We're extremely happy with the job Maaco did on our car ! We went in and spoke with Terry for a quote and he was super helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed to revive our older Toyota. We dropped it off the next day and got it back a couple of days later, super quick. It looks amazing, better than I remember it when it was new actually. They were able to remove a few rusted spots and give new life to a sun-faded and well-loved car. They even saved my favorite bumper stickers like I asked. I would recommend this place for sure !

Worst experience of my life with a company. $2000 and a month later these are my results and they can tell the rest of the story. Unpainted rear bumper, orange peel overspray, swirl marks, chipping paint etc.

*AVOID AT ALL COST* TL;DR bumper replacement and paint turned into a 5 month goose chase.Needed a bumper replacement with some other parts in the front of the car. Left my car, took about a week longer than they promised, which was very inconvenient. When I got my car back, THE SAME DAY, paint started to peel off the newly painted bumper. They said they d fix it for free which I appreciate and I told them I d bring it back sometime soon. About a couple weeks after driving the car the newly installed tire liner, ripped off in the wind mid highway and friction burned my tire. They said they would also replace it. I tried to make an appointment to get this fixed and they said they d let me know when they have the part. FIVE MONTHS of calling and getting no response from ANYONE not even their customer support team. I was fed up and I started going in person. Finally after 5 additional months of waiting did they replace the tire liner and redo the paint. The paint looks good enough, far from perfect.

Great service. They are very helpful and straightforward. I highly recommend! They do great work ;0). I m very pleased with the paint job they did on my car, which is a pearl white color and not always easy to match. They did a great job though! Also, they were quick and finished the job in just a few hours. They are reasonable on price, which is especially nice when you re not relying on insurance coverage and are instead paying out of pocket.

Incredibly happy with the results of the car. Terry kept me updated on the progress of the job, and went the extra mile in helping to get out dents I overlooked by mistake. Moseltov

Really happy in the Honda that Maaco painted for us, so much so I have two more vehicles I will be bringing in for paint and repairs. Terry has been above and beyond helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Would highly Recommend

I came into maaco not expecting much, I needed my hood and fender repainted, and they took great care of me. It was cheaper than expected and they got the job done fast! Definitely will continue to go there and would recommend anyone to go there.

The Macco crew off of East Kellogg Wichita Kansas did a extremely poor job repainting my Truck. They sanded the truck with the doors removed where all the dust was left inside. They installed a door but did not connect the inside door latch as well as the back door not being aligned properly. To top off the horrible job after painting the truck they left dirty finger prints in the actual paint. I wish I could give them 1/8 of a one star rating and that would be generous. I would not recommend using Macco to paint anything. Bad Business

Trash! Do not use these guys! Took our classic car here to have painted .. told us it would be three days turned into two months .. had to go get it for an event .. charged us for body work and a trash paint job .. we took it back and they had it 4 months .. in that four months they lost power to the building .. A car was stolen .. and when the car was picked up it still wasn t finished .. Had to put the hood on ourselves and the car is still taped from the painting .. Rocks in the paint you name it!

My car looks awesome with the new paint. The job was done very well and the car was returned to me before scheduled time, so I am very happy.

Took my 2016 Infiniti to get a paint job (same color nothing different) also I had my bumper fixed. Took my car in on May 2, 2022 was told car would be ready in a week. After almost 9 weeks later I pick my car up and paint job is terrible and they cause damage to my vehicle! In the 9 weeks of having my car they painted it a total of 4 times. One time it was painted burgundy and not red. The trimming around all my doors was damaged, which is going to cost $600 to be replaced. I have red paint on my tires and rims, whatever the clear coat stuff is I have that all over my head lights and mirrors. They wanted me to bring my car back to them after 3-4 to fix it. I will never take my car to them again and wouldn't advise no one else to go their. The owner Scooby is not an honest man he constantly told me lie after lie. The only good thing that place gave going for them is there front counter person, Terry he is amazing, honest and upfront.

I was totally amazed at the amazing job Maaco did on my F-150. After 13 years on Kansas roads and a fender bender, it was looking pretty rough. Maaco quoted me a price that was half of any other body shop I checked out. I was obviously somewhat skeptical, but their reviews are all good so decided to go forward. I am so glad I did. I feel like I have a new truck. The paint is perfect and the service was perfect. Good communication and they delivered just as promised. I will gladly use again if need be.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst Paint shop in Wichita, they messed up the paint match on my bumper and door 7 times refused for my demand of a refund, they sprayed over the entire car with no prep work and few months later my paint is peeling and chipping off everywhere. Bunch of fools that work here

Never written a bad review before, but here we go...Over a month ago I brought my truck in for a paint job due to flaking paint and to get a dent fixed. They assured me no problem, they'll sand it all down, fill the dent, and get a fresh coat of paint on. I was told it would take a few days to complete which sounded great, but after calling every few days it was close to 3 weeks before they said it was "ready". When I go to pick it up that's when the red flags started to pop up. I got into the lobby and there's one other group waiting to pick up their car. Talking with them, they had already been waiting 45 mins for them to "pull it around" from the back. Then when their car finally comes they take a quick walk around it and come back inside very frustrated with how bad the paint job was. They told them to keep the keys, fix it, and call them when it's done. I'm just sitting there watching this and wondering if I'm about to have a similar experience. After another 30 mins or so of them "pulling it around" from the back, my truck shows up and I ask the sales guy to look it over with me since I'm not a paint expert by any means. We go out to check it out and it was absolutely terrible... It was obvious the person who worked on it had literally just sprayed over the top of everything. No sanding, just paint right on top of the areas that had flaked off. The dent they filled was bulging out now because they just slopped some filler on there and sprayed it. Not to mention there is overspray on EVERYTHING. Pretty much every piece of weather stripping, chrome, THE TIRES, everything... I'm later told by Patrick the manager that the guy who did the work was on drugs and I'm not the only one this has happened to. But no sober person in the place thought to look over the work before telling me to come pick it up? Or look it over before they even pull it around from the back? Wild. Anyway, they say they'll fix it and after a few more weeks of constantly asking when they think it'll be ready I get a call back to pick it up. Keep in mind we're probably 4-5 weeks from when I initially dropped it off at this point. The second time around I come and talk with Patrick and look it over (in the rain, huge mistake, but like I said I'm not a paint expert). It is waaaaay better than the first time as far as I can tell standing in the rain and I end up paying and driving it home. The next day after it stopped raining I give it a better look over and there are tons of issues. The whole driver side is splotchy across both doors, tons of scratches on multiple doors, there's like weird spray marks where it's smooth and then rough to the touch divided by a very visual line, dark spots in a bunch of different spots, and what I'm guessing is missing clear coat. The dent they fixed is also still jacked up. Also still overspray everywhere but I spent a ton of time trying to get off as much as I could. There's still a bunch I don't know how I'll get off. So I end up taking it back and talking exclusively with Patrick the manager. We look it over again now that it's not raining and he agrees its all sorts of jacked up. I leave the truck, wait a week, call back, and I'm told nothing has been done and Patrick has been fired. Then I'm told a regional manager (or director?) for whoever owns this location will be visiting the coming Tuesday and to come and talk with them that day. That's today. I went in and asked if he was there (after calling with no answer) and I'm told he resigned and the sales guys doesn't have any contact with anybody to talk to. So I asked for my truck back and I'm just SOL I guess. Moral of the story. Don't do drugs kids, and don't take your vehicle to Maaco in Wichita.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I was young I got drunk, broke into a house, and caught a burglary charge. Worst mistake of my life. Going to Maaco was a close second.

Incredible value for the quality of repaint received on my Porsche 911. I've paid a lot more in the past for paint jobs of a lesser quality. Scooby (the owner) and his staff clearly take pride in their work.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

They did a great job on the Mustang. When it came to the Jeep Sport Liberty, they took longer than expected date. They did a sloppy paint job on it too.

Very helpful, and they did a great job. Although, don't bank everything on their quotes... I was quoted about $560 ish for just my hood and one spot on my roof, and it ended up being $960. Overall though, I'm glad I did it!

Barry at the front desk was extremely helpful. The service was wonderful, the establishment was clean, and if anymore car issues arise I will be coming here. My car was hit and a new part might have been needed, Barry was very understanding and listened to my concerns. My car was fixed in about 45 minutes. I had a wonderful experience here!Service: Body & Trim

Teresa and John truly promote honest business, while educating each customer on their options. If you are looking for honesty and integrity met with exceptional service, please check this place. I received numerous quotes on my vehicle and none of them compared to this Maaco location. The owner has truly selected some of the finest individuals to represent his business.
