Smooth and easy transition. I bought 4 new tires and have them installed. Took less than 1.5 hrs have them all done.

Slow slow slow no one is ever at the front to take care of the customer, I had to wait like 10min before anyone showed up to attend me. On top of that I ordered my tires over a week ago (they were suppose to be here in 3-5 days) and they re still not completely in. My first and last time getting tire service here.

I bought tires here a few months ago and decided to get them rebalanced which is free if you bought em there. My ONLY complaint is I got there at 930 and got turned away until 10 because I wasn't a sams club + member. I get it though but they had no one there and no vehicles parked by the tire garage doors. I think there should be a little leeway and judgement on the employees part. But I do get it so I can't complain to much.

They take forever here so expect to wait a LONG time. I experienced a very rude staff. Ultimately I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. Also I should mention that they like to try to weasel out of honoring their warranties.

Friendly
