Very friendly and timely service. They didn t have the tire I needed in stock but they got one to their shop within a couple hours to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend!

Getting ready to take them to court they have tires with inn 40 feet from the back of my bedroom my lawyer says they can not do that even if they are commercial there is a law that says they can not do that we are going to sue pomp's tire for a health hazard

Amazing above-and-beyond service.We called ahead and the lady on the phone was nice and helpful. They got us in as soon as they could and got it fixed no problem. Everyone we encountered was kind, personable, and professional.Really reasonable price too.They service all tires-- semis, trailers, trucks, cars.

Had a truck with a blown drive tire on Sat June 18th at around 1pm. Called their after hours service number. Gave them all the information received a reference number. Finally 5 hours later they call back saying they can't get any of the on call techs to answer the phone. According to the lady they tried 5 or 6 different techs. Would definitely not recommend and will definitely never use again. If your not going to do after hours road calls then don"t advertise that you do.

They have best deal in new and used semi tires. Very great used tires. Easy in quick out. Happy to do business with you. I will be back .

Cody with Pomp's responded to my Good Sam Roadside Assistance call. I can't say I'm pleased with Good Sam R.A., however once Pomp's got the assignment, Cody responded promptly and was very helpful. Although I had already given up on Good Sam R.A. sending anyone and changed my tire myself, he apologized for them not sending me an ETA (not his fault), and then checked and torqued my lugs so I could safely be on my way. Certainly would call them directly if needed service in that area again!

Hydrate them more than a five-star I'd write them a 10 star best place I've ever been for tires quick fast and very courtesy and a lot of patience thank you for doing a very good job

Stood in lobby and the workers looked at me through the window, but no one ever came over to help or at least say they would be with me when they got off of there standing around break..This place is a joke...guess I will go to loves for my steer tires.
