond for the community to see.For one it is not my concern or the people s concern that it is a first time occurrence. This is your profession and you set me back financially when I have my full trust in your business.Two you are pushing me to the side like your business manager, no wonder I feel and see the disrespect. You are an embarrassment no less.Three my concern is not paying taxes, it is that you failed and you can not confirm that it is your wrong doing. You are a laughing stock with your response.Four it is irrelevant that you have done business with military personnel in the past or present.P.S.I do not have time to be angry, it just is what it is, period.

I bought a new vehicle here and it was a really good experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend coming here if your in the market for a new vehicle. The only thing I am not 100% pleased with is the high interest loan I got into, which Is my own fault. I wished I would have waited (or mabey tried my luck at a little negotiating) but hopefully I can manage to save another down payment for a refinance down road but I'm afraid the negative equity and high interest may keep me trapped to this vehicle for quite some time. Shout out to Schofield Honda! You guys rock though!

we brought our Honda CRV in yesterday because the tire light was telling us that the pressure was low. we got real lucky and got to deal with Keith and he just told us that it was a little low in the topped us off with nitrogen and send us back on her way towards Kansas city! that's some awesome service. when I need my next Honda I will highly consider this dealership

I hate car buying and have had MANY horrible experiences in the past however my recent experience at Scholfield Honda was wonderful. I have a very busy schedule and require extreme flexibility and Stewart organized and handled my entire experience from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and I didn t once feel pressured. I highly recommend! My daughter loves her new car! & I love that I don t have to drive her everywhere anymore :)

I didn't buy my Honda here. So I have no reason to come here. However, I do come here to get my oil changed because it's a decent price for the area and because I know Honda technicians will be doing the work on my car. I rated this 2/5 stars because every time I bring my car in for an oil change, they always ask to do a tire rotation and alignment. The tire rotation here at this Honda costs $60. If you go to discount tire at one of the many locations in Wichita, they do tire rotations for FREE to anyone, you don't even have to be a customer of discount tire. And for the alignment? This Honda dealership charges $100. Im certain I can find a better price with equally qualified technicians to perform that service as well. I'll pay my $50 for my oil change here, but I am consistently upset with how bad they push their over priced services that they should be charging for free.However, the men's bathroom is nice. This is a very clean and spacious bathroom if you have a few minutes to squeeze one out.

I have serviced a GMC and Hyundai at Scholfield Honda within the past month. Service was wonderful and they send you the inspection via text to review and pictures with their recommendations. 10/10 in communications and customer service, pricing is fair and work is completed in a timely manor. They do have a loaner car fleet, one of my parts did not come in and they gave me a car to drive for the evening. Give them a call today.

I bought my CRV in 2014. I have had my car serviced many times with no issues. Today I had an oil change I went home. Went out to do trash and recycling saw a trail of oil on the driveway into the garage. I looked underneath my car there was a large puddle of oil. Headed back to Schofield. They fixed the problem and cleaned my car. They never offered to refund my oil change. I did ask how am I supposed to clean up the mess? Basically asked for some of the floor sweep.They gave me some. I was thankful. I used it my garage is stained as well as my driveway.It seems like they could have tried to compensate me on this since it was their error. The service guy was apologizing and nice. The manager spoke to me never offered me anything except they put the filter on and smashed the gasket. Now I have a stained garage and driveway. I also paid premium price for it.

I bought my Honda HRV last November, I was so hesitant about buying new but the car buying experience was beyond exceptional. You hear horror stories about the car buying experience but it went so smooth, everyone I talked to answered my questions and talked to me in a way I would understand, especially Daniel Carlos in the finance department I really felt like he had my best interest in hand. I will definitely be returning to Honda for future car buying needs!

For Me Buying a Car Isn't Much Fun & Can be Stressful but I Can Say Grahm & the Scholfield Team Made it the Least Painful Experience I've Had to Date. I shopped for a explorer for 3 mo. I walked out of several other dealerships being chased to my car asking me to come back in and let them work the numbers again. Thankfully I found Joe Reece at Scholfield. He found me a 2018 explorer. Then 2 mo later was rear ended and the explorer was totaled. I got ahold of Joe and he patiently helped me find another vehicle. Joe will work hard to find you the vehicle you want. He is knowledgeable, honest and truly cares. He will go to bat for you when talking to the managers and you won t leave disappointed. First oil change is free, Starbucks while you wait for service, and always free car washes whenever your sales person is working. You can choose many other dealerships in Wichita, but Scholfield is the best! Call Joe Reece for your next vehicle purchase!

We decided against buying a car at this time but wanted to give a shout out to Heath Roberts. He said he was still learning about all the vehicles but he was very polite and not pushy. Hounding and pushiness always drive us away from a dealer and he was very sincere. We were also very impressed with Honda's warranty. So like I said even though we didn't buy we still had a nice experience.

Bought a new 2024 SI from Schofield. During talking about price for the car, I explained to them I would pay $34 out the door. $4k down plus $2k for a trade in, the bank loan should have been $28k, right? It was not. They didn t factor in my trade and said, it covered sales tax. After talking with them, they didn t honor their buyers remorse 60-day policy on the contract or even take the car back due to failed negotiations and misinterpreting what so was verbally agreed about. Going back and trying to see the original paperwork because they didn t include it in the paperwork they gave me originally, they played the waiting game hoping I would leave.

September 2022, I (KEVIN NOT ROB) bought a 2018 Kia Optima with 52k miles for $20,000 and within the first two weeks the engine was making noise. I asked Scholfield what to do with the vehicle and they said, "take it to Kia". I took the car to a Kia dealership and they determined the engine needed replaced. Scholfield provides an unlimited mile powertrain warranty but did not offer to work on my car. My new car sat for 37 days at Kia while getting a new engine. For the first two weeks of owning our new car the engine was shot and making noises. Kia evaluated the engine and said it would need to be replaced. While my vehicle was getting a new engine, I asked the Scholfield used car sales manager where this car came from and he said "it was bought at auction". I called and talked with the general manager and expressed my feelings toward auction vehicles and he said, "where do you think most of our used vehicles come from?" I said "I was never told this car was from an auction" had I known this was an auctioned vehicle I would never have bought it. KevinI never received a CarFax and there is no way having a carfax makes it okay to sell cars that have major issues - unethical.

Great place to shop. I love the free Starbucks coffee while your looking for vehicles. Samuel Miller is the best car salesman ever. He is very knowledgeable smart about cars kind and patient. Ask for him when looking you won't regret it.
