I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service during an oil change. What stood out beyond the efficient service was the engaging conversation I had with Aaron, the service advisor, and the operations manager. To my delight, we discovered a shared belief in Jesus Christ, a connection that is not commonly openly expressed. The depth of our conversation added a personal and meaningful dimension to the overall service experience.Furthermore, I'd like to commend the team for their meticulous care of my Jeep Cherokee. Their implementation of a new inspection system, complete with visual documentation and precise recommendations differentiating immediate needs from those that can wait, is truly noteworthy. This transparent and detailed approach is a valuable addition to the overall service. In light of this, I confidently rate the service 5 out of 5 and extend my appreciation to the team for their professionalism and customer-centric approach. (:

Aaron the store manager was great. Very clear on what my car needed and explained how accomplished his mechanics are. Honest about how long everything should take and gave options and listed what's more pressing and what could wait.Having integrity alone would keep me coming back here but these guys had everything else going for them as well. Thank you!

Both the brand new manager and the mechanic/ technician were very welcoming and thorough. Seemed knowledgeable. Went in for an oil change and they offered to do a full inspection. Inspection revealed a couple other issues. After contemplating, I decided to go ahead and allow the work to be done.Mgr was good about keeping me updated with work being done.The only issue I have is while returning from a dr appointment this afternoon(Fri. 1/26/24) my check engine light came on. I feel that after putting $600 worth of repair I should not be having any issues!

Excellent service. I scheduled an appointment online, when I brought my vehicle in they asked additional questions and actually listened! I got photos sent to me as they checked over my vehicle, pointing out issues and what is needed to resolve each. They called after and worked up a repair plan, with different options. If I didn't want a service I felt no pressure to add it. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! My vehicle is quiet again!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a car repair! Dropped off my car at 8am and they were done with the repairs by 1pm! I wasn't expecting to get my car back till later that day or the next. Car is fixed and I will be there again for any other repair needs! Thanks so much!

All I know is I didn't even have an appointment I tried to go another place they were telling me 2 days for an alignment i pul in and they did everything they could to make it happen that day ! The service was impeccable, I felt very comfortable leaving my Lexus at meineke , all the mechanics were very friendly and the person running that shop definitely knew what he was doing ! He went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles up there for service work. I will recommend all my people to go up there as well . Thanks again

Typically take my vehicle in to the dealership for maintenance. Recently the dealership's quality of work decreased significantly, while the turnaround time and price increased dramatically. Decided to give Meineke a shot and was not disappointed. Aaron kept me updated about progress and both price and turnaround time were about half of what the dealership was quoting.

Aaron helped me get my Oldsmobile towed quickly and got it back on the road at a more than affordable price in less than a days time. I had been dreading the hassle and the expense and he really just made it so easy for me and I am so grateful for their entire team and the support they gave me. I am bringing my Oldsie on back to get some more work done very soon. Thank you doesn t even cover it.

Came for my 1st oil change there. My car is very old and has some functional leaks lol. He told me about the issues he noticed but did not press me to schedule something that day (which was appreciated). $40 synthetic blend oil change. Not bad. Gave my car a once over and gave me a summary of any issues. Took about 30(ish) minutes and I was on my way.As a female, I hate going to the shop because they tell you 500 you need fixed and then I call my dad (who has been a car guy for 60+ years) and he laughs at half the things they tell me. Not this place! Very chill and didn t try to capitalize on my lack of car knowledge :) Will be back in 3-5,000 miles!! Thanks guys!

Went in for an oil change. Experience was great they will let you know everything you need to know about your vehicle they will inspect what needs fixed, changes or overall what is overdue on services. Aaron the manager is truly such a wonderful nice person.

I m very particular and limited on my reviews, so I m adding this location/company to my list! After purchasing a newly used vehicle online I was met with 14 day limited warranty. Initially another Meineke location assisted me with repairs but nothing adds up to the customer service and patience that Gary and his team provided. I am forever grateful for the service and support this location has given me;)

Good service. Car engine overheated when traveling to Kansas City, stranding us in Wichita. Servicemen were able to properly diagnose that the upper and lower hose for the coolant were swollen and the other split, leaking coolant (performing a fluid pressure check). Since diagnostic time was not a full hour, serviceman discounted the full diagnostic price. Parts were retrieved from Hyundai (hose parts) and coolant was drained w/ vacuum and refilled w/ more antifreeze. Car was tested for 45' prior to me receiving it back. Uber from our hotel to Meineke was quoted at $45 for a 2 mile drive (which we thought was excessive) and Lyft quote was $15 but a 45' wait, so we asked the Meineke serviceman if he were able to pick us up to transport me to the facility and he agreed and picked me up in his private vehicle from our hotel as a courtesy.Made our situation prior to Christmas better given our transient circumstance. He also showed us the issue and the repair once done.Thanks Wichita Meineke.Dr. Maurte Harrison, PT, DPT

Gary, the Manager, was so good at his job! He has a great, friendly, helpful personality. After the diagnostic test, five ignition coils and 8 spark plugs were replaced. It was done so quickly, and my SUV runs so well now!! I will return there for oil changes and repairs!

Jeremy and his team are awesome. They are always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I take my entire fleet of vehicles for all types of service that they do. So refreshing compared to other auto shops that constantly took advantage of me. Very happy.

Thank you Gary!!!This was my first time here, they got my truck in right away. I needed new brake rotors, pads, and an oil change. Before heading there I called and asked if they could also put on new tires, Gary said no problem! They were so quick to get it done, and fixed a bar that's been broken at no charge. Gary even called me the next day to make sure the vibrations I used to hear were gone. I usually dread taking my truck in and feel taken advantage of for my lack of mechanic knowledge, but not this time.Will definitely go back to this location for all my truck needs!
