I love my new Bronco. However, it didn t come with the administration key. I have restrictions on my car that cannot be removed without the admin key. Jamie has been working hard on getting me that admin key. He has been great to work with!

I highly recommend this dealership. James Davis was very attentive and made sure we got what we wanted, he was very patient with me as I looked for the vehicle I wanted. James and Adam worked very closely to ensure I got affordable payments and got my interest down where I am now driving a new car with all the warranties (I didn t have before) for a cheaper payment! I will definitely use Rusty Eck and James for future purchases

Rusty Eck Ford will do whatever it takes to earn your business. Shout out to Salesman - Ron M. & Finance Manager - Adam S. for making sure that all of my expectations were met and I drove away completely satisfied. Also Rusty Eck Ford has a great selection of used vehicles, so even if your not a typical Ford guy, I still highly recommend Rusty Eck for their wide selection of vehicles and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Gee. He was so helpful and friendly. He got me into just the right vehicle for my family and me. I still love my Ford Explorer so much. I have mixed feelings about Rusty Eck Ford. My Mustang was taken to Rusty Eck Ford on 12-23-2033 for a blown head gasket. 42 days later, we were told the repair was done and we could pick up our car. The following morning, due to oil being on the garage floor under the Mustang, in checking the dipstick, I found the motor had been shorted almost 2 quarts of oil and we had driven the car home 110 miles. I discovered later in February the motor had a bad miss under acceleration plus the air conditioning did not work. Back to Rusty Eck wondering how badly the motor was hurt due to being underfilled with oil almost 2 quarts. 38 days after the car being in the shop, I decided to see about trading vehicles though I really did not want to trade. A new intake manifold and short block assembly was being installed plus the shop did a good job discovering the right motor mount needed to be replaced. I contacted a sales person as Rusty Eck had an online ad showing $6,000 off on all new vehicles. I found out the advertised prices were not accurate and I had trouble finding out the bottom dollar price Rusty Eck would sell the vehicle for. I ended up giving the sales person some freedom deciding to buy an Escape. Purchasing a new vehicle was not a bad experience at all but I wish my Mustang could have been repaired in a timely manner and that Rusty Eck had not damaged the motor by not filling the motor with the correct amount of oil after the head gasket was repaired. Thus this review of the good and the bad with Rusty Eck Ford.

Sammie was extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding a vehicle I was interested in! She created a comfortable and trusting environment for me to ask questions and didn't make me feel silly for asking things that may be common sense to someone more knowledgeable in cars. Loved her and my experience here! Would definitely recommend going to her.

Brian Gee is a top notch salesman! I have never encountered someone at a dealership that is not only incredibly knowledgeable about his inventory, but also extremely honest and forthcoming about what vehicle would best suit me for my lifestyle. If I could ave given him more stars I definitely would have. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle!!!

Went in as a first time buyer a few weeks ago to get a car. The actual salesperson I had was great. He was good at making things easy for me to understand. I had a problem when it came to insurance. I did not have my own insurance plan before going to buy a car. If you buy from here, HAVE INSURANCE before going to look at/buy. Do not buy through the agent that works at the dealership. She did not listen to anything I said and made the process very frustrating. The finance team was great, and I walked out with a great car. I would recommend this dealership, however, make sure you don t need to deal with insurance there.

Sammy sold my daughter a car and she was very pleased satisfied with what she did for her. So we went back to her and told her what we are looking for and she found the car we wanted and even took across town so my husband could look at it before we bought it and then she even delivered it to us and we live 3 1/2 hours away from Wichita. Very satisfied will definitely go back when I need another car.

I just bought my third vehicle from Rusty Eck Ford. I had a great experience. They got me some great financing and I had some great customer service from Brian in sales. This is the second vehicle that Brian has help me buy. He is friendly, professional, and great to work with. Luke in financing was awesome! He really knows his stuff and has a great personality to work with . I have gotten so many compliments on my vehicle and I ve only had it a few days. I love My escape I am absolutely thrilled with it!!

Have you met Brian Gee?! I had such a wonderful sales experience with Brian Gee. He is knowledgeable, accomodating, friendly, funny, hardworking, and honest. This man knows his stuff! I am definitely glad I chose to buy from a reputable car salesman such as Brian Gee. He got me in and out , and I am loving my new ride! Rusty Eck did a great job for me. Assisted with submitting my order to Ford. When the vehicle was built and delivered they were prompt and courteous. They didn t play games or try to take advantage with market adjustments . It was very straight forward and transparent.This was by far my best car shopping experience.Kudos to Corn, my sales guy. He did an awesome job all the way through this process.

James Davis was very helpful and got us what we needed. He spent the extra time to go over some of the features and how to work them and talked me through the my ford app and what it does. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I had several ask if we have been helped. Would recommend

I went and had my transmission done here and just saying now they will mess up more and more things the more you trust them i went on a trip and my car was left w them until i got back and they somehow managed to cause my battery to die and my gas tank leaked i had just been able to fill my car up completely and not have it leak all over te ground this place is ridiculous and just trying to steal peoples money i wont be returning and i hope others see the evil before you spend 3,000+ here when i aasketd heow my tank started leaking they said i have no clue we weren t near your tank but bring it in so i can charge you for something we broke

I had an awesome experience working with Rusty Eck Ford trading in my vehicle for a new one. Everyone treated me great and my trade was simply the best vehicle trade experience I have had.I really appreciate the above and beyond help from salesman Cornelius Mccray. This guy made the entire experience about what I wanted and how he could help me with what I needed and wanted. No pushing rushing just very helpful and understanding in every way. As a first time buyer at this particular dealership I would say it was a good shopping experience. They were polite and upfront about the information on the vehicle I was interested in buying, as well as information on warranties. They also provided copies of that info upon request. The only complaint that I had and it's a small one at that is the lack of communication between departments about scheduling a time to fix a chip on the windshield on the vehicle I wanted to buy. But after bringing it to the right person's attention they were quick to fix it. Otherwise good dealership to shop at.

I have recently been having troubles with my car so I have been toying with the idea of buying a new one. Brian stepped up to the plate to explain all of my options to me and even talked to me about some of their inventory. He knew I wasn t 100% sure on if I was truly ready to take that step and he didn t push me to do it. I may not have left with a car but I left very pleased with his communication and customer service skills. He was very patient and informative. Now knowing everything I do, I hope that when I am ready to make that big purchase I get to make it with him.

Had an amazing experience, the easiest vehicle trade in - purchase I ve ever had in my life. Couple phone calls and got the deal done over the phone very easy.
