I am a successful businessman & retired Global Mfg. Engr. (40yrs) Boeing in Wichita. Justin the mgr. was one of the best I have worked with in my over 50 auto purchases. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on solutions.I accepted his joke! He said, "I talk too much." My last name is SALES!Shout out to Bryan & Chris in Sales. Kesten, in finance, won't try to sell you things you may not need.I traded my last Dodge Charger GT. aprox 23K for a 24 Nissan Rouge awarded Best Auto Of The Year by JDPowel.If you are not in need of burning tires. I love the assist drving features.The Rouge will drive between lanes, even on curves, just lightly keep touching the steering wheel. If you get distracted, the Rouge will keep you from crashing into something in front of you. There are lots more features.

I went in to get a brand new car and it was my first time financing. I was helped by Alex who make the whole process very smooth and he told us he was new but we really couldn't tell since he was so knowledgeable! I definitely recommend going here and asking for Alex he was very cool and funny, I even got a free burrito!

Gavin is a great salesman! We have been looking to trade my car in and finally found the exact car I wanted at this dealership. However we do live out of state so we were a little nervous about the whole process. This was by far the easiest car buying process we have experienced thanks to Gavin! He made the process very easy and understandable. Even though we are out of state I will still recommend this dealership because of his great service!

Chris, our service advisor is great. He goes out his way to get what is needed each time we bring our car in. This time it s was a bit harder for him to get the part he needed for my husband s car. The part was out throughout the U.S., so he red flagged the part. After about a week of my husband s having to stay there he called me with the good news that it was finally fixed and we could come pick it up. Again if it wasn t for Chris doing what he does best for his customers, we wouldn t have my husband car working again.

Miguel is a great salesman. We have purchased two vehicles from him at Orr Nissan over the past 6 months, a Frontier and a Kicks and are very satisfied with our vehicles. Miguel is thorough, listened to what we wanted, did not try to oversell, and kept within our budget. In general I do not care for the car buying experience, Miguel has a great sense of humor, is professional, and made our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Orr Nissan and Miguel!

Initially had a good buying experience but I ve had terrible luck with my used 2021 Nissan Sentra. This is my second car buying experience in my life and my first car was a 2016 Chevy Malibu 45k miles and I didn t have any issues or big maintenance needed until 2020. Nissan dealership warranty doesn t cover anything I needed fix. I haven t even had this car for 5 months yet. I would save your money and get a used car somewhere else. I went with a big dealer because I was trying to avoid buying a lemon, but I ended up with one anyways.

I took my car in for a recent service recall,fix, with several people ahead of me. They completed the task well under the hour that they said it was gonna take. They even went above and beyond and washed my car and put tire shine on my tires ( I did ask for that to be done) because the manager Emily, knew that s how I liked to have my car returned..Thank you Nissan

Car purchasing process was a Breeze and Alex was the best. No pressure and I received the terms we were seeking. Even gave me more on my trade the n anticipated. Even a month later when I came in with a service concern with a bit of an attitude Alex and the team were so professional and help calm my worries. I can be a handful but they always seem to smile every time I come in.

I purchased a Jeep JK last year. Little did I know, it was filthy under the carpet (candy, crayons, etc.). They never took the time to properly clean it. There was a keyed scratch on the passenger door that I asked to be fixed. Would not correct it. The biggest problem was getting a loan. I was guaranteed loan approval, which they did, but found out after I signed the paper work and forked out over 5 grand, that the interest rate was credit card sky high. Almost $900 a month and $700 of that was interest. Buyer beware! I would never consider doing business again with such a shady company. Stay away from Santander Consumer too!

The service was amazing, from the beginning when I called to get my car in, to the middle when I dropped it off and the staff helped obtain an Uber to get me to my house and back to the store when my car was repaired, to the end when I came to pick up my car. The staff were professional, helpful, and efficient. It was an amazing experience.

The process has been stressful, just like it is for most when buying a new car. I've been to many dealerships and talked to multiple car salesman. Most of those didn't even ask what I wanted or what I was looking for. They already had the car in mind that they were trying to sell. Almost like it was pre-planned for the day or a bet between salesman on who was going to sell that specific car first. Orr is different. Bradlee met us on the lot when we pulled up. Not only did he inform us of car specifics, he listened to my own needs and wants and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He understood that I was not just spending a little amount of money, but going to make an investment in something that I want to last for years to come. He gave options for me to look at in my price range, unlike other dealerships that I went to, and educated me on what each vehicle does that would meet the needs I spoke about. Yes, it was a process and did not take a few minutes or an hour, but the experience will go with me for years to come and I a grateful for all he did. Orr and Bradlee were a step above the rest and even talking with the finance department wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be. 10/10 recommended and I just wish I would have stopped in sooner to save me from extra stress. Thanks Orr!

Alex G. was great to work with! My family purchased a Pathfinder last month and he was able to provide us with a great buying experience. He made it easy, convenient, and pressure free. We went on a rainy day and Alex was nice enough to pull the cars into the shop so we could see them inside instead of outside. He was super helpful and was able to communicate with my parents in Spanish. I ve had a couple of questions after the purchase and Alex has been very proactive in answering them all. I went in with my mom because she was in a car accident. When helping her Miguel also asked me if I wanted to trade my old vehicle in. I wasn t interested when coming in but after a talk I was sold. He walked me through every step and was making sure I was getting the best deal. Miguel helped me get the best car I could and it s super affordable. Everyone I know tells me how good of a deal I got and I couldn t be happier driving it around every day. Thank you to everyone at Orr Nissan of Wichita. I brought my car in for a bearingNoise in front driver side and took my rep all day (4:15) to tell me it was a bearing and that it would not be completed till next day and I would have to find my own ride home. Very disappointed with this level of service.

I was very surprised that my service was done at no cost since it was my first oil change since purchase. I was really happy to get to visit with Miguel while I waited. He saw me and came right over asking me how I'm liking my Maxima. The buying process as well as the service process has be the best and easiest ever! Even sitting in the waiting area and hearing how the employees take care of the folks not only on the phone but others in the waiting area was very refreshing. You can tell they actually care. Our Orr experience has been simply amazing!

The best part of my sales experience was actually my salesman Gavin. Not only was he knowledgeable about your vehicles but he had answers to everything I asked and more. He also listened to me and my needs and met all of them including getting me the payment I asked for. Never felt like he was trying to over sale me anything making my payments more then I could afford. That is exactly what I look for when I come in. I would highly recommend Gavin to anyone. I personally hate coming to a dealership but he made it worthwhile.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Orr Nissan s service department, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service department was incredibly unhelpful and seemed only willing to do the bare minimum. Despite explicitly asking for certain things to be done, they still managed to overlook them. On top of that, their prices are quite high, especially considering the lack of quality service provided. The customer service representatives prioritize making money off of you instead of providing a decent service. They show no willingness to go even an extra centimeter for their customers. I dread the next time I have to visit this service department, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive service.

Miguel at ORR Nissan caught me when I walked into ORR Nissan, Wichita a few weeks ago. I went to buy a new car because mine had been totalled. He showed me the car I was interested in and because I had other errands and was pressed for time, let me use it for a few hours. Then since this wasn't the one I wanted showed me another and nailed it. I love my new 2020 Rogue. Miguel was kind, super courteous and a true gentleman. He's also the least pushhy car saleman I've ever dealt with.Today, when I messed up a form from the insurance company and could not replace it, he tracked down the form at ORR Nissan and because of that, my claim was settled and paid today after 3 months. I will use Miguel again and again.Thank goodness he gave me his cell number. He also referred me to a really good Insurance agent because now I'm leaving Progressive and will never do business with them again.

I bought a Nissan a little over a month ago. I have not regretted my decision at all. Miquel was my salesman. He rode with me answered all my questions that I had and gave me his honest advice. He wasn't pushy. I can say when I met Miquel it was like we knew each other forever but actually we just met. I actually went to test drive a Nissan Sentra and I did drive it then I asked Miquel about a Nissa Altima he pulled it in the garage, so I didn't have to get out in the cold. I test drove the Altima and he explained different details on each car. He let me make my own decision. I chose the Sentra we started all the paperwork then I changed my mind. I wanted the Altima it was the end of the day to. He didn't have no attitude with me. He did the paperwork for me after the car was bought, he set the radio up for me to the radio stations I liked. I ended up going back the next day to ask a question he took the car and filled it up with gas for me. I would highly recommend Miquel. If I had to do it all over again. I would choose Miguel. My truck came in for a recall on my steering wheel the horn worked before I came there as soon as I left the horn didn't work and they are saying it wasn't their fault at the exact same time they took my steering wheel apart. I had asked the manager Brad Silsby to call me and he never did. I've now waited about three or four days for him to call me! Not happy, if this isn't resolved I'm not coming back to Nissan for anything ever again or buying another Nissan at your dealership.

Any time I go to Orr there s always a problem. They say they will do one thing and then they don t, even after it s documented on the service order. For instance today I brought my rogue in to get an oil change and asked if the y could reset the tire sensor, this was all done at the time I set the appointment. They did not reset the tire sensors and then tried to up sale me when asked about it but I took it to another dealership and they were able to do it. Also they told me that my wait time for the oil change would be 45-1hr which took them almost 2 . I only went to Orr because they keep sending me coupons for an oil change.
