I bought a vehicle (Tesla) from Rosalie from Texas. I had such a great experience in working with her. She took pictures of the vehicle, always communicated with me, and gave me frequent updates. Who knew that car buying could be so easy from out of state. I ended up returning the vehicle after it was delivered to me. But even in the return, it was a positive experience. I have nothing but good things to say about Rosalie, Eric, Josh, and the whole crew there! I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Purchased a 2023 RX 350 F-Sport from Vy Nguyen. This is the 5th Lexus we have bought from the Wichita dealership and the 3rd from Vy. Vy is very personable and professional. I would recommend Vy to anyone! Also, he can show you any of the vehicles on the lot or website, or find a specific vehicle you are looking for. Great Job Vy, looking forward to driving this for quite sometime!

people were very nice, helpful, honest, straight forward and to the point. no games. was able to test drive and buy a car in 2 to 3 hours. other dealerships - including some lexus dealers - could learn a thing or two from LoW in that regard.the building is nice, but the customer waiting area was lacking pleasantries i am used to at other lexus dealers.i would definitely buy here again, BUT I STRONGLY ADVISE customers to be very diligent about examining EVERY DETAIL of the paperwork. ALL the paperwork was a complete mess. missing amounts, incorrect amounts, wrong VIN numbers, etc. i have never had nearly as poor an experience as this from another dealer in this regard. the good new is that they aren't dishonest, and once you finally get a hold of someone (which is extremely difficult) they are very nice and helpful.

They are RACIST. We bought a lexus there and they didnt tell us it was out of state car. we went to tag office and they said it needs inspection. Went to inspection and realized we never recieve our actual title. We had to drove back to LX and find out they sent to the wrong house and said they would call back within that day. 2 weeks went by and we didnt heard anything from them. I tried to call but now one answer and I emailed them no one reply. I had to go back there today and ask and they said the tracking number from last time was not a right one, they gave us another tracking number and said they proved that they sent the title to the right house. They said they are not responsible for it that I have to go talk to fedex or go to tag office to apply for a new one.Whenever we go there they would not greed us or be nice with us. And now we dont have a car to drive bc the license plate is expired. If you are American yes you will get treated very nicely and they take care of you but if you are Asian GOOD LUCK!!!

From the moment we walked through the doors, our experience at Lexus of Wichita was nothing short of excellent. Rosalie assisted us with the purchase of our new, to us, Avalon, and did everything in her power to make sure we left in the car we wanted. The GM, Scott, was also wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond to facilitate our purchase. All around, a great buying experience. I can't recommend this dealership enough!

Attempted to purchase a 2022 RX, asked if they could throw in the missing all weather floor mats and replace the weathered cargo mat in the back. Vehicle only had 15k miles and was denied as that was part of negotiating and Vy and the general manager could lose their jobs over floor mats. The general manager said if they satisfied all of my "requests," I should just buy new instead. I asked about a cargo mat, floor mats, and a picture of a scuff on the tailgate. I asked Vy if he could take some additional pictures of the vehicle outside and was told in response it was a gloomy cool day and didn't even locate the right vehicle. Lackluster sales experience and sad to see a Lexus dealer handle a potential customer like this. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did here.

Rosalie was a pleasure to work with! She was patient and provided excellent feedback as my wife struggled to decide between the amazing lineup Lexus has to offer. Scott, the General Manager came by and engaged with us several times. This felt less like a car buying experience and more like just hanging out with some new friends. I don't care where you live - if you are in the market for a new Lexus, whether local or living far out, the drive to Lexus of Wichita is worth it. We drove from two hours away and were in an out in no time! And best of all - you only deal with one person - your sales person also does your finance paperwork, delivery, all of it - no getting passed from person to person. Very personal touch! ASK FOR ROSALIE!

Make Walser Lexus of Wichita your only place for all your Lexus needs. I was very impressed with their staff and friendliness. I came from Emporia with the hopes that Lexus would replace my factory defective sticky dash and door panels. Mr.Gallardo from the service department went out of his way to see what he could do to adress the issue. Unfortunately he was unable to assist me since the recall only has a ten year window period but he did print off all my service records with a number to call Lexus directly to see if they'll cover the cost. They also had a nice selection of new and used Lexuses and I plan to be going back for my next Lexus IS model hopefully soon. They also had a nice waiting area with all the amenities.

Chris Mains is the salesman you want. I ve personally never had a good experience at a car dealership and I ve been out here a few times, years ago, honestly never impressed. Chris wowed me today with his tactic. I m not someone who gets easily impressed but this is the service I expect when I purchasing a vehicle. I ll be back again and again as long as Chris is there.

Very friendly staff. Rosalie was remarkably patient with us. We appreciated the firm pricing on the vehicles so no bantering back and forth on prices. Their prices were fair considering the current market. We were not pressured into buying a car. We came down from Kansas City to look for cars and drove back with a Lexus NX 350 that we are totally satisfied with. Thank you, Lexus of Wichita for your professionalism and actually having cars on the lot!!!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very kind customer service representative at the front desk. From there I was introduced to my salesperson, Rosalie. She was VERY helpful and was attentive to my wants and needs. I couldn t have asked for a better sales rep to work with. Drove all the way from Texas to see a pre owned gx which was claimed to have been inspected by their 161 point check. The AC was blowing cold air from 2 of the dozen or so vents in the vehicle. Other than that, posting pictures of the rust that I found under the vehicle. Nothing wrong with the frame but the dealership was asking 2k above NADA clean retail so make what you want of it.Typically, experience at other lexus dealerships have been so much more welcoming. The sales rep did not even offer water after our 5 hour drive. We have dealt with Park Place, Sewell and Westside over the course of 8 yrs now between 4 purchases and service. Overall, as Tyler mentioned in his YouTube videos the mechanics really are not doing a great job inspecting the vehicles or something else is wrong. Was hoping for a great service given this a family run business like Sewell or how Park Place used to be.Now on to the only plus point was the sells rep did replace parts of the seat prior to our visit as it was worn out.

This review was due a long time ago but I had a great experience working with Erick and Rosalie to get this car. They managed to get what I wanted for a good price in this market. There was some miscommunication but managed to get everything sorted out. Great dealership. Will definitely come back!

We ve bought ~5 vehicles in the last 15 years and this was by far our best experience. We purchased an NX350h from here today and our sales rep Rosalie Isern was very good. We left very happy with our purchase and the whole process. The price that we discussed over the phone for the car and trade in was what I paid in the end - there were no surprises. She was VERY knowledgeable, straight forward and courteous. She and and the rest of the crew there were able to answer all of my questions about the car and services. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I spoke with several Lexus dealerships within 2 hours of Kansas City and the Wichita dealership was a step above all the others.

Could not express the ease of this purchase and personal efforts this Team made to help my wife and I this past weekend! Rosalie was AMAZING. MY WIFE HATES GOING CAR SHOPPING WITH ME! From the time we walked up in the rain and cold Rosalie approached us what we were looking for. We had been looking for a while for a specific year and model of a vehicle, Lexus had 2 of these vehicles, and one in the color she wanted. Rosalie immediately obtained one to let us go drive it. After the first one we were going to check out the next one and Rosalie braved the elements and still went across the lot to obtain it just to bring it to the front and my wife say, NO, i want the first one. (Thank anyways Rosalie!) We were in a hurry that day and informed them of price we would like to stay around what needed to happen with trade in and what we would like to see. Rosalie and her managers simply said, "we'll take care of it!" My wife and I left around 3:00pm on a Saturday (they closed at 6)!!! By 4:30 they called us and asked, "When you want to pick up your new car?" and not only did they EXCEED expectations but also got us under budget with warranty, gap, and OUTDID THEY ORIGINAL DEALER FOR OUR TRADE IN FOR A 2 YEAR OLD VEHICLE!!! AMAZING! Nothing better to say about Rosalie and the whole team! QUITE EASILY THE MOST SEAMLESS, AND EASY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD, and my wife loved her time with Rosalie as well which is incredible!

I had been in the market for the 2022 NX starting last September. I had done hours of research and had my eyes set on it. After calling all the Lexus dealerships in the Denver metro area and not having great experiences, I reached out to Grant at the Wichita dealership, who my parents bought from not long ago. Since our first communication 5 months ago, Grant has kept me updated on estimated arrivals, checked-in, and never missed a beat. when the dealership got word of their first batch of NX's arriving, he called immediately to let me know. We put the deposit down on the one I wanted in December and he stayed in communication with me throughout entire process. What I loved most from the dealership and working with Grant, I live in Denver so all of our talks were via text, email, or phone and he made sure to maintain that open line of communication. When the car arrived late last month, he was very patient with me and explained in detail my contract and answered any questions I had. The cherry on top was fulfilling my wish to have it delivered to me with a bow on top. He called few days later to check-in and I did thank him for the great experience from him and Lexus of Wichita and to keep doing what they're doing but thought it was worth leaving my first Google review.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus from this dealership. I returned for scheduled maintenance today and the service department coordinated with the sales department to ensure I wasn't unnecessarily charged. It turns out most of the maintenance I requested wasn't needed. Most dealerships would have charged anyway - Walser Lexus did not.
