I buy headlights etc at O Reilly. Have always had good service but today the person couldn t figure out how to replace my headlight. Obviously he wasn t very knowledgeable on how to replace it. He made several trips back into the store and the manager nor any other employee working would come out and help him figure it out when obviously he was having issues. So i leave with a headlight still not working.

Bought a steering wheel cover, but I couldn't get it to fit. When I took it back in, some guy (manager?) told me to go back out and try again. It was supposed to be tight. He'd come help in a few minutes. After 15 minutes of trying again and waiting for him, I gave up and returned it. Rude customer service.

Great people but was disappointed on the return policy on headlight bulbs. Due to mine were open and did not fit the car, the employee said they can not return them OR exchange out for the correct pair ($140 for 4ea Sylvania bulbs). I asked why not - because we do not refund anything electrical.Left the other items on the counter and went to the O'Reillys at Central/West. Walked in and out within 5mins with a full return.I understand if it was an ECU, TPS, etc.. but no returns on light bulbs

The employees are always very helpful and kind. They are knowledgeable and never make me feel like a dumb girl! The little joe air fresheners are the best! They sell many scents.

Tj I think his name was he has the worst customer service I have ever seen. He was yelling at customers and acting crazy when I went in. He needs to treat customers with some respect.

I was very impressed with Erin going above and beyond what would have been expected. Helped me replace two tail light bulbs because my hands are lacking in dexterity, yet made sure other customers were being taken care of in the process.

Always my go to, the more you spend the more credits you get I got antifreeze for 7 bucks cuzz I had a 20 dollar credit which helped out a lot, guys and gals that work there are always helpful and take the time out to help and walk thru things with you

I had a great experience here this morning! Randy was extremely personable, knowledgeable and changed my battery out quickly. He checked to make sure everything worked before I left and let me know of discounts available. I appreciated his work!

Any females who are hesitant to walk in an auto parts store - GO HERE! This was the best experience I could have ever had trying to get a part to unlock my wheels to take my tires off.These guys are try dedicated to figuring out a solution and helping customers!

The best auto parts store I been to. Got my head lights picked out effortlessly and they even helped me install them. Cause for the most part in clueless about cars i know a little but far from a lot. Thank you so much!!

My car battery needs replacement due to extreme cold weather. Called them and luckily they have 1 left in stock for my car's specification. The best part is Travis installed the battery free of charge. Good guy, good customer service experience all in all. Highly recommended!

My brake lamp bulb needed changing and Erin was more than happy to assist. He changed my light and had me back on the road in less than 5 mins! I always recommend O'reilly Auto Parts because of the friendly service!

After going to Auto Zone and being treated like a woman, I went across the street to this store, The service was exceptional and I was treated as a customer. They were genuine and did not put any other customers before me simply because i was female. There knowledge was great compared to the boyz across the street. Thank you for genuinely caring about my car care needs and answering my questions and then further explaining what I needed to do. Your store now has my business and I will also recommend further business!! Thank you.

I went in to grab oil for my truck got to the counter with a 5qt jug of oil an oil filter a oil pressure sender and a qt of Lucas. I asked about processing matching the gentleman at the counter said no prob just need the manager. Thr manager came by and he asked about price matching and the manager said they do but asked from where I said walmart, because I'd rather spend the money woth you, then the manager said no we dont. I called the oriellys in and9ver and asked if they price matched oil with Walmart and he said yes they with no hesitation. This happened about 12 20 on 5/27 so I left everything on the counter and won't go back

Staff is friendly and helpful but can never get a part order correct. I've had several problems when ordering parts from them (typically the wrong part gets ordered) and the problem I had today cost them a customer. Last Thursday I ordered a part for my van and was told it was going to be at the store that day. I didn't need it until today so I told him I'd pick it up later. Went to get it today and Mark (evidently the manager) brought the wrong part to the counter. With the problems I've had in the past I asked him to confirm that it was the correct part. He said that it wasn't and didn't seem to know how to look my order up. He told me that the part I needed was at the Maize store so I hurried over to pick it up so I could make the 8 AM appointment to get my car fixed.Got to the Maize store and had them re-verify that the part that Mark had sent me for was the correct one and, wouldn't you know, it wasn't. Turns out that the part that I ordered was at Mark's location after all. So taking time off work to get my van fixed turned into a huge waste of time and veins popping out of my forehead because someone doesn't know his own system.I called AutoZone (across the street from Mark) and they'll have my part by 1 PM. I'm done with O'Reilly.

Was SO VERY helpful in a emergency situation for me when my car threw a windshield wiper! He put the new ones on and explained with the one left that they had been put on backwards! And snapped the new ones on likity spit! Then I was on my way back across town in the rain with my wonderfully clear windows that were wiped nicely with the new blades!Thanks SO MUCH!

Not every location is helpful..Very dissatisfied with maize location even though im two mins down the street. Take the time to find the one thats a little more helpful.

They hire anyone to work there. Bought a Brake Caliper from them. 3 months later the Brake caliper goes bad. So i take the bad part back and ask for a refund for the bad part. And didn't get my $ back. Did not back up there Guarantee on bad parts. Had all my information on the computer and and still did not give me a refund. Will never get my business back ever agian.even if they're the last parts store in town. Stores ran by a bunch of Idiot's..

Yes at the end of day they sell parts. I think shopping in a place like this you have to do a little homework yourself. I'm teaching my daughter the fine art of knuckle busting and shade tree mechanizing and they have been short with her when they did not know I was with her which I was disappointed with because she knew exactly what she wanted she even had the part number and name and the counter guy poo pooed her till I spoke up. By and large still one of the better parts dealers and between the three around my house they have had the best prices and selection of those parts. Looking online before can save you some hassle on parts availability.

I have a store closer to me but they let you use your coupons emailed to you even after expiration date. That's a huge plus because I work on many vehicles and spend a lot of money here. Very knowledgeable staff.
