A dependable tire shop of Wichita, at Maple and Meridian. I ve successfully had numerous tires fixed here for many vehicle types, purchased a few tires at fair prices, and have had a variety of service here with it sometimes being excellent. There s quite a bit of personality to the small building I like a lot, including The Ramones memorabilia and other shop collectibles in the waiting area, the Neza logo, and especially the Vanessa Guillan tribute mural outside of the building. One huge setback here is the busy intersection of the location combined with the very challenging front lot to enter and exit vehicles being worked on. A better spot for the business would be a real game changer, but it still definitely helps me out by being in the neighborhood. I can recommend giving Neza Tires a shot when in the area.

My dad owns this shop and I really recommend this place to fix tires and get new or used tires if they don t have any tires you want they try everything they can to get it for you

Didn't understand English well enough to understand what I wanted. Had to always find an interpreter, but that wasn't the main problem. I have capped chrome lug nuts and two were overtightend causing caps to break. Also didn't have enough of the tires I wanted and told me they would have them in a hour. So I got two tires and waited until the hour was up.At the end of the hour, at 1: 00 they closed up for a hour break. Being from out of town, I had no choice but to set and wait for them to return. So after being there for nearly 3 hours I finally got the 2 other tires I wanted and left.DONT GO THERE!!!

Give these guys a call if you need tires or maintenance. Nobody beats there customer service. Love these guys. Always helping me out! Call these guys first before throwing money away at double or triple their pricing!

I had to change out the brake pads on my vehicle today and noticed the used tires that Neza put on my vehicle a month ago. Very disappointed! This tire could have exploded on the highway and caused an accident. I will no longer be doing service with these people or recommending them to my friends. I have used Neza in the past several times, I have also recommended them to my family and friends. Not no more! AVIOD THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS!

I highly recommend this business. They were professional, kind, honest, and extremely fair priced. I had an unexpected incident during my visit that was in no way their fault. If anything, it was all due to me. Thankfully, they were exceptional and completely understanding and kind. I was in complete panic and on the verge of complete melt down, yet they made me feel safe and assured that everything would work out. I'm truly grateful for the kindness and services that was provided to my family today. I only dealt with kind,hard-working people at this business, and I would recommend them as a superior establishment .PsI observed a major improvement in my truck while driving on the way home. Thanks

One phone call and 2 hours later I've got a set of brand new tires. Excellent group of guys and you can't beat the prices. Highly recommend

Always have a good experience. In and out in no time. Services I ve done is patches, rotations, and balancing of my tires. Rarely need to set an appointment they always work you in fast. They work fast but the work is high quality. I like coming here for all my tire needs and will be coming back for future maintenance. Budget friendly. Great customer service.

If you have a pre-owned vehicle or a brand new vehicle and you just need a quick patch job, these are your guys! They can also order new tires too but I just had them patch up a tire that had a hole in it and the guy was very nice to let me know and nail was in this tire. Staff is always going above and beyond very kind and they are the example of what customer service should look like! Wichita please go check them out.

BEWARE. Just got done. Brought in tire to change so they didn't even have to take it off the vehicle. Cost $25.00 after the fact. Had three other tires changed in the last several weeks one on Broadway and Harry for 18.00 the other 2 at Harry and wichita (across from Pete's for $15.00 each all 3 prices were to take tires off the vehicle and also to dispose of used tire. I know inflation is real but BUYER BEWARE. I realize that i should have inquired 1st and I would have gone down the road. Then again maybe they should have told me the price 1st.

Always fair and treats the customer right! We've been taking our vehicles here for years. Never been ripped off or taken advantage of. Good, honest business!Update: Still a great business! Had a tire fixed there today. Great prices and great service!

If I could've rated a zero I would have, me and my wife and parents have been coming here for about 10 years and in the beginning they were very consistent and good work for quality prices. Now they just make up random prices every time we come and it's always higher than the last time, our rims are always scratched after and we leave with missing lug nuts or ones that don't match anymore, they are very inconsistent and it's frustrating being a regular customer and feeling like your being scammed for pricing. They would be a much better quality tire shop if they actually cared about their customers instead of scamming to make a little bit more money because in the long run they would make more money if they took the time to care for customers. I won't be coming here anymore and you shouldn't waste your time either.

Even though lot was busy they got me in and fixed my tire that had a nail as fast as they could. Super great service friendly staff. Now I'm back on the road. Best tire place in town.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. I expected to pay at least $250 for new tires and walked out with a bill for $118, including recycle and mount in the price. All the guys here were super nice, and there was no feeling that I was being screwed around with these guys. Great family owned business, give them a visit when you need tire work done for a great price. Thank you Neza Tire for your help!!
