The work was done early and perfectly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. And my car looked brand new when I got it back. They gave it a good cleaning. They kept me informed during the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

Total clusterf***** as much as I appreciate the idea of you wanting to make this right, you had an opportunity to fix the problems after the first time they said it was complete and was VERY EVIDENT the work wasn't done. I'm taking it to another shop to get it done correctly now. And your shops excuse of we didn't talk about stuff doesn't fly when even the insurance company was in on the conversation. I know people make mistakes but your shop made it very clear they really don't care if it's repaired completly or right, they just want paid. At least that was my impression.

Rusty Eck Ford Collision center is amazing they work on my car in a timely manner. They worked with my insurance the whole time and kept me updated through the whole process. I definitely recommend them to anyone who has been in a wreck.

Rusty Eck had my vehicle for 65 days. I refused delivery twice. Vehicle was returned filthy from collision shop and repairs were not complete. Vehicle was worked on the entire time with hood up and windows down. Vehicle engine and interior were extremely dirty/filthy upon delivery. TPMS system was not set as it should have been due the damage sustained from vehicle collision and gauges were illuminated on dash. Vehicle wasn t taken on a test drive prior to customer delivery or this would have been noticed by the tech. Shop left old damaged parts in vehicle. Customer relations and General Manager had to get involved to ensure work was completed correctly. I will never take one of my 5 vehicles there again.Service: Body & Trim

Fix or replace front suspension parts. New front bumper and fender then paint to match. In and out 7 days excellent customer service

They did a great job fixing some front end damage to my vehicle.Kept me informed with any issues.When they said 100% guarantee on work I found it hard to believe.Then a month later I experienced a small related issue.I brought it back in and they quickly fixed it under the guarantee.The weather was sub-zero and I wanted to give the mechanic a tip for the quick work. He politely refused saying it was all part of their service. So hopefully this great review will function as my tip in another way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After an accident, my car was towed to Rusty Eck. My car was ultimately totaled, but everybody I talked to was great. They kept me informed about what was happening every step of the way. When I went to collect my personal belongings somebody even helped me carry my things to my car.

They were very slow getting me appointments and did sub par dealing with my insurance. Did not complete all work in relation to the vehicle repairs in regards to the accident claim also did not complete work in a timely manner. I could have fixed it myself faster and I am by no means a mechanic of any sort. My vehicle was in need of mechanical repairs due to accident damage and I had requested some repairs be made on my vehicle at my own cost and they did not address any of my requests. And all said I would have to leave it there longer to get those addressed instead of doing them while it was already torn apart. Very unhappy and I will never ever return to that dealership ever again. There are 2 more dealerships in my area. Apparently rusty eck doesn t value the customers and that is why this town can support 3 ford dealershipsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped my car off the beginning of the week, they called my family about the part we would be paying separately from insurance. My family told them we would just like the scratches touched up with paint since it was minor and doesn t need to be taken apart for a new part for a small scratch. They sent me home paint to touch it up myself they could have just touched it up since they held my car for a week or atleast inform me I will be touching it up myself. I didn t know until the day I was going to pick up my car I have to fix it myself . They didn t even give me a walk through after I got it. I find some staff unfriendly when I was talking about pick up as well. Tyler was one of the only nice one working but again no walk through. I can also feel the damage from the board on the side they actually fixed. Disappointed I wasted a week in a rental for this.Service: Body & Trim

After a collision 10 days ago, I took my car to Rusty Eck Collision Center and not only did they deliver 3 days before the estimated completion date, they even fixed a small electrical issue for free. I noticed the passenger side marker light was not working after the repair job, so I dropped by on my way through from work and it was fixed for me in a matter of minutes, the bulb had burnt out between the completion of the job and delivery to me. Overall, I am super happy with the quality of work, the service and the way that the staff conducted themselves.

Low quality work. Only worried about making money.Took my car in for some work through insurance. Got my car back with the rear door higher than the front door, new door dings, and Bryce telling me "i don't know if we can make the door look any better, and we have never had a single door ding in a car in all the time i've worked here" i took the car back 3 times to fix the door issue and got "this is the best we can do" extremely disappointed in the customer service skills and quality of work. they took out the door dings but could never get the door flush and where its supposed to be.

The paint failure on my Ford truck was a known factory warranty issue. I loved my truck, drove great, super comfy and reliable, so I was totally willing to have Ford just take care of the paint issue and go on with life. Unfortunately, the irritatingly incompetent individuals here turned something simple into a long drawn out failure through unbelievably poor communication, poor workmanship and poor service to the point I wish I would never have started the process at all and would have just left the truck's paint a little rough. Just terrible.

My daughter hit a deer. We took it here to get fixed. The initial lady I spoke with was very friendly and said we will update you as soon as we determine all the damage. 2 weeks go by and nothing. I call them 4 times before I got a call back saying they are waiting on parts. That my daughters car will be ready the following Wednesday and that they would call Monday. I had to call them on Wednesday. All I got was they will call you back. At this point I am very irritated. The car was not ready on Wednesday . The communication with this place is a joke!

Avoid at all cost, they re not honest whatsoever. My rocker panel was dislocated, and after taking it in they said it need to be changed. But they ended up fixing it instead of changing, which is a $400 rip off. How do I know? Because couple of days later I realized the scratch from the pavement is still on the rocker panel! Didn t go back because obviously they won t admit to it

Simple 1500 dollar repair on a cracked front bumper on my 2017 Lexus. Too bad the crack now has a visible tactile bump. Amazingly pathetic. DO NOT let them touch your baby.

Cost almost doubled from estimate. Part of this is due to not properly determining the correct trim of the car before providing the estimate.

Disappointed in service and the length of time it takes. And the making us go back and forth between buildings because the person we needed to see was in the other building (three times). Totally unprofessional
