Thanks to QuickLane at Rusty Eck Ford for fixing my passenger rear tire! I know it was really funny about Jiffy Lube not being able to patch it, and also wanted to charge me over $200 to replace my tire, seriously that s a laugh! I m glad I got to QuickLane just in time and in less than an hour patched my tire up after having a large nail in it, made it look like new again and No Labor share, for only less than $30 Thanks QuickLane for saving my wheel on my 2020 Nissan Rogue! The service is excellent and everyone is friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and always get so much more. I really like the detailed report showing wear on my brake pads, tires, and even windshield wipers.

Had to open my business late. Came for an oil change and the included tire rotation. They said they couldn't rotate my tires because they didn't have the key to my wheel locks. Turns out it was in the glove box where I told them it was. This will probably be the last time they see any of my vehicles. Just trash. Techs don't want to do their jobs right, so my business has to suffer. Luckily their manager is decent.Services: Tires, Oil change

I called in and asked if the garage was busy. I explained what problem i was having . Yep they were busy, but I was told to bring it on by and they will make time to look at it over. They took it from there. I left my truck in the am and got it back before close. The alignment was out of wack, the ball joints were all but gone. I was looking at offering private dances to spry seniors to cover the cost of the repair at another garage. REQL got my truck finished and saved me money. I am so grateful for Mr Stewart and his team at Rusty EckQuik Lane!!

They got me in and out quick for an oil change. However, my car has been driving a little funny since I had it serviced with them, which I noticed while leaving but didn t worry too much about it as it is hit or miss.Here is why they are getting a one star: I ve received a phone call at 9:30 am for the last three days. I work late nights and 9:30 am is not a time I am awake. I ve been called for 3 days to give them a survey about the service I received. No biggy.. I m more than happy to do so. However, don t harass me for a survey. Call once. Leave a message asking nicely for it.This morning they called for the 3rd time waking me up yet again. I answered and said calling me at 9am 3 days in a row is not going to get you a very good survey. And hung up. They called back and left a message. Amanda was extremely condescending in the phone call. Giving her best over exaggerated, fake customer service voice.I have news for you Amanda, I ve worked many a customer service position. And you re doing it wrong. To build rapport with a customer base and get quality reviews and have people frequent your business this is not the way to do so. Went in for a oil change and rear pads. After 4 hours waiting I was told my air filter was extremely dirty and needs replaced. However I had just purchased this vehicle 3 months prior and noticed I had a clean WHITE pleated filter. Then I check again just 2 weeks prior from this visit. And still a WHITE pleated filter.So when I got home after my service there I checked the filter once again it was a completely different (yellow pleated) dirty filter. They were the only other service center I ve been to with this vehicle.So they had removed my WHITE filter and replaced it with someone else s is what I can gather.I called and complained and was told a manager would call me back. Well, a week later and nothing.I still have the rogue yellow filter if you d like it back.Don t appreciate my time there.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Good service. Called and got scheduled for routine service for my 1 year old Ford EcoSport, they do have comfortable waiting area with TV and coffee..work was done jn timely manner if you got in early in the day.

Got an oil change in my new car with only 12K miles on it on the 8th of April 2023. Had to go back on the 15th because they either didn't put the oil filter on properly or it wasn't tight enough. My car didn't lose a lot of oil but gladly I caught that is was leaking oil before something disastrous happened. Otherwise, someone would be buying me a new engine for their incompetence . Almost as bad as Walmart. Do better.Services: Tires, Oil change

Made an appointment to get my brake pads replaced. When making the appointment I was told it should not take more than 2 hours so I decided to walk around the mall while the work was being performed. Arrived at the appointed time and confirmed the 2 hour estimate. Told them of my intention to walk around the mall. 2 1/2 hours later I called to check on the progress and was told that they might get started in another hour or so. They hadn't bothered to update me and were obviously taking walk in customers ahead of me. Took my car and left. I doubt if I ever use this Quick Lane or Rusty Eck Ford again.Service: Brakes

First time user and was pleasantly impressed. Just had my oil changed this time and will definitely be coming back. You get fast , courteous, and Ford professional service.I ve used Rusty Eck s service department and am impressed with their service.Pricing is competitive with Ford quality.Don t be afraid to use a dealer because of fear of high prices. Just the opposite in my experience.

Nothing quick about this place. I took my Ford diesel here for new fuel filters and oil change. I called ahead and Brandon said I would need to get it there by 4 because the technicians that could do the fuel filters leave at 5. I got the truck there and checked in at 3:47. I waited until after 5 and the truck sat in the parking lot the whole time, so I asked them if they were still going to change the fuel filters because it was after 5 and they had previously stated they couldn t do it after 5. The guy said I don t know why they would tell you that. This is the third time I have had a poor experience here. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I would have given a 4 but for the excessive time. Because of the long wait time that was well beyond the estimate they did make it right with a good reduction in the price. I've been using quick lane for years and look forward to them getting to use their new bayes they have built for now the new building is just for paperwork until the lifts are working. I was impressed with the fact they knew I was aggravated because of the long wait and discounted my service. So I am happy with the result even if I was running 4 hours later than expected.

Rusty Eck Ford Quick Lane staff were excellent. I chose to do some shopping while they were working on my car for the two hours. They got me a taxi there which was great no charge. But the taxi coming back left me waiting outside the store with my stuff for 40 minutes. I can't blame Rusty Eck for this, but the taxi cab company that they're using they may consider changing. Very poor service on the taxi cab return, Not only was it late but the car was over 20 years old and obviously needed some maintenance done by all the noises when it was being driven. Ingenuity and lack of integrity. I understand you try to make the most money out of customers but it was too much. I could smell that service trap a mile away. Service lady came back with a report that I needed to spend over $800 with a bunch of out of no where maintenance. Good hustle. My new hairbrush was stolen when I got my car back. Very bad experience. I'd never recommend anybody to come here. Terrible employees who stole from customers' car

DO NOT GO HERE! (keep in mind I was VERY nice about all this...until the phone call today.) Spent over $800 to have my car fixed and when I went to pick up it had the same problems that I left it there with. Barely had to drive a block to notice it. Called (the same day, right after leaving) to talk about the VERY obvious noise it was making. Had the dude on the phone tell me to bring it back.. "wasn't sure how whoever worked on the car could miss that noise." Had to leave it again, SPEND ANOTHER $200. Now barely probably a week later and it is back to having ALL the same problems it had. Called to talk with Manager of Quick Lane today and he said "Oh well, I mean if it has been a week it probably wasn't our fault." SO FRIENDLY WARNING: ALL SERVICES ARE ONLY GOOD FOR A WEEK! If you need a 'QUICK' fix for the week and have money to waste, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!

Andrew W. did an excellent job arranging my tire replacement service and kept me informed during the process. Unfortunately, my tires for my car are not in stock. I had a call back within 24 hours informing my tires had been delivered. I have been into the Quick Lane twice within 30 days and both of my experiences were hassle free, organized and I received top notch service. All the staff were kind, professional and worked in a very good timely manner.

Would not recommend. They changed the oil on my wife's car. A day later she noticed oil on our driveway (new driveway). When I lifted the hood I noticed that the o-ring on the oil filter had been severely pinched. Since Quick Lane was closed I had to go to Auto-Zone, get a new oil filter, and install it myself. When she went back to talk with the manager they didn't offer to pay for the oil filter, my time, or offer to clean the oil from my driveway. They did offer to power wash the bottom of her car. When I called back after hearing their response to my wife I spoke with a young man who said he would leave a message with the manager....Never heard anything back. Typical Rusty Eck Service...I should have known better.

They were quick but was not impressed with the professionalism. Felt like I was at Jiffy Lube. When hiring people at the front desk let s make sure they are welcoming and personable. Compare quick lanes reviews to the reviews at the quick lane on the west side, that s all you need to know.

People are very friendly and helpful. Came in once to get a tire replaced and another time right after I got my car to ask a question regarding oil changes. Both times someone took the times to explain things to me, were very pleasant and I went away a happy customer. Yesterday had a incident occur that caused damage to my car and had it towed to the main service center. After numerous phone calls including my car could not be found and someone would call me but never was called back as well as a rude service manager I went to Quick Lane and begged them to look at my car and I would pay for everything, even though it was under warranty as I just wanted it found and looked at. I think it was the manager that immediately contacted the service center and then walked me over and made sure I was taken care of correctly. I have recommended this business to others and will continue to do so.

I was told my air filter needed changed so I had my brother open my hood and look at my air filter and my air filter was extremely clean looked brand new. They messed up on the resurfacing of my rotors, a couple days went by and we noticed some noises that shouldn t be there. We took it back to them and they owned up to their mistake. Fixed the ones that were fixable and provided the new rotors for the ones that were ruined!

7/2022 UpdateHas not changed. Called to schedule service Thursday and told earliest quick lane appt 10 days out. Told to walk in Saturday by 10. Come in at 915 and they say not taking walk ins but can schedule an appointment 4 days later... so they lied. Explained what I had been told, no apps for 10 days come in by 10, absolute $hi! attitude by desk clerk. Said it's not his problem. "Like I just told you we aren't taking new walk ins, it's not my problem." 10 bays open and no employees because Rusty Eck "wont pay enough to get workers". If I didn't like it "go elsewhere". Thank you. I will. Its sad when businesses act entitled and disrespectful as if they don't have a competitor. Let alone employees blame their owners. Toxic as ever. And your points are no good, you owe 59 instead of the works at 39". Technician explained Rusty Eck is no longer honoring Fords owner programs, they have been bought out and are charging more. And nobody announced it to Customers. Who knew Ford and Rusty Eck were cutting ties. Won't go back there.Update: so the clerk Kyle had told us we had to call Ford to file a complaint and see about getting our points value back etc. Called Ford Corporate. They said everyone was notified, until they verified they have our correct email address and confirmed they did not email us an update. Also confirmed the dealer is no longer working with them in points system. Ford corporate has asked that the dealers help customers sign up BUT Rusty Eck clerk Kyle didn't.During my call the Quick Lane manager called me to try and "help". Told him sorry but Kyle said we have to file a complaint to get it resolved, I am already on the phone with that department. He was not happy. Maybe when I asked his employee to check with him earlier they should have actually checked with their boss.I called Mel Hambelton. They are going to help my wife sign up for the program and get her points valued. They are still honoring the Workd coupons etc.7 Ford cars in 20 years, always had good service and good cars. Still a good car just too bad on service. Hopefully Mel Hambelton will still deliver Ford quality.06/14/2019After resolving the last issue went back to get an oil change using the Ford Pass program. Informed I can't get my points unless I share all of the data Including driving characteristics with Ford. Dealership says its not their problem, not their app, they can't do anything about it and cannot give points unless I give Ford all that they ask through the app.My mistake for trying to give them a 2nd chance.
