Bought 6 new batteries. Was the cheapest for best quality and they had the stocked. Made sure to have what I needed ready to be picked up within a short time frame. Talk about service!

Didn't have the part I needed (it was a part for JCB forklift). So the gentleman at the counter. Still help me locate a place that would have the part and even went out of his way to call them to verify it was a part that they carried. He definitely went above and beyond.

Don t buy parts from here !They will sell you parts that other people returned / used / opened .And if you would like to return them they will claim it s not Oreilly Part and won t return it . Customer beware , fraudulent Company !

Employees are not knowledgeable about parts. I asked for a timing chain tool after speaking to 2 employees, they assured a few times that the tool was at the Seneca location. I arrived at the Seneca location only to find out its not there. I had my mechanic call this store again and the employee assured him the part was at the Seneca location.. the mechanic kept asking him if he was sure and he needs the part number. The employee kept using timing belt and timing chain interchangeably which are completely different. After a while he said he meant the timing belt tool was available, not the timing chain. Such a waste of time.

I read online that u can return anything as long as u have receipt and under warrenty this store says u cant "return it if it been on the car" here it has warrenty so waisted 150 and car going to salvage yard. another time i had one of the workers jumping me because a new battery i got from them had died over night not a good way to treat customers. Never coming back will stick to autozone atleast u have part, receipt and it under warrenty u can return it.

Terrible service! Went to buy Freon and they sold me a can of it. Had to take it to a friend to put it in the car. Friend asked me about the gage O'reilly's was supposed to tell me about so I could buy that too. $12 can of Freon, $20 gage that I didn't get. I have young kids. The least they could have done was tell me about everything I'd need to purchase in order to get the AC working in my car, especially if it's as simple as Freon and a gage
