This location took care of me, and treated me with a level of caring and professionalism that you rarely find in any business! When they called to tell me that my car was ready, they couldn't have been kinder. This is a company location that has the right people working there at every level. They actually care about the customers needs, and the customers well-being. My wife immediately made an appointment when we picked up my Cadillac, and they handled everything right there on the spot! Make sure you visit this location for your next windshield replacement.....you'll thank me for choosing Safelite in Bluffton!

First, don t let the temporarily closed thing on Google fool you they are very much open! I didn t plan on getting a windshield replaced on vacation, but it was clear the cracks were spreading quickly. Safelite could have come to me, but my safety systems (Subaru) had to be recalibrated in shop, so I went to the shop to have it all done. We arrived early for our appointment (Thursday, May 5), and we lucked out because the prior appointment didn t show. Everyone was friendly, they worked quickly and efficiently, and had the car done in about an hour and a half (maybe less). This left us a lot more time than planned to wander around Savannah! Highly recommend this crew and again, they ARE open!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Friendly, professional, and fast. Chip/crack in windshield is much less noticeable now. Enjoyed chatting with the manager while waiting for repair to be completed. I arrived within 5 minutes of my appointment and he met me at the door and immediately took it back to get started. Repair was done before our conversation was. I don't want another damaged windshield, but if and when I do, I know where I will go!

By 2021 RDX Body roll caused the windshield to crack as I entered my driveway. The next morning I woke up to a 2-foot crack in the windshield.I had my appointment at Safeway at 10:00 a.m. I was informed in order to recalibrate the electronics it would be up to 3 hour wait. The technician finished in an hour and a half. They did a great job.

Previously used Safelite to replace windshield and my particular windshield had to be special ordered so was unable to get replacement the day of appt.A couple months later I needed another windshield replacement and called a week before my scheduled appt to ensure they were aware of the special windshield and planned ahead. I was brushed off by the lady on the phone and told that everything was on file and they were aware. No worries. When dropping off my car, I once again confirmed that the correct windshield was there and I was told yes. 5 hrs later, I received a call stating that they didn't have the appropriate windshield for me and would need to.... "ORDER IT"... which I notified SAFELITE a week prior about.Poor customer service. Had my call been taken seriously, this could have been avoided.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This is the first time I've used their service and the service was awesome! I'm a night nurse and sleep through the day, so the mobile service was just what I needed. Otis called, arrived on time and replaced my cracked windshield. He took the time to remove the stickers from my old windshield and placed on the new and even cleaned my car so there was no debris or dust! I was very impressed with the level of customer service he provided. I hope I never need their service again, but if I do, I'll gladly use Safelite and request Otis!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Safelite was great. Stone got kicked up on the highway on our way driving down South. Because we had a special windshield which needed to somehow be calibrated with the car system (beyond my understanding, but it seems pretty fancy), we were not able to have them come to us, but we drove from Hilton Head (easy drive) and dropped off first thing in the morning, and as promised it was all ready by the afternoon. We hit an insane hale storm on our way back North, so I was very grateful we got the cracked windshield fixed. :-) Thanks, Safelite!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had an excellent experience here. Dropped of my truck and had my windshield replaced as well as the camera recalibrated. Easy drop off and pick up. Scheduled via my insurance company (phone call), was told to drop off my car by 9:30am on the day of service, dropped off my keys with the person at the front desk and received a call just a few hours later that my car was ready. Good to know:- Finding it was a little tough - it is located behind some other buildings. When pulling into the plaza, make sure to go to the absolute back and you should see the sign.- There is seating inside, but don't expect to be able to sit and get work done or anything. I ended up walking a mile to a nearby coffeeshop, but it was a nice day.

I scheduled an appointment to get my windshield replaced. Everything was set and ready to go. I dropped my car off by 7:30 in the morning left my key box. Went to work, haven t heard anything all day, called when I got off work from them to tell me the glass to replace my windshield was cracked. No one was going to call me and tell me? So I could pick up my car. Then I reschedule the appointment again a week later. Dropped the car off by 7:30, put the key in the key box. Again, I had to call the office when I got off work for an update for them to only tell me they did not get the car done due to the fact they didn t have the key. No one called me all day to tell me? No one check the key box? Then proceeded to tell me they would have it done the next morning first thing. So, after 3 appointment I finally have a new windshield. If I could go to someone else I would. Time is money and I do no have time to make three appointment due to the fact that no one in your office can communicate.Service: Auto windshield repair

We were on our way from Ohio to South Carolina to visit our daughter. We were almost to her house when a truck traveling ahead of us threw a rock and dinged our windshield. I knew if we left it and traveled back to Ohio, the freezing temps would make a small ding turn into having to get a new windshield. Went to Safelite and they took us right in and had the repair done in half an hour. The staff was awesome and overly helpful. Highly recommend.

Rear view mirror of my 89 Cadi fell off. Tried Gorilla Glue, but that didn't help. So my father-in-law recommended I go to Safelite. He used them previously with much success.When we arrived, the secretary was nice and understanding. She had us take a seat and a younger gentlemen came out, cleaned the spot where the mirror was to be affixed, and glued it properly. Took about 10 minutes and BOOM! Done. And no charge.A pleasant and productive visit. Quick and without any issues.

I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass. Due to driving a lot of interstate miles I've had multiple windshields replaced and have used Safelite every time without hesitation and never disappointed. Staff and technicians always polite and professional. Great customer service!

Store is hard to find you have to go the whole way back to last alley/road. Store front is in back near middle. The staff are very pleasant and they completed my replacement and calibration in half the time. Was very pleased they cleaned up the inside of my vehicle.

Quick and convenient. I drove right past another location to goto this one because of bad reviews. It was worth every minute. They replaced my windshield and had me in an out in less than an hour.

The first thing that attracted me was the price of the install, it was surprisingly lower than I expected. I got it through the online quote and it was a breeze to schedule it that way as well. I opted to bring my car to the safelite shop myself, and it was for a full windshield replacement.The technician, Terry, was very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the install (this was my first time getting a windshield replacement), and I think he noticed that and even walked me over to show me the new windshield that will be installed and put me at ease with my concerns regarding things attached to the windshield (rearview mirror bracket, sensors). When the install was completed, I was again pleasantly surprised at the quality of the job, and the glass and moldings, I thought it was going to be a knockoff cheap looking windshield, but it was identical to the original with even the tint stripe and shading at the top. I'm very satisfied and will come to Safelite again should the need arise.

Tony was great to work with, had to drop the car off on the way out of town and arrange a pickup on the way back into town when the location was closed. I had an appointment and never showed up so I lost money cause I couldn't drive and made another appointment with my work schedule and didn't show up then showed up right before I got home the next day instead of my work my home and caught one of them in time and said they would come back in about an hour and never showed. Got pulled over yesterday for my windshield and lucky got a warning so I'm really considering looking for another windshield shop cause I'm already out$500 so I don't need this

They were very fast in the installation of my pickup windshield. They even told me how to go about getting another Tuscany sticker for my windshield, & cleaned the inside of my truck, & Windows!! They went above & beyond!!

would leave no stars if i could. on vacation in hilton head, scheduled for a fix and my window was 1pm-6pm. hadnt received any update or phone call at 5:40pm so i called safelite. they tried to call the tech and got his voicemail. waited half a day at my hotel just to get nothing in return
