Used multiple times and never was on time, terrible communication and over promises. Our jet ski was "stolen" while at his repair shop, has not been located and no compensation received. Stayed in contact with me regarding diagnostics and cost. Very much appreciated the updates. Located a used lower unit and had it installed within a little over a week. Majority of that time was waiting on unit to arrive. Total charge came within $20 of quote. Had it on the water this weekend and it worked great!! Very happy with with everything start to finish!!

He's worked on a couple of my skis Last Summer. Have had no problems with either one of them. I highly recommend his service and his prices are very very reasonable.Job well done.

Worst possible experience with a boat shop ever. TJ the owner billed me and was paid for over a thousand dollars dollars worth of service he never did. Not to mention after getting it back from him, my ladder was missing, and the hull was slightly buckled. On top of that with my boat, he sold me a running jet ski that never ran as well as I HAD A JET SKI OF MINE STOLEN WHILE TJ WAS FIXING IT at his shop. He kept promising to pay me and 6 months after he has me blocked and won t answer and he owes me thousands of dollars and is nowhere to be found. Save yourself the time and headache and money and court fees dealing with this extremely unprofessional, low quality, shady, scandalous, thieving establishment ran by TJ James and his associates.Services: Tune-ups, General repairs & maintenance, General installation, Accessory & electronic installations, Engine repair, Battery inspection/service
