I've had good luck with this store for the most part. The new manager is certainly an improvement. Not the biggest place but generally seems to be reasonably well stocked. I don't rely on the counter help to actually find my automotive parts, I know what I'm there for before I go, otherwise I'd be in rough shape, but they're at least generally friendly in my experience.

I was in tonight and there were a lot of customers in the store. Layton took the time out of his very busy evening to come out to my car and verify what light I needed replaced before purchasing then shortly after purchasing he came out to my vehicle and showed me how to put in a new light if it ever goes out again. Great customer service. Thanks Layton! Will definitely be back to this location if I ever need to buy new parts for my vehicle.

So I went across the street To autozone to get break lights. I asked the guy if he could help me and he came outside and and had no Knowledge, I had to go across to O'reilly's. Carl, help me put my light in super fast and was very polite. Little gestures like that. Shows which company Really cares, as I didn't even get my light from here. I will now shop at O'reilly's. I trust there knowledge more.

Was pretty busy today but I didn't have to wait to pay for my hubcaps the sun visor and some air freshener the man saw me just standing around wanting to pay and Bam got me right out the door that was pretty cool just look at that before and after pictures what a difference

The red headed young man broke my Jaguar key fob a few months ago now. First Pete the manager said he'd take care of it then he reneged. I got a regional manager who promised he'd get to the bottom and he ghosted me. The store tried to blame my son, they claimed he went into the store and borrowed a screwdriver and broke it himself. Amazingly EVERYONE has photographic memory even though only the one employee was working on it. The manager called my son a liar and said he's not replacing it. Corporate said they'd handle. but now I am ghosted there. What a joke guys. You accused us of breaking it in your store where we brought for YOU to change as you advertise. Provide me a video that shows my son jamming a screw driver into it. I know it doesn't exist hence the ghosting. Pretty lame man. I am a 90% disabled vet with enough medical stuff to worry about. Wouldn't think a store i've trusted since I moved to the Midwest 17 years ago would treat military this way. I can tell you, when I bought my own replacement it was 50 bucks. I hope those thousands i've spent that are now going to the competitors was worth it. Believe it, i'm telling the story to anyone that will listen as well. So unprofessional to promise something like this leaving my car unable to function because he literally broke the board.... #bad4military #ripoffreport enjoy the publicity. Taking to the AG and BBB too.

They have what I needed, staff aren't always knowledgeable but they do try to find the answers if they don't already know. I wish I could find more people who were knowledgeable about my Prius.

MY BATTERY DIED. SO I WENT TO O'REILLY'S TO GET A NEW ONE . AND THE CASHIER JORGE WAS SO HELPFUL, AND THEY ALSO PRICE MATCH. HE WAS SO SWEET HE TOOK OUT THE OLD BATTERY, AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONE. THANKS BUTTERCUP FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR DUTIES.

So it's very convenient for me cuz it's close to my home. They generally have what I'm looking for. If I have the time to wait for things to come I usually get a better deal if I don't order offline. But in a pinch if I need something right now they generally come through and the prices are reasonable, in comparison to the competition. Overall I would say it's a very good operation I would recommend it if you have problems with the car and need some parts, they're a good place to go.

They're extremely helpful with selecting the proper items I need, going as far as checking my tire pressure for me and offering then installing wiper blades for me, as well as instructing me on proper installation for me to be able to install it myself next time! Above and beyond, very grateful for the extra knowledge!

I needed windshield wipers, I am disabled and the assistant manager actually installed the wipers for me,The Oriellys have the best service

Carl was very nice. I inquired about an item which wasn't in stock and he tried to order it for me. Unfortunately, it wasn't something they could get and he called me 1st thing the next morning to let me know so I didnt waste a trip back to the store.

As a younger male who doesn't have too much knowledge about how to do preventative maintenance/minor repairs to my truck, I am really happy with the service here. I went in the morning and I didn't see any "kids" working the counter that some other reviews are complaining about. I was asked if I needed help by the guy at the counter and he was happy to answer my questions and help me find what I needed in the store. Being 24 (man) without much knowledge of vehicles, some guys are condensing to me, but the staff didn't give off that vibe. I learned what I wanted to. There is absolutely no reason to go across the street to Auto Zone and have your IQ and life expectancy decrease significantly due to the environment and staff/customers there. It's 2018, you deserve better than that.

Fast service, no waiting for days to get help. They will price match and so much better than most other auto parts suppliers. I pick them hands down over any of the other guys.

Fast, friendly staff. Employee came out to car to help replace a tail light and was nice enough to answer all my questions and show me how to do the installation myself if this comes up again. Highly recommend!

Clean, laid out with covid 6 foot separation in mind. Most of all, the gentleman behind the counter we're attentive and knowledgeable for finding the specific tool I wanted. It's always a pleasure to walk into a chain store and find better than expected service.

Basically all these parts stores are the same so it comes down to how the staff treat you. I go here over the others because they are welcoming. Some times I go to the one "across the street" and it feels like they dont want you there. If your in south Wichita I would go here

Great service! very helpful and knowledgeable. Just moved into the area and best service in the area. I used to always go to AutoZone but I haven't been able to get any service or knowledgeable help from the location across the street .

Good selection of items, but the staff is very care-free and hardly friendly at all. I know retail isn't the most desirable job, but they could at least ACT like they don't despise their jobs.

Liked it, fast and easy, but it was a little late in the employee were talking more to each other then to the customers, not many customers there but I had to be some where and had to make up for lost time.

I don't live in Wichita but it's sometimes convenient to pick up the wrong parts while I'm in town. They must have a huge inventory to be able to consistently sell me wrong part after wrong part. The good news is at least on the rare occasion they do sell me what I'm after, chances are it's broken.

I watched YouTube to replace my own tail light, I got it done after three trips to O'Reilly. Each time they were kind and worked patiently with my returns.

Once again, the E Lincoln (S Oliver) location in Wichita saved the day! The car battery was dying (6 yrs old). I called, they got one brought over within 2 hrs (special size). I drove over & it was replaced in a matter of minutes.These people ALWAYS take care of us!!THANKS to all this location's employees !
