Very pleased with my service today! Just went in for a brake inspection and gained a lot of extra knowledge from Michael. He was thorough and very kind to me. By no means did I feel any pressure to get a service done, or feel fooled into getting an unnecessary service as I ve had from other mechanic shops in the past. He just explained what needed to be done and what didn t. The receptionist was also very kind! She talked to me and was beyond sweet. You can tell they are all a friendly family staff! Look forward to seeing them in the future

I m from out of state and had car issues while my daughter had a dance competition in Wichita. It was late afternoon on a Saturday. I had 5 kids with me in town and one was across town dancing. The staff at Midas made an appointment to fix my car after hours on an already busy day for them. They replaced my thermostat fast, and the cost was very reasonable. I do most of my own auto work and I know what things cost. They worked overtime and treated me with kindness while giving me a fair deal. Highly recommend.

I called when I was 10 minutes away asking if I could get a quick oil change. Jericho was friendly and got me in and out quickly. They were pretty busy and still very efficient. The staff was in great spirits and were discussing an in-house competition between 2 of them. It was fun listening to them joke and have a good tune while at work. I will definitely go back for future maintenance.

My experience at Wichita Rock Road Midas was exceptional! The customer service when I scheduled the appointment, to the service and knowledge I received while my car was being serviced was top notch! Tykara Chiles helped so much with learning about financing with the store credit card, the knowledge on what was needed today and we planned anothet store visit and she will assist me in the near future to purchase new tires! The store is ran like a family and as a single Mother those small things matter!!!

We saw all of the good reviews and decided to come in to have the oil changed and the tires rotated on our car. Not sure if we came on an off day or what but we had terrible service. It took 3 hours for them to change the oil and rotate the tires on our vehicle. We arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment and it took them 45 minutes just to pull the car into the shop. After two hours, someone finally apologized for the wait and told us they were just about to rotate the tires on the vehicle. The guys working the front had no idea what was going on. I heard them on the phone with one gentleman and the Midas worker told the customer he would see what he could do to get the car worked on faster. The worker set down the phone after the call had ended and just kept on working. He never once went out to check on the gentleman's car. Another man came in for his 12:30 appointment and was told it would still be another 1.5 hours before they could get him in, even with an appointment. I understand that everyone is short-staffed, but whoever does the scheduling at this location does a horrible job. They are clearly taking on more work than they have the capacity to complete in a day.

Michael was very kind and courteous. Following the inspection, he took me to look underneath and discussed my concerns with the state of the entire vehicle, not just the key issue. Later, I realized I left something in the glove box. He brought the car down from the lift and allowed me to retrieve it and was glad to do so, even though work had already begun. Midas was the first in a decade to find and address an issue I had been unable to get help with from other mechanics. I needed a drive shaft replaced. The car I bought used appeared to have been in an unreported accident. Midas got the work done the same day, even though that level of service had not been anticipated. Normally I would have needed to make another appointment. I am returning for an oil change and some additional maintenance. Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean and professional. I was quite impressed.

Mike and Kenny were very helpful in getting new tires for my car. This was all done close to closing time. I appreciate their dedication to providing the best customer service.

Fast and efficient! Got me in and out in under an hour for my oil change! They sat down with me and showed me what maintenance I'll need to do when my car hits 100k miles, but they weren't pushy about scheduling it. I appreciate the information without the forced upsell!

I ve been going to Midas consistently for about 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. Whether it s in Wichita or Chicago or back to Wichita, I ve always gotten the help I ve needed from the Midas crew. An oil change, new tires, new brakes, or full work up, it doesn t matter I always feel taken care of. The crew at Midas goes out of their way to come up with a plan that ll work for both of us and takes their time to explain what they re doing so I understand it. The thing I always appreciate the most is how I ve never once felt talked down to, which is something that can happen to women especially when they re dealing with cars, but that s never happened to me at Midas. I don t really understand cars much, but every Midas worker I ve talked to has made sure to explain things to me in terms I can understand and I ll forever be appreciative of that.

Called expecting them to be busy and not able to help me the same day but they got me in! Showed up and they took care of me right away! They are fast and efficient and have the best customer service I ve experienced!! I know where I ll be going from now on for all my vehicle needs!

Unfortunately my tire was unable to be repaired but luckily I had an amazing visit. I was mainly working with Kenny who helped me understand exactly what needed to happen. I really appreciate the work Midas is doing and will definitely be returning for any future issues.

Professional and friendly customer service on the phone and in person. Same-day appointment and issue resolution; multi-layer job including parts, car repaired and ready in two hours! Overall very satisfied versus competitors, I will be a repeatcustomer.

I scheduled an appointment for @ noon. When I got there I was told it would be 2 hours before they could even get my car in the shop for an oil change. Instead, I was told they re having a tire sale so my car would be priority behind walk ins so they can make more money. After getting my car back my car has been leaking oil really bad. I absolutely CAN NOT have car problems because of my job. Do not go to this shop for work!

After looking at our handicap accessible van, the manager Michael Swift went over every individual item on our van that needed attention. He gave us the list of items in order that needed fixed first. Being the day after Christmas, the shop was busy but all the workers were friendly and attentive. We will be back to take care of our van services.

Hesitant at first. My family has not had positive experiences with Midas in the past 30yrs or so. They were surprised when I told them I got an oil change for our car with a coupon at Midas. Even more surprising that it was a great experience. I took in our van with 245,000 miles, about 2 weeks later the engine steamed after a carwash. I looked at the oil and swear it was empty. I called Midas and made an appt for the next day to have it looked at. I was told the oil was fine just very hard to see. When I went to pick it up, Mike showed me under the car and all the oil leaks. He showed me which were the worst. I was also told nothing needed to be done right now. When I asked if they could cut off a piece of heat shield that had been rattling for a year, they did it at no extra charge to the inspection cost. After that, I've taken in our suburban and Kia, all high mileage with no problems. Kenny even helped me when my headlight bulb base broke off when I changed it. I showed it to him to explain and he helped me free of charge. It took just about 2 minutes because I didn't know about the red clip that needs pulled out first. However, the old Midas my family experienced decades ago, I believe would've kept it and charged an hour of labor. I completely trust these guys and will keep taking my cars here.

We have been going there for about 8 yrs or so, we found Jeremy as our mechanic there and he is the only reason we keep coming back. We have a very large family and with that, I only trust him to work on our vehicles, and our kids vehicles as well. He needs a massive raise. When we go in there we don't just have small jobs done. We spend thousands at a time. He has saved us on so many occasions because of his high skill level and pure honesty.Midas, if he ever leaves I will follow him to his next location..

We were traveling and our vehicle was having some trouble. We drove to the Midas shop in Wichita and we were greeted with great young men and they looked at it right away! All was good when we left. It was a Saturday..The employees were awesome!! Thanks so much!!

Jericho helped us out so much! Great customer service, and when we realized there was an issue with the vehicle after pickup they were very quick to take a look for free and make sure it was working great. I would Highly recommend them.

This is the second time coming in to Midas for an oil change. Like the time before they did not disappoint, they are very helpful, kind, and overall have a great work ethic and environment. I'm happy that I found a place where everyone is respectful. And I love how they don't try and force me to add any extra services, which then allows me to do my research and decide to add extra services, but not because of pressure. Shout out to Adam for doing the best he could (inside joke)! But Adam was very helpful and informative!

Scheduled my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation and balance. What should take less than an hour took them several. I'm not sure if the scheduling is just a gimmick or what, since people with no appointment came and left before us with the same type of service for their vehicle. As we were sitting there waiting for them to finish, they received a call from another customer that asked when their service would be done, to which the representative said they would talk to the mechanics about hurrying them up. The representative hung up and just continued to work on what they were doing. The cherry on top was that I had set out a wheel lock key for them to use for my wheels, as I've had to do that at multiple places I've gotten my car serviced at. I get all the way home and come to find out they never replaced it, they stole it from me. Overall their scheduling/appointment needs work and they need to prioritize the people that took the time to set one in the first place.

Scammers. They quoted me $69 for a synthetic oil change cause I had a $20 coupon and free tire rotation. I go to pay and it's $89.99. They said it was tax but I check the recipe and they charged me $72.44 not $69. Also said my tires were 2s and couldn't be rotated but on the check sheet they gave me they wrote 3s then changed it to 2s just to sell me tires and not have to do the work to rotate them.
