Great honest people, check engine light came on so they wanted make sure it goes through the shop before we buy it to make everything is alright. After an all day bad shopping experience we ended our day here with a good experience!I highly recommend these folks. They fixed the check engine light and we are very happy with our purchase probably the best car shopping experience in last ten years, definitely will be returning there if I buy another

I was nervous about buying a new car and Jason made things easier. I was looking for something low mileage and more room since my teenagers participate in sports/band/music it requires us to travel with equipment most of the time. Plus, with teenagers I needed an invisible wall to separate them. I was able to find everything I wanted at Prestige. Jason was able to answer my questions via text since I was working. Even when I came back with my mechanic to look everything over before actually signing any paperwork, they were very forthcoming about answers to the questions he had. This made buying my new SUV so much easier. Thank you Prestige Auto for everything.

Originally I rated this place 5 stars. Everyone was super helpful helping me find a good car in my price range. When I purchased my car, the backup camera was upside-down. I was told it was just a part issue and the part was on backorder, max 10 days until they get it in. After a months of not being contacted about it, I reached out to jason and was told the manager was on vacation and they would get with him when he is back. Must be an extended vacation because I bought my car in December, its April and my backup camera is still upside down. I'll take my part and say I should have been on them more about getting this fixed. As a buisness they should have made sure it got taken care of. This just shows me they only care about making the sale. After that, the customers don't matter.

Got a beautiful 2013 chevy equinox! This was the first car place that the car had minimal issues. The worker was extremely helpful and worked with us on finding a price we were comfortable with. I recommend this business

What a great place! I was not having any luck getting a car with my credit. They are friendly, helpful, and don't hassle you the way other car sales places do. Shout out to Jason for helping me find a decent ride!

Accurate pricing, didn t screw around with me like big lots do. A woman ram a light and hit me less than a month after having my white F-150, so I bought this suburban from them a few months later. Satisfied with the dealership and the purchase(s) I made.

I had a great car buying experience here at Prestige Auto Sales - West. When i was in need of a vehicle, Jason and the rest of the crew put me in truck that far exceeded my expectations for my budget. Not only that, but they were very patient with me and my situation. One of the best new dealerships not only on the west side, but also in the city. I will not forget my car buying experience here and will recommend them to family and friends if they ever ask me.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I was looking at a used vehicle at their lot, was in talks with the associates here on it. I even got as far as finishing up the forms and paperwork for the loan through my bank when I received a call from an associate there saying that there was someone else there they were selling it too instead. They told me that these individuals had been in before I had looked at it(no one had bothered to tell me that someone else had been looking at it), but they even specifically told me "None of us took them seriously because they had been uncommunicative and flaky". So, they decided to just sell it to the "uncommunicative and flaky" individual instead of the person who had all of their ducks in a row. I will definitely never return to this dealership ever again and will strongly advise anyone else to do the same.

Prestige communicated well throughout the process, answered my questions to the best of their knowledge and completed the sale with professionalism. As with any purchase of a used vehicle, my assessment of the condition of the vehicle was somewhat different from the description, but that s why you look before you buy. Good transaction.

Had an awesome experience purchasing a vehicle here. Jason was extremely helpful with finding the right financing and very easy to get along with. Its a no nonsense kinda business, you can leave the place feeling like you have truly been taken care of rather than spoken with a salesman.

Dealership moved very quickly on getting us approved and into our new ride! We drove also 4 hours to purchase and he had paperwork waiting that only took about 10 minutes to complete and we were driving away. Excellent job from start to finish!

Warning do not buy a car here. I bought an Acadia there for $12800, they put new brakes, struts, and a sunroom assembly. I took the car on a test drive. I picked it up on a Friday night, drove to Augusta on Saturday night, and by the time we were heading back home we could all hear a grumbling in the back when I would stop. I parked the car for the weekend. And messaged the dealership. I took the car in to my mechanic on Monday. Which, by the time I got it there extremely loud. My mechanic said the brakes and rotors and calipers were all bad in the back. I never heard from Prestige until I called and they said Luis would call me back. When he did call he was nice, and asked me to start emailing him the receipt and the videos. I asked him if he would like to call and talk to the mechanic. He said no, he believes me, but he doesn t know how they could ve missed that. He also wish I would ve brought it back there. Well I didn t take it there because I didn t trust them. They specifically told me it had new brakes, and that was not true, they could easily tell me once again that they replaced the brakes and didn t. In fact, when I asked my mechanic how it would make a noise in 24 hours without making it the first day, he said, somebody could ve bent the metal Out to where it didn t rub. It just lasted long enough! It cost me $1050. Not to mention I m a single Parent with three kids. Who rode in the car with no back brakes. I haven t heard from them since the phone call., he acted like he was going to help me, but then he didn t call and say anything or a respond. This is not one of those car lots that s going to be open for very long do not shop there.Oh, and I didn t plan on leaving a review immediately, but I did get a text message asking me for my review and congratulating me on my new car!It s sad really, you could get much farther treating people with compassion and kindness.

My husband and I just purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze from Prestige Auto Sales (West). The process was pretty easy. Jason was very nice and helpful. They are very upfront and honest which we appreciated. I would recommend them!

They sold me a Ford Fusion Hybrid with worn out tires and one of them is not even the right size. It took them a long time to send my car title and had to call them multiple times before they even responded.

Luis at the West Kellogg location helped me out from beginning to end. Answered me every question I asked. Never made me feel like I was a bother and always made me feel like he valued my business. I inquired about a vehicle on a Sunday or Monday evening and was in my new car by 6pm Thursday. Best buying experience I ve had! Highly recommend!

Honestly wish I bought my car at a different dealership. This place sold me a car that was not road ready and has been nothing but problems since I bought it less than a week ago... strongly suggest any other dealership than this one
