I sent my daughter there,she loved prices were reasonable and the people were very nice.they gave her a ride home while they fixed her car and came and picked her up when they finished,way to go

***** WARNING**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this PLACE!!!! I had an experience where i had transmission work done! They kept telling me to come in tomorrow be finished when i call! It took them almost 3 weeks. The people answer phone are unprofessional. My vehicle leaks fluids, transmission is NO GOOD! They were paid a lot of money for POOR SERVICE! Seeking another Auto SHOP to follow up on there SCREW UP! They act like it NOT THEIR FAULT! No Accountability!Service: Transmission replacement

Mike and his crew has always been good to us and our vehicles. Very upfront, down to earth people and Angie up front is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for taking care of our family. Recommend yhem to everyone.

My family and I have been to PAR before because they keep the pricing reasonable. So I called them as soon as they opened to ask when I could schedule a repair for a power steering leak. I had to call multiple times before anyone answered the phone. When I got there, no one was at the front desk and the mechanics pretended not to see me. I finally flagged one down after 15 minutes. They called me an hour before closing to admit they still hadn t looked at the car, said they would call me back. They never called I had to call them and convince them to order the necessary part so I could pick my car up the next day. They wouldn t have even ordered it if I hadn t called. When I picked it up, there were new issues with my car. They fixed those issues for free, but shows they did a sloppy job to begin with. Very disappointed.

They do quality work at a fair price but they NEVER finish the work when they say they will. A one day job always takes at least two days and often more than that.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Terrible, I went in for a free brake check they broke eight lugs off and charged me $114.00 for the free brake check.I asked him why he did not stop after the third of fourth, he said he really wanted to check my brakes.He cussed, yelled and insulted me when I asked him to reduce the bill.I told him I would talk to the Better Business Bureau, he said fine he does not have anything to do with them anymore, to many complaints.

We had our truck towed to them with the promise that they would fix the steering column lock today. That was before noon. My husband called after 4:30 pm. The person answering the call forgot about him. Another person came on the line, made it sound like it was funny he was forgotten, but went to check. She csme back and said "we are not able to get to it today". The reason was parts for other cars they were working on. When he asked when, she said next week. Let me explain: we are here on an emergency visit from Texas and have to go back tomorrow, since my husband, a veteran with PTSD, is out of his medications. That is why we made them promise us getting it done today, before we brought the truck to them. We would have went somewhere else, if they could not. Please also note, that they did not see the necessity to inform us of the situation. I think, they thought that truck is not going anywhere and we will make our money. Well, we had the truck towed back and a family friend, a retired auto repairs shop owner, will help us fix it!!!! Sad customer service.... they also tried charging my father-in-law when we picked the truck back up for towing the vehicle to them after we already paid the tow truck (we have the receipt)... BEWARE!!!!!

Real certified professionals, when i explained what i thought was wrong with my truck, they fixed what was wrong with integrity. Very knowledgeable mechanic's that you can count on at this shop.
