The single best customer experience I've ever had, auto shop or otherwise. Tested my alternator and my battery for free, advised me to return a battery that I had bought previously that ended up mismatching my car, and then pricematched with a battery of their own that had an additional year of warranty. Then offered me a free drink!!Nicest mechanics in town.

I'm not generally one to leave reviews, but had a great experience at O'Reilly's today. My car battery was killed by the polar vortex weather we had this weekend, and the assistant manager Alex was incredibly helpful and swapped out the battery on my Ford focus (which is not easily accessible) in the freezing cold parking lot. Really appreciated the above and beyond service and good attitude.

O Reilly s usually has or can get what I need relatively fast! The people there are knowledgeable & easy to work with. They are a little higher than the others (in some cases). but ..isn t everything way too expensive nowadays?!

Well let's go ahead and say the guys that were working Sunday December 18 ,2023...just so happened to give me the absolute best service . I had just walked from where I had left my vehicle due to a blow out with my rear tire and they let me hang out until my little sister arrived to assist me .

Very helpful staff, even informed us of deals on items we were purchasing. We got sale items and saved quite a bit. They are also very knowledgeable on different items. I don't know much on cars but I have went in with a list from my mechanic friend and they are very helpful figuring it out.

I stopped here a few nights ago to get some coolant and it turns out I had blown a hose and would not be able to get home without burning up my engine. Chris was amazing and fixed my car up so that I could get back on the road and home safely and was happy to help me out. Thank you so much Chris!!!

I sat in their parking lot eating some Taco Bell before coming into the store to return a universal rear view mirror and try and get the factory one. Jace and another guy approached me while in my vehicle and told me I was loitering on private property and needed to leave. Before approaching, Jace stood behind my vehicle staring at me, taking pics and texting. So I took a pic of him. Their manner was intimidating. Total time in their parking lot including confrontation was 11 minutes. My family and I had been loyal customers since the store s opening in 2015.

I was instructed by two different sets of bulbs because my car could have two different sets of connectors. Thought it was all good when the agent said to just return the other. I came to the store today. Brought The unused pack unopened but they said I needed a receipt to return it. I have an account with O'Reilly's and I have returned things through that before. I did not know I needed a receipt and I was not instructed to keep it. I was basically scammed out of $10 because the person wouldn't refund me

I never give 5 stats unless it was fantastic. This experience was pleasant though and quick. They found what I needed and I was done in just a few minutes. Had just come from another parts store a block away because they pushed my request behind other customers who were behind me when I had to get some information. O"Reilly kept me first.

Worst place to shop for car parts! The Assistant manager ( I think his name is Derick) is very rude. Heard him talking to a customer on the phone and I couldn t help but feel bad for the person on the other side of the phone. Then came to me and he was not very nice. He seems like someone who doesn t wanna work there. He doesn t take his job seriously.

The service here is not good. They tested my battery, but forgot to call me and tell me the status. Then I ordered the new battery, and they didn't let me know it was there. And it was the highest price in town. I was down 2 days for a dead battery. Unacceptable. Maybe rated too high.

Went in there today to give them another chance after not shopping there for 6 months. I left after standing there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged and watching an employee play on his phone. I spent my 220 bucks at auto zone where I was greeted before I even got in the store.

hope the guys from O Reilly actually read this; stopped in there a week ago with my 2018 Expedition to get a code read before driving 600 miles back to Houston. (BTW, the dirtbags over at Rusty Eck Service couldn t even be bothered to help me!)Mick read my code which said cat converter or O2 sensor and suggested a cat converter cleaning treatment and explained exactly how to use it. treated it on the way home while my check engine light stayed on.got up the next day and started making arrangements for service at a local dealer only to find that Mick s recommendation worked like a charm and the check engine light cleared itself! thanks Mick!!

Got some stuff work my work about a month ago. The assistant manager was very friendly and very encouraging. Usually people yell at me because of the views my workplace holds. But he kept raving about wow wonderful it is. Thank you sir. You made my day.

I used to love this store when it first opened. Not any more. I couldn't get any help because the employees were to busy talking to their buddies. I'm going to take my business to the new advance auto parts on harry and rock.

To the crew at O'reilly's Auto Parts on Webb Road, thank you for listening to me as a customer. I had to replace a wheel hub on my truck. I asked for the hub assembly, the spindle nut, caliper bolts and WD-40. It took quite a lot of work to arrive at the correct parts because of my lack of mechanical experience. I knew the bolts first offered where not the correct fit, because of the torkz head pattern. The ease and calmness of looking further into it was something I don't often experience. Avoiding using imperative language to register my purchase was great. Today I was the customer and even with my imperfect understanding of mechanical matters - my vehicle is repaired for thousands less! Awesome job!

I have come to this oreilly's twice, both times the store is devoid of clientele, and both times the employees are gossiping to themselves behind the counter and address the customer like it bothers them that they have to address them. They think i don't notice their childish behavior, joke's on them no wonder people don't come shop here lol. AutoZone is a block away and they are 10x better at everything including customer service.

I've always been an autozone customer. But these guys went above and beyond for my coworker and I. Her passenger side headlight went out and I changed it during lunch. I dont have very much knowledge of Fords. But they made sure we got the right part! And even offered us fruit roll ups!!!

I love coming to this shop. The workers are awesome to talk to, the prices cant be beat, and they are very military friendly. I will always come here for parts.
