**WOULD RECOMMEND**I went in to get my oil changed, was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were quick and professional. They pointed out some things that needed done on my car, took pictures, and attached them to my receipt so i could get quotes other places. Im not very good with cars so having pictures and descriptions of what i needed done REALLY helped me in finding things out. Price was pretty good too, i had a coupon for my oil change, so it evened it out to basically what i would pay to buy the filter and oil, without me having to put in the work.

I've been going to the 21st and Amidon location for about 5 years now. Jay is phenomenal, he's always taken care of me whenever I pop in for a walk-in oil change. I live on the other side of town, but I drop my car off first thing in the morning when they open, then I walk to work just around the corner, and that gives them plenty of time to get to my car. It seems that a lot of people don't realize that a walk-in service is likely on the bottom of their list, because they have prior appointments and cars to tend to. Which is completely understandable! That's why I do it the way that I do, to give them all of the time that they might need to get to mine. Jay and the rest of the crew will absolutely take care of you, if you give them the time to do so. I highly recommend this location, and have no desire to go anywhere else for my spur of the moment oil changes. Thank you, Jay!!!

Great service! I ve been going here for years for my car needs and family s as well. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable.I like the reward program they offer I only paid $7 for an oil change on my Mercedes!

This was our first time having any issues with our car and we didn t know where to go. We chose to go to this shop and they weren t able to find the problem by running a diagnostic test and recommended we take our car elsewhere. They didn t charge us for the diagnostic test wich we were so appreciative of! I also really respect them admitting they didn t know what was wrong. Some of my friends and family have been to mechanics in the past where they have been charged to fix things that weren t even part of the issue. Thank you guys for your honesty and great customer service!

If I could give 20 stars, I so would!!! Robert was awesome with my car, and what would have been a 3 day wait for my car turned into a few hours with the right diagnosis! Thank you all so much for taking care of both me and my car. If y'all have the $$$, go here!!!

I know they're probably tired of me since my car decided to be boogie but they were truly some of the best mechanics I've gone to. They were incredibly patient and thorough each time I had to bring my car in. 10/10 recommend

This is far best the greatest place to take your car they are very honest and pleasant people and get the t problem at hand don t force you to pay for things but work with you. I have a handicapped van I take there to be looked at so I m able to transport my son safely around town. I recommend them highly!

A little more pricy then other shops but they did a very good job on balancing/rotating my tires and did a very good job on my alignment on my 94 f150 got me in fast and got me out quicker while doing an awesome job they for sure have my business for now on when it comes to alignments on my vehicles

I didn't have too wait very long since I had an appt. They got my vehicle in on time. They did a very thorough inspection and let me know of some areas that needed to addressed. They weren't pushy about getting the repairs made. It was a very pleasant experience.

Stopped in for an oil change and these guys were awesome! I left without any worry that things would go wrong later. You know what I m talking about; missing or stripped oil plugs, overfilled oil, etc. I d be confident in any repairs my car needed from them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Exceptional experience! Fair and reasonable pricing. Tech staff staff worked very hard to solve my problem. Given a ride to and from my home. Manger did everything possible to keep me informed as the process unfolded. Nick was wonderful, and very helpful. They wanted $755 to fix a heater hose connect. I declined the job and took it to the Mechanic at Platinum Auto Sales and saved myself $655. Platinum auto sales Mechanic hooked me up with the part for $27, and $60 for the labor. A grand total of $87, but I gave the mechanic a $100, and lunch as a thank you.

Jeremy was very helpful in helping me to get the financing to fix my vehicle and did his best to keep the cost as low as possible. Unlike most chain repair shops, This particular Meineke has been the only place I've taken my vehicles for close to 20 years. Their work is impeccable, and they work with you to make it as affordable as possible.

Very impressed! Nick worked with us from start to finish. I could sense his honesty even on the phone. When some places could have charged for all the brakes, after his inspection, he said the back ones didn't need to be done. We asked if he would check the transmission fluid and he said it wasn't low and the fluid looked good. During his inspection, he also found the battery was extremely corroded and when tested it showed bad. This work was done on my daughter's car, and I'm grateful that he found this to keep my daughter and granddaughter safe on the road! So we had front brakes and rotors replaced, with a new battery and installation. I can't speak for other locations, but on 21st Street, with Nick's integrity and quality workmanship, we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! He's a wonderful employee who knows what he's doing. Thank you Nick!Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto brake replacement

Had an appointment at 8am. Work was started immediately on my car, changing solenoids on my engine, flushing the engine oil out and refilled with fresh oil. Also had new wiper blades installed. Fast efficient service. Completely satisfied with everything I have ever had done there
