Called Midas to get pricing options for a couple different maintenance needs for my vehicle. Employee I spoke with was very helpful in providing me with quotes for the services I was seeking, in addition to answering questions I had about each. Although I am sure they were busy with other customers at the time, I was treated politely and never rushed to get off the phone. I did not choose to go to Midas ultimately, but that was only due to finding a cheaper price at a different retailer. However, based upon my experience with just a simple phone call to get price quotes, I firmly believe that if I would have decided to go with the Midas touch for my maintenance needs I would have received the exact same professional and courteous service.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! All the guys here are so nice! They do a really good job and have outstanding customer service! My car took a few hours and they had someone available to give me a ride, so they took me to my house (which was not far) and came and picked me up when my car was done. So thankful they were able to do that. I can't remember the guys name that drove me but he was very nice. Got inner and outer tie rods replace and an alignment and my car is driving great now! Will definitely be back! 100% recommend!

They were very professional and outlined for me the priority of each issue. They answered all my questions thoroughly. They informed me of the option to pay my bill over 12 months without interest if I qualified. I did qualify and this was an incredible opportunity I took advantage of.

Everytime I go to midas at central and Tyler, the staff is so welcoming and accommodating! Especially Corby And Michael. I've had several different services on my vehicle on many different occasions and never has any issues ty u guys so much for excellent service! I always recommend these guys whenever anyone asks me about who I go to to service my vehicles

We were desperate with a flat tire and they immediately took care of us. The young lady was pleasant, understanding and helpful. She goes by E. The other workers were pleasant and knowledgeable. We are very thankful for them. Hope to do business with them again. We were going to pick someone up and needed help and they were there for us. I recommend this business at this location.

If you need something done, look no further. This is your one stop shop. Corby, the store manager, is a very patient and caring guy, and personally helped me through the process of replacing my wheel bearings, brake pads, and more. 100% satisfied with my experience here. 10/10 would recommend.

Very professional. Only 2 mi from my house. Convenient for me if I had to leave it. They got me the appointment I wanted. I got new tires. They got me in and out in about 35 minutes. Awesome!

They destroyed my vehicle 3 months ago and have yet to give me a refund. I have not been able to drive it since and even though they admitted fault and agreed to pay for it to be fixed elsewhere they have not refunded the money I paid up front. Their mechanics covered up their errors and left me and my child stranded out of state.

Had a brake issue en route from Massachusetts to the Grand Canyon. We called at 2:30 on a Saturday and they were happy to help out! We pulled in around 3:15 and Dave and Elisia went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and recommend what to do next. HUGE thanks for the outstanding service!! Kind, thorough, knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Took car to Honda after suspicious prices and suggestions. Honda agreed. I d been overcharged, and one of the parts was superfluous. Watching the Midas employees play catch with the tools was a put off as well.

Read last part to see why 5 star.Wasn't as good to start with but their good consumers service changed it. . Shown a different price on list . $100.00 more then I was shown. "Sorry you misunderstood". I came in with coupon . He said for 89.99 could get some off with same $29.00 coupon. I upgraded to all synthetic oil which was a little more. He pointed right on the 89 and we talked about it. But in same area a little higher had a 189.00 price. I believe very deceptive. Why would I spend over $250.00 when being cheap with &30.00 coupon. I thought I was up grading to the $89.00. Again I ask about the &89.00 . We had a conversation on it . I changed my review because Midas promptly and very understanding of the confusion I had. Took care of the problem because that's how you treat consumers. The experience,besides the confusion part, was great.

Noah who was at the front was a pleasure to talk too. He was very informative and friendly. They got me in and out. I didn t know how long alignments took which I mean I was there for a bit but Noah s hospitality made it go by quick. Seems like their tech know what they re doing from being able to look at my car through the window. Over all a great experience.Service: Wheel alignment

Got all 4 tires replaced. I called yesterday and got an appointment for today! From the speedy scheduling to the quick work time, I would definitely recommend this Midas shop. Korby always get my auto needs taken care of at an affordable price:) I have been going to this location for years and will continue to do so. I was able to get in right at my appointment time! The employees were very helpful as they answered all of my questions and explained it to me in a way that I understood what they were saying. The staff was very professional and helpful, they took care of my car and didn t make me feel like I didn t know what I needed. Their service is top notch. I was visiting Kansas when my service engine light came on and they were able to get me in with no problem and even give me advice as to some other things that my car needed. Don't use this shop. I took my jeep in for an oil change and the mechanic reported that I had an oil leak. I took it to the dealer I have a warranty with and no oil leak. My brake lights and revers lights worked when I went in Midas stated they were out. The wires from the bulbs were pulled out from the sockets. The exhaust bolts were loosened. My dealer tightened everything up no charge. These guys get commission

These guys were awesome and very informative. They unfortunately couldn't repair my flat but offered some awesome alternatives to get me by until I could get in at my tire place. They even helped me put my donut on for no cost! They were very friendly and helpful despite my last minute business. Highly recommend.

Bought tires at a great competitive price. Had them installed as well as alignment and oil change. Corby was very friendly and knowledgeable. Left my vehicle at 9:00am and they were done at 2:00pm.
