The service was good, and the staff was friendly. The only reason I didn t give it a five stars is because they had a hidden charge when I paid the bill. It was a shop fee. I m not concerned about the amount, but it seems a little shady and unprofessional to announce one price and then they hit you with another when it s over. If I was managing a business, I would not want to upset my customers just to get a couple more dollars.

I drove there from about 50 miles away so didn't want to have to come back but was told there were 7 ahead of me. Arrived at 12:25 and left at 4:00. Seems a little long for a Quick Lane but I was warned. My associate was very nice and also gave me a small discount.

I'm just gonna say, Gilbert in sales, Emily in Service will be my people from now on. I saw a vehicle for sale through a friend who put me in contact with Gilbert. We spoke on the phone and he listened to what I was looking for. Gilbert called me back with 3 options including an F150 King Ranch. When I arrived, Gilbert was in the process of pulling it up. This truck was everything I wanted. After driving it, I told Gilbert to get me a sales contract at $ amount. 10 min later I had it and went and picked up a check to purchase. Since it was used I had a few things I wanted checked out. Gilbert had it on the "we owe" and we drove off waiting for a call the next week.Enter Ken, whom I spoke with on the phone a couple of days later. He ran thru my "we owe" and I asked him if we could add one thing to it. He said, "Absolutely" he wants his customers to have what is needed. The next day I got a call from Emily in service and we set up an appointment for the next week. When I pulled into service Emily met me at the Door and we walked to her desk and went through the items to be addressed. She then walked me to another person to sign some papers for a loaner. They had the loaner waiting for me (a new Ford Escape) and I drove away missing my truck already.Rusty Eck seriously did some, heavy work on my new to me truck. Emily and I spoke several times about progress, including an oil leak they found while doing other work and also let me know she approached management and they were fixing it for me also!I picked up my truck the following Saturday and when I examined everything they did, they put over 18 hours of just labor into my truck, not to mention parts, I was dumbfounded. Emily is from now on my Service guru!!!I'm beyond thrilled with how the whole team at Rusty Eck treated myself and my wife. Gilbert and Emily were my voice knowing what I wanted, even when I didn't know myself. Ken seemed to be the "middle" person in going from sales to service.Honestly, you get these 3 on your team and you'll realize that customer service from days past is still around. These 3 are my Rock Stars, who I'll be recommending and talking about for a very long time!Commitment, Integrity, Knowledge, Value! That's My Rusty Eck Team!

I had a major recall on my Mustang Mach e and had to leave it for several days at Rusty Eck. First, I was treated wonderfully. They were ready for my arrival. The paperwork was ready not only for the recall but for my loaner vehicle.I got my car back yesterday. The recall was performed and they did the routine maintenance that was due as well.I have gone to other Ford dealerships in the past and while they were acceptable, no one treats a customer as well as the people at Rusty Eck Ford Service. They get an A+ from me.Nancy F

Service visit was for warranty work. Work was down adequately, but actions around it did not reflect high quality service. When I arrived tom pick up my vehicle there was some confusion on if my car was done, even though I had been called the evening before and told it was ready. Once determined it was done, they couldn t find the keys. The vehicle was eventually brought around so I could leave - the whole pick up process took 30 minutes. I also noted that service used to include washing the car- a touch that made a difference when you spend so much repairing your car.Details matter. Overall just average service experience.

Upon realizing they would have my vehicle for the majority of the day to spray in the bedliner I asked if they could also do the oil change to save an additional trip. They easily accommodated my request and got it all done ... ahead of schedule! Plus my bedliner looks great!!

I had a few issues with my new used vehicle and the service department did a great job taking care of it. I came from out of town on a Saturday and they got me in and out fairly quick with no hassles. Always professional and excellent at communicating.

The one thing that I don't understand is I have all of these services and warranties and I'm not understanding why none of them do me any good when I go there I have a four-year warranty and gap for 7 years and that's do ameritrust I also have a line five maintenance 3 years for tires Plus tires and wheels for 5 years I had service for 2 years of oil changes and I did not get 2 years of oil changes I got one and then I got charged $87 I have always trusted Ford and always went to them for everything. But I do get tired when I have all these warranties and these warranties do not do me any good I did just spend $600 and some dollars for radiator to get fixed and nothing was covered under that warranty. They do excellent service but I just don't understand why nothing is ever carried out when it comes to warranties or maintenance. for I pay for all of them.

Friendly and efficient staff. Fair deal made on a trade in for a used truck. Was hesitant about going through the process and was pleased with the professional service received. This is was the fourth time I ve worked with the sales team and look forward to another transaction in the future. Each time I use their services I m pleased with the results.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I arrived at 8:42AM. Got my vehicle checked in for the works service. I noticed my car sitting outside and not being serviced. I have been waiting for an hour and half. I checked with my service representative as to the status on my car. He went and checked and said it was next. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes. I have never had a wait like that before, and I have been there multiple times with my truck.

I really don t have anything bad to say it only took them less than an hour for the oil change. The only thing was when I got there. He never told me how much the oil change would be. I was surprised at $73 for an oil change also when he was going over the things that they found, he said that my windshield wiper blades were fine when I knew for a fact that the back windshield wiper fleet blade was ripped it was floppy whenever you turned it on it was a piece that was just flapping in the wind And then when I got into my car, there was not an updated sticker. I still had the previous sticker that said my last oil change was May 2023, so there wasn t an updated sticker so it kind of almost makes me wonder did I even really get an oil change I don t knowService: Oil change

Needed to have the interior of my car sealed. I had dropped my car off. Got my loader car. Went back home to bed. Got a call couple hours later to pick it up. I did a great job. It was effortless on my part. Great customer service from everybody I interacted with.

This is the best service I have experienced in quite a while. I brought my Ford Escape Hybrid in for recalls. I met the service technician, Emily Otte, and she scheduled me for a time to drop the car off for repair. The next week I arrived and, again, Emily met me and discussed how long it would take and asked if I needed a ride back home. She also said she would call me when the car would be ready.a few hours later she called to say the car was ready to pick up. I arrived at the dealership and Emily met me, explained what work was done, gave me the sheet on the work performed, then escorted me to my vehicle.Emily was pleasant, efficient, and overall very helpful. Most times when I bring in a car for repair to a dealership the service technician just says "I let you know when it will be done." However, not at Rusty Eck. It is a pleasant experience to be treated with respect and consideration.I will certainly let others know that if they need an automobile for service on their car, Rusty Eck is the pace to go.Respectfully,Denny Grady

Took my vehicle in for it's first oil change since I have owned it. Was expecting to leave it over ight and get it the next day after work. Wasn't necessary. Took them all of an hour. Super fast, super friendly. 10/10 will use again.

Serive is good for the most part. Didn t fill the DEF per the service agreement so now I need to go get some and I had my back tires a little under inflated in my truck so it didn t ride as ridged, I told the service agent to leave the tire pressure alone and the tech filled it up.

Went in for service and saw an old time friendly face in Zack. He has been a blessing to me and my family throughout the years. The number one thing when taking your vehicle to have it serviced is Trust. We live in a world today where it is hard to trust anyone. Zack always diagnosis my vehicle and gives me a call before repairing anything to let me know how much it will cost and if I approve of the repairs. This has been the only place I ever take my vehicles, and sometimes the repairs can be a little costly, but paying a little more and getting my vehicle fixed properly, well that's a price I'm willing to pay.

I inherited my truck from my father who recently passed away. He took very good care of this truck and I wanted to do the same. When I took it to the service shop for an oil change they denied the oil change because the engine needed work. So instead of a $70 oil change I got a quote for a $10,000 engine. I probably won't be going back.

Emily was fantastic. Kept me up to date the whole time. She responded to all my inquiries quickly. Emily called the mechanic at my request and he filled me in which I REALLY appreciated. Came in for an oil change (mileage) and some air in all four tires (cold temperatures).Went to pick up car, had wrong mileage sticker on glass; I do full synthetic.Tires were not touched despite the dash indicator stating low tire pressure. Went back to service bay to get air.Makes me wonder about the vehicle inspection or if I received the right oil.BTW- when I got home, I was missing a valve cap!I would not have left a review if I didn't keep getting text messages to leave a review!

I pay for the maintenance package, they did a good job nothing but on their service. Just wish when they vacuum they would vacuum the whole car not just 2 front floors.

Everyone was super accommodating with respect to a loaner vehicle. Michael helped me the day before. Ken then got me to Adrian the morning that I came in for service. They made certain that a splash guard was reattached too. All in all, Quick Lanes and Rusty Eck Ford did a great job.

I made a service appointment for my truck. They offered to pick up & deliver the vehicle which made it very convenient. I would recommend them and use them again.

I was satisfied with their service but was shocked to find that using a credit card is an additional 3% fee. My service was already $2,300 plus so I had an additional $70 fee for using a credit card. I was unaware of this until I went to pickup my vehicle.

Vehicle was brought in for recall, I had asked the tech to take a look at our sunroof noise. We drove 2 hours to bring the vehicle in, and it was at Rusty Eck for 24+ hours. Picked up the vehicle and was told they didn t have time to look at sunroof, but vehicle had been sitting in parking lot all morning. I was then given my keys, and was not offered any help in moving 2 large car seats out to the parking lot.

I was there for an oil change and some warranty recall work. The oil change was done within the time they told me (approximately 1-1/2hrs) but after 2 more hours and no information from the counter I asked about my truck. I was informed that my truck was in the bay so I walked outside and found it was not. After asking how long I was told I was next but I had to drill to get a timeframe which was stated at another 2 hours so I left without having the warranty work done. The lower rating is not for having to wait, they were slammed and it happens but if they would have communicated that it would have been another 4hours after the oil change I could have left and saved myself 2 hours. Improved communications would have made this a five star review!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I scheduled my appointment with the full knowledge that the repairs may take time but that would coincide with a few vacation days I needed to use. Nope. The fast lane took all day to determine that my truck couldn t be repaired by them so after a wasted day I now have to be without my truck again so it can go to the actual service center.Maybe it is in me but when I called to schedule an appointment at the service center and explained what I needed done this is where they referred me. Overall I am not very happy with the order of events but I need my truck fixed so here we are.

Dude today was a better person. I brought my fleet vehicle in for service a few days ago and the employee seemed disturbed that i was a fleet vehichle driver. Its not my fault my company uses wheels. When i left te service center my low pressure tire sensors were going off. I returned today (2 days later)and the new guy was very nice and fixed the issue. Sorry i dont know their names.
