Yesterday I was going through Wichita on a road trip from Omaha to Dallas when my car's bumper was basically ripped off by the uneven roads y'all have in Wichita. Tyler and the guys at this Meineke location dropped everything to get me fixed up and back on the road as fast as possible. Every single one of them was incredibly kind and helpful. This was also a great lesson for my 13 year old daughter who was with me on the trip, that no matter where you go there are always helpful people there to lend a hand. Thanks again guys!

We have had great experience in the past until maybe a new ownership or a change in the office staff or something. I totally trusted the guy at the front desk but the female at the desk now does not seem to know much and I do not have any trust in her. Took a car in for an oil change, patch a tire that was leaking and engine light. Picked the car up and the engine light and the low tire pressure lights were still on.~I was basically told no information on the engine light or what was causing the light to come on or what needed to be fixed.~Was told that they found nothing with the leaking tire even though we told them we had to add air every two days. Drove immediately to Tires Plus. Within 30 minutes we got a call that there was a nail in the inside tire wall and tire needed to be replaced, but Meineke found nothing?~While driving to Tires Plus the low windshield washer fluid light came on. Topping off fluids is part of Meineke s service.All of this makes me wonder if we even got the oil change we paid for. We will not be going back to this location. They are not to be trusted.

Scheduling an appointment online was very easy. The guys at the shop are friendly and professional. The driver side power window on my car had stopped working. I don t know how long it took to get the parts, but I had a call to come pick my car up in approx. 2 hours. Best of all was the job price. I didn t feel like I was being ripped off which is usually the case when I ve gone to the dealer. I would definitely go to Meineke, again.

I had traveled to Wichita for 1 night, needing to leave to head back home to Missouri early the next morning. My car ended up dazzling its dreaded "check engine" light about an hour or 2 before Meineke closed for the night. Evan and Tyler were extremely understanding and accommodating to my rush! They stayed late after their usual close time to get what they could done that day. Then, the next morning, they had my car fixed up and ready to go at 8am! Major props to Evan and Tyler for coming thru like true homies!

Super friendly, have been going there for years, but after this last experience I wont go back. Told me they would call b4 doing anything other than oil change. They never called me, I never got a copy of "inspection " but they charged me over $50.00 for windshield wiper blades.

Worse place ever!!!! Didn't have a vehicle for 3 months because they didn't repair it correctly. Then they tried to charge me for work I was never told about or agreed to. Then the guy at the counter needs to be fired. Tossed my keys at me when I refused to pay the bill. NO ONE GO THERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Normally a good experience. NOT THIS TIME! I spent $500 on what I was told the problem was, only to have to right turn around, the same day and take it back. To where the manager tells me the guy didn t run a full test on what the problem could be..just for them to turn around to tell me there s an actual bigger problem ($2400) that needs to be fixed. Had I known that to begin with I would NOT have spent the $500 in the first place knowing that it d have to get rid of the car like I have to now, only without lighting $500 on fire first.Then the manager proceeds to tell me that yeah, that s what happens when I have the day off . If your whole business only works properly when some employees show up and worse when they don t..then you have a serious problem. I feel 100% ripped off!!!Service: Engine repair

Going to meineke on seneca was my worst decision i ever made, i took my vehicle to them while i was having some concern/issue with no dash light on, though it was close to my house to save time i went to them, they took my vehicle in and told me they couldnt diagnosis my car because my battery has to be replaced first, and for battery they was charging me 400+$ , since i had ford i called rusty ford they give me a cost of 180$ (battery) + 20$ labor, i called back meineke not to change my battery and i will take my vehicle back, they hold my car for a night if they can still run diagnostic and find some error, next day i went to pick my vehicle the lady in front (manager) asked me to pay for diagnostic first, i was glad atleast they were able to run diagnostic without changing the battery, once i paid she just gave me receipt of payment, with no diagnostic reports, upon asking for reports the lady got confused and tripping, i humbly asked her since they charged me 80+$ for diagnostic atleast i deserve the reports because i was taking my vehicle to another repair shop i have to explain them and my car warranty company, but they provided me nothing, with no reports or anything, when i accept i got scammed i came to my vehicle and run the engine my check engine light was on i got my sensor i run the diagnostic i got 3 major impact codes, which they were unable to find it, also some belongings from my vehicle was gone (which i dnt blame them i should have removed before handing my vehicle to them) i would say please dont waste your precious time and hard earn money on them, find some better place.

Took 1 of our cars in for an oil change. Ended up having damage done to our vehicle.. Had to call corporate to try and speak with someone. Because was told the owner and management wasn't available and they idiot female that's working the front desk was concerned about losing her job. So she refused to give any information regarding the owner of the business.. So now a week and a half later I'm still waiting to be contacted. The guy that preformed my service was fired a day or so after our visit. So there's nothing we can do at the moment. Bit pay out of my own pocket. The $300. Bill for there damaging our car.. I suggest nobody else have to deal with these issues. So avoid the Seneca and Pawnee location unless you plan to spend more them you planned on.. There bait and switch tactics are so obvious to get your car in and if the girl can't upsell you them expect damage to be done.... So AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.. Or you'll be spending more then you planned.... Update over a week later we STILL have not heard from anyone from the location. Not mangers or owner or anyone to address this issue. Its a shame to look at there reviews and many people have had issues with this local business and it seems like nobody at that location cares for there customers.. I did receive that generic response. Buy its not from that location. I called the number and spoke to another location and they had no idea why I was calling them. So I explained and sent photos of our issues to file a complaint and they said they would forward the information and we still have not heard anything. So people beware.. If they damage anything you probably wont be a concern to them because others are not aware of the problems at that location. Like we weren't. And here we sit with a $300 lose to this point and just be frustrated. So good luck all and I hope this helps. We will never use that location again

I like going there but this time it was different like I walked in had an appointment at 2:30pm found out by waiting 5-10 mins the guy in the office went to go get food which that s okay I didn t have anything planned but then while I was there one of the service guys kept asking to leave early and the boss was getting frustrated as I would as well and the service guy who was asking to leave kind was just standing there making me uncomfortable like he was standing there waiting for a yes even tho boss told him no he still stood there for about 20-30 mins after that the boss finally let him leave early and it was nice and a wonderful experience after that every one else there was very nice and I appreciate them working and helping me with my car.Service: Brakes

Disappointed. I ve had a slow leak they ve repaired and I ve paid for numerous times. I had to finally take it elsewhere and come to find out Meineke had been patching instead of plugging it. I paid almost 100 for repairs on this one tire to have to end up replacing it. Also just had my oil changed and was told I needed new wiper blades. With everything they wanted to add my bill would have more than doubled. Thing is when I had to replace my tire because of them I also had wipers replaced. The wipers were brand new Meineke told me I needed replaced. Won t ever be back. Meineke on Pawnee and Seneca.

They were good and honest. Took my truck in to have the front end checked after 1 shop told me I needed lower ball joints. Jerry took me back there and showed me there was nothing wrong with them. I'll be going back

I have taken my sons car there 3 times in less than a week for them to fix the AC. Just got it for the 3rd time and it s still not fixed. They said oh if you have to bring it back we will pay for more than half the part. This is after we have spent $500 in this less than 1 week. Definitely not happy.

Best place for routine lube when I lived close by. The guy at the front was always helpful and once squeeze me in close to closing one day before a long road trip the next day. I always bring my own oil and oil filter and get a fair price for the service. Font desk guy definitely kept my business there for 3 years. Great customer service with HONEST advice. I didn't get the pushy oversell Jiffylube and other places always use one females. I now live farther north but will make the 20 minutes drive there. Thanks

I really like the oil change service I get at Meineke. They do an inspection and let you know if they find any issues and they are always friendly.
